The only problem was that I paid for a car and motorcycle parking pass. The motorcycle pass was not at the guards desk when checking in and we had to go across the street to get it. Little inconvenient and hot after riding the motorcycle four hundreds miles to get there. Everything else was great.

Overall cleanliness of room was fine. Could use some new rugs they were pretty stained. Did have a beach view and pool was great! PoolWas always packed and people arguing over chairs was common. People would come out at 5:30-6am put towels in a chair then some wouldn’t come to those chairs till 12-1 it was crazy. Staff was short handed so were telling people there was nothing they could do. But overall the room was great it had what we needed. We would stay here again.

Everything was ok, Our room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. There was a giant wad of hair soon as you walked into the master suite on the floor. The rugs need to be shampooed. The pullout sofa was dirty when we opened it and there was trash under the sofa. There were no sheets to be found for the pull out, just a fitted cover. It was also dirty. We liked being on the first floor and not having to use the elevator. Our room however was located right where they pick up the trash so we were woken up every morning by the trash men banging on the trash trucks loading up garbage. Im a heavy sleeper but this was very loud. We love this resort and have been coming here for years. I don't think we will ever rent this room again.

Wife and I work from home so we decided to work from the beach booked last minute and the property did not disappoint. This will be my go to from here on out.

Loved the 1st floor convenience, elevators need a little work, only 1 working all week I’d don’t know if you have any say so about the pool area but those workers are very rude, not helpful or friendly but other than that it was nice

Not all Edgewater units are the same … some are wonderful , some are ok … this one was ok . We will never rent it again . This unit needs upgraded furniture that works like the couch bed

Tricky touchpad door lock and loud

It’s a very nice unit. However - there are things you need to know. As two women that had a girls weekend that stayed at the unit - there were some privacy and accessibility concerns — 1. There is not interior deadbolt to lock the door at night. That means that anyone with the code could theoretically come in while you’re there or sleeping. 2. The digital touchpad can be difficult. There are no physical buttons on it. It’s like a touchscreen. You have to select the numbers in a very specific way to get it to work. I only got it to work once the entire time I was there - luckily my friend was able to do it correctly and we were able to get into the unit. But my friend delayed going home because she was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get back in. Noises - 1. You will be woken up at 6am by the trash truck. It’s very very loud. 2. The toilet runs constantly and all day and night long. If you’re a light sleeper or don’t have ear plugs, good luck. 3. It can be noisy facing the pool and a popular walk way but that’s expected Overall it’s a nice and clean unit with quick access to the ice cream and coffee shop and the pool.

room was filthy, we cleaned it our first day, floors not even swept, food wrappers and bottles behind nightstands. Microwave unreal nasty, dried blood on sheets. something spilled down recliner was super nasty!Sent pics of issues to Realjoy the leasing agent and they did nothing to resolve the mess. Shower in one bathroom won’t drain so stand in water to shower. No decent patio furniture, not but 3 chairs so we could not all enjoy the patio. Splash pad not working entire time and sad child about this, never did work!!
