We stayed with our family for a week for the 4th of July and had a wonderful time. The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the host was super nice and responsive. We even got a bottle of wine when we got there as a welcome gift. I will definitely be back.

Super clean and spacious property. Perfect for larger families. We had room to spread out and relax! The host has thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable! Everything you could possibly need for the beach was provided. Location was easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for a wonderfully relaxing family vacation!

We were so happy with our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and bigger than we expected. The views from the balcony are incredible. The location is perfect as it is in walking distance to Flagler Ave. Gayle was an amazing host. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions and happy to give recommendations. I would highly recommend this place…you will not be disappointed!

The owner has covered any and all needs to make your vacation perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property! Owner has spent a lot of time making sure there is nothing you will need! Nicely appointed with furniture and decor! So nice not only to be on beach and have direct access but to be able to walk to the lil historic town was awesome! There’s no reason to leave once you get there. We will come back!

Excellent vacation spot

We truly enjoyed our vacation! The condo is maintained beautifully and has beautiful views of the beach. We loved taking walks along Flagler Ave. The owners were super helpful and we would love to stay here again!

Great time in NSB!

Great location- on the beach and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset. Gayle was a great host- very attentive and helpful!

Excellent Villa

The villa was wonderful! Enough room for our family to feel at home. Gayle is a great owner/ host and checked in on us as well as had recommendations on great places to eat. Can’t wait to return!

Great location and condo!

We have actually stayed in this condo building before and love this area. This is a wonderful beach front condo. We loved the location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well as an access point/beach entry one street over. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained with all the essentials a family would need for a weeks stay. We truly enjoyed our family vacation and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Spring break

Our family of five had a fabulous stay, and Gayle was a gracious host. Waking up with coffee and views of the ocean from the patio every morning set the tone for the day. The location was perfect, walking distance to Flagler and right on the beach. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. We would be happy to stay again during a future visit!

Excellent place !!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was very close to the on ramp to drive on the beach and we loved that since we drove on the beach every day. And, it was within walking distance to Flagler Avenue. Owner was a pleasure to work with and very communicative. We will be coming back!!
