Come si entra nella spaziosa sala anteriore e passa il soggiorno con la sua nuova, mobili e camino a gas imbottiti - e la sala da pranzo con tavolo e nuovi grandi sedie imbottite - si passa l'atrio paesaggistico interenal con la sua fontana dolce dove si prendere il caffè del mattino nei giorni che si forgoe colazione dalla vostra piscina.

La vostra cucina è completamente equippped con recentemente aggiunto mobili personalizzati, tutti i principali elettrodomestici (tra cui macchina per caffè espresso, ovviamente!) e ripiani in granito. Fuori la cucina è la stanza di famiglia, dove si può godere di un po 'di TV (Apple TV è incluso) e dock audio Bose MP3.

Al di là della camera familiare è il cortile e la piscina / spa splendida area e completamente privato con grande tavolo e Weber barbecue a gas.

La vostra camera da letto matrimoniale ariosa si apre sulla grande sia il cortile zona posteriore / piscina e l'atrio interno. In allegato ad esso è il vostro bagno padronale con pavimenti in travertino e cabina doccia con doppio lavandino, una vasca idromassaggio con vista sul giardino e una cabina armadio.

I vostri ospiti hanno una scelta di due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e un bagno di Jack e Jill con la propria combinazione doccia / vasca.

L'atrio è completamente piantato, a cielo aperto sopra e dispone di una fontana gentile che si accende automaticamente la mattina e si spegne come ci si sta muovendo a letto. Un tavolo per la colazione per due incoraggia caffè, cornetti e conversazione rilassata.

La tua casa lontano da casa comprende una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza e c'è spazio in garage per la vostra auto a noleggio. Dispone di aria condizionata, naturalmente, ma le camere da letto, soggiorno e cucina / sala famiglia che vive hanno ventilatori a soffitto in modo che spesso è possibile lasciare l'aria condizionata spenta.

San Marino is a beautiful community and is very well located. Great amenities.

31San Marino is stylishly decorated & very well appointed. The atrium and desert landscaping around the pool and hot tub area are stunning & very well maintained and have a view of the mountains. It really is a very special home and the owner is “The Best” landlord ever!

Disappointing Stay

In a nutshell, the home was not what was pictured on VRBO. We chose the home from the prior 5 star reviews and it was not the case at all. The carpets were stained from prior pets. The two biggest problems we had with this home was when we first arrived we discovered the refrigerator was not working. We had purchased food and had to purchase a cooler and ice daily. It took 19 days for the refrigerator to be repaired. During that time we had family and friends visiting. It was a very stressful 19 days. We rented the home for 34 days so that was a daily concern as to whether or not the repair tech would be out on the day we were told. The air conditioning also had problems in that it did not cool the house adequately. We had to have the air conditioning company come out and they had to repair one of the units. The landlord wanted us to keep the air at 78 degrees because it was an older unit and she also did not want a high electric bill. However, that was not possible because the master bedroom was over 80 degrees at the end of the day and it was difficult to get the temperature down. The thermostat was preset to not turn on until the house reached 68 degrees. That was not possible as we were in the desert. Because of these issues, we had to file a claim with VRBO and then escalate the claim because it was taking too long for the necessary repairs. We have rented homes for years and have a 5 star rating and never had any issues like the one we had with this last trip.

Exceptional property.

This place ticked all of our boxes ! We loved the large rear yard which has complete privacy, sun all day and great views of the mountains. It is very quiet with no traffic noise. The beautifully landscaped garden has vibrant colours and is frequented by humming birds, doves and mocking birds. At night the garden becomes magical with subtle lighting. The large low chlorine pool was great for exercise and for cooling off on hot days. We loved having the Sonos music system. The property is five minutes from a supermarket and from good local restaurants. This is outdoor living at its best . You can even pick a pink grapefruit for breakfast - what more could you ask for...

A Desert Gem

The photos don't do the property justice. It really is very special! It is nestled in a small gated community which is quiet and private. The desert landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained and the house itself is tastefully decorated and extremely well appointed. We hated to see our stay end! It was fabulous!

Who could ask for anything more?

Late last Fall my partner and I enjoy six fabulous weeks in this lovely home. We had rented holiday homes before, but they paled compared to Denise's place. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. I'm talking about fine linens, comfortable custom furniture, a soothing calming decor, a kitchen with every imaginable accessory, tool,convenience, and small appliances a cook would want. Lovely dishes and serving ware made it so easy to serve meals. And oh, the garden.......a private paradise with a breathtaking view. Combine a large pool with a waterfall and a spa : a vacation dream. We ate most meals at the big outside table, under the covered shade area and picked oranges from the trees on the property. The location of this home is ideal for getting around the whole Greater Palm Springs area. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are plentiful in the area. Handy for golf, as well as tennis courts right close to the house. This smalll gated development is ideal for walking, too. I could go on and on and still not do justice to this place. Add to that, the owner was more than responsive to any questions we had, giving us a carefree experience. We just wanted to stay there for months instead of weeks.

An Absolute GEM!!!

Our stay at this vacation home was amazing!!! Denise was attentive whenever we needed her. We struck up a great friendship. The home was clean upon arrival and the yard, pool, and community well-maintained. We found the home had everything we needed and hoped for and much much more! It was tastefully decorated( very pretty, pictures don't suffice the beauty) roomy, comfortable and well equipped for all needs. We immediately Felt totally at home and relax for five weeks. Any small problems that arose where immediately attended to by Denise. Thank you! We lived in the backyard! It's completely private, with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture, and many areas to find sun or shade, whatever you prefer! THE POOL AND SPA WERE AMAZING... The pool guy came twice a week... The BBQ grill was excellent! We really enjoyed every minute there and can't wait to return!! Thank you!!

Great Home to stay for a month!

Home is fully equipped. We enjoyed our time in An Marino! Entertained on several occasions, swam daily, enjoyed the local fruit trees... Denise was great to deal with - we highly recommend her home.

Beautiful Rancho Mirage Home

We spent time here in November and it was a wonderful spot. The home was very well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the back yard with the pool and spa and the lovely landscaping - you hate to leave it. The beds were really comfortable and the ensuite off the master bedroom is gorgeous. Everything you need for a holiday in the desert! We will definitely be back!

Garden of Eden

Everything was perfect! The outdoor space with palms, flowering bushes, cacti, citrus trees, green lawn and complete and utter privacy is populated with hummingbirds, busy little lizards, and white and yellow butterflies. The pool and spa are surrounded with natural rock, and at night, with the subtle landscape lighting, the waterfall spilling from the spa into the pool, and the dramatic flaming lava rock bowl reflected in the water, the effect is truly magical. Indoors, furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, with charming, thoughtful touches everywhere. The reality of this immaculate, beautifully appointed home far exceeds the photos. Denise, the owner, was pleasant and lovely to deal with; even Sean (Shawn?) the pool man was so kind in making certain we understood all the controls for the lighting and water features. Our trip celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and the idyllic setting really made us feel like Adam and Eve in the garden! k k

I bought this property because of the quiet, gracious neighbourhood, the well finished home and most of all the fabulous, landscaped back yard and pool.

The back garden is large and the landscaping is lovely. There are lemon and lime trees, colourful flowering shrubs, strange and wonderful cactus, the incredible pool and spa and the view of the mountains. The yard is quiet and completely private. It faces southwest so there is a perfect view as the sun sets over the mountains and the many stars come out. The pool is lit of course as are the landscape features. Its amazing for someone who has grown up in a cold climate!
