Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t give this a 5 star rating due to cleanliness. The place was very spacious and the game room/movie theater was great for the kids. However, upon arrival the stove was very dirty - thick layer of old bacon grease on the bottom stove drawer. The dishwasher was horrible - and we even rinsed the dishes before putting them in there. We had to run it twice to get them clean. The hot tub was dirty/murky and the shower in the Jack/jill bathroom would not drain properly leaving you standing in ankle deep water.
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 22 set 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad your family enjoyed the spacious cabin, game room, and movie theater, but we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you encountered. The issues with the stove, dishwasher, hot tub, and shower drain are not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will share your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. We truly hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience on a future stay.
