Great property. Beautiful views. Pots and pans need a refresh and there is no storage for leftovers but besides that, well appointed.

This rental was great - for the most part. The property is beautiful, the view is exquisite and there are so many great places to eat close by! The house is very spacious and accommodated our group of 19 perfectly. The biggest issue was that we were not notified before arrival that there was an issue with the AC unit on the 4th floor. With several young children (2 and under), no AC is a big issue. One of the property managers met us there upon arrival and informed us of the issue and assured us that it was being addressed. They did have portable ac units plugged in and working, but there were some areas of the floor that were not cooling. After several days of pestering them, maintenance brought in a larger unit to one of the rooms. It was cooling much better, but it also kept tripping the breaker. Management has agreed to compensate for these issues, but what’s frustrating is that we found out that apparently the issues with the ac have been going on for a while (at least a week or so before we got there), and we were never notified prior to arrival that there was an issue. Overall, we had a good stay, but the lack of communication and failure to make getting the ac fixed a priority were frustrating.
