Questa bella baita è perfetta per la famiglia o gli amici. 8 posti letto comodamente: camera matrimoniale con letto king size, 2 camere da letto aggiuntive con letti Queen e dormiente in sala giochi. Convenientemente situato a 1 miglio dal centro di Gatlinburg, a 7 miglia da Pigeon Forge e 2 miglia dal Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Molto a che fare con il tavolo da biliardo nella sala giochi al piano superiore, splendida vista sulle montagne, vasca idromassaggio, altalena, avvolgente portico, TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere e grande TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno.

Great amenities! That grill is something else! Loved having the pool table to kill time while everyone got ready. The traffic was awful, so we walked to putt putt and mountain coaster.

Grandkids' Trip

We had a great stay with plenty of room for everyone. Took our grandkids and our daughter. The cabin is very close to activities, but surprisingly quiet.

Great place to stay

Beautiful house! Loved everything about it. Nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. House is close to downtown and still has some beautiful views off the balcony. Check in was super easy. No complaints!

Great location, incredible snow

We stayed during the winter. It snowed 5 inches during our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive about making sure we were okay. The roads were plowed by 8 am and we had no trouble getting out. You can see (and hear) the roller coaster from the porch. We had a great trip!

Great location-wonderful cabin

Spent 3 nights at the cabin with our family! The cabin was clean, nice, spacious, and in a great location. Ed was more than accommodating and helpful. One of my kids forgot a sweatshirt there and they texted me to let me know they would be mailing that up to us-so kind!!!! We had a great time! Thank you!

Gatlinburg Cabin

The cabin was was clean and up to date. The location was perfect, it only took seconds to get to the main road. The cabin had great views of the mountains and felt secluded with lots of greenery. We even were lucky enough to see a black bear walk up the driveway one evening. Would definitely stay their again!!

Location, Location, Location

The cabin sits just off the parkway in Gatlinburg, plus is located at beginning of Parkway (just as you come through the Great Smokey National Forest) so no fighting Gatlinburg pkwy traffic get to Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. Owner is very responsive to any and all messages.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was exactly as presented in photos. K-cup machine didn’t work but owner replaced it with a new one that day! Great service. And if you want to see bears this is the place. The cabin was convenient to Gatlinburg.

Close to town, but not too close

Everything was clean and great communication. We cooked a couple meals and had the tools we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool table and games. Porch was a great place to hang out. Wasn’t close enough to town to walk there, but after we saw a bear on the road in we were happy to drive haha. No complaints, great place to stay.

Excellent cabin for a rainy weekend getaway!

This cabin is everything we were hoping to have for a weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday. The cabin was well furnished with all supplies needed or the stay provided. We were overall very happy with our stay, and would do so again. The only con I can think of is that there was pet hair all over the rugs, we don’t have pets besides an outside cat so we’re not used to getting pet hair all over our socks and clothing. Other than that, the place was superb!

Great Gatlinburg Cabin!!

We were in town for a wedding and rented this cabin because of the proximity to our friends. To be honest, we’ve never stayed this far down the mountain and it was really nice to be able to get to the strip so quickly. You can even walk there if you don’t mind the trek back up the mountain! LOL The cabin is well appointed, including some board games and books. There is a hot tub on the side porch, but we didn’t have opportunity to use it. The master is upstairs and there is a bedroom down with an en suite and one without. There is a full bath in the downstairs hallway for that one and also accessible to the living space. We had a great trip and very much enjoyed our stay at Smoky Heights Overlook!!

Perfect family vacation cabin! We were so very happy with this property. Conveniently located to the action in town, yet it feels private and secluded. The views, wrap around porch, beautiful interior, full kitchen, laundry, and three bathrooms met all of our needs. We would certainly stay here again.

We are a family of 3 with aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 3 to 5 properties after 2020.

In 2014, we decided to take over the daily management of the property and Janan took over booking and management. We've had a couple hiccups but overall the experience has been delightful for us. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a lifelong memory.

We are committed to Gatlinburg, having purchased a second cabin in 2015. I told people I was doing a renovation on the 2nd property. Janan and my friends told people we are doing a full rebuild. Looking back on all we ended up doing, I'd say they are right. Check it out at VRBO Listing 658902. In addition to sleeping more people and more mountain views it is in a golf course community and has 2 pools for the kids.

In May 2018 we added a Condo to our offerings. Its now Nov 2019 and we have completed 4 planned phase upgrades. These renovations have been done in stages and include everything from expanding kitchen, to upgrading appliances, electrical, and TVs, to adding sound abatement to the ceilings.

This property is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath that sleeps 6 (sofa bed). Located in Cobbly Nob the views are amazing. This is part of the Deer Ridge Resort so offers indoor pool, tennis court, and even lounge access Th-Sun. You can check it out at VRBO Listing 1329268

We bought the property in December 2009 after a visit to Gatlinburg. We stayed here while looking at numerous properties over a 5 day period and realized that the best value was indeed the cabin we had been staying in.
