I condomini CASA DE EMDEKO si trovano di fronte all'oceano nella famosa città di Kailua-Kona sulla Big Island delle Hawaii. A differenza di molte proprietà, tutto ciò che riguarda Casa sembra proprio alle Hawaii. Questo condominio è stato ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Goditi l'ampio lanai privato che si affaccia sull'oceano con incredibili tramonti notturni in prima fila.

Casa è una delle poche proprietà rimaste dove puoi goderti le tue serate sotto le tradizionali torce Tiki hawaiane.

La Casa de Emdeko ha due piscine sul posto. Uno è una piscina di acqua dolce e l'altra è una piscina di acqua salata convogliata direttamente dall'oceano. A pochi passi di distanza si trova una spiaggia sabbiosa con sedie a sdraio e tavoli per godersi l'oceano.

Lascia le finestre aperte e addormentati al suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia. I giardini ben curati e una cascata sono un piacere per la popolazione locale di parrocchetti selvatici. Nessuna alimentazione per favore. Di notte apprezzerai percorsi e giardini ben illuminati.

Immaculate and beautifully updated. Best view of sunsets and perfect for whale watching from lanai. We loved our stay!

Great place for a Getaway!

The property is a gem by the ocean. Walkable to town for morning coffee and muffins at Lava Java or make your own in the fully equipped kitchen. Have been staying at this place for years and will continue to return. Love the ocean sound at night and the amenities are great!

This was our 4th winter staying at Mike & Betsy's Kona condo.

Amazing!!! We truly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was perfect for us. The overall property is beautiful. We had an amazing sunset view from our balcony and the pool area. It was also nice hearing the waves crashing throughout the night. We loved this place and highly recommend it!

Awesome location!

We loved the stay. The view is for real, always a view of the ocean! Near everything. Our stay was great the only thing I’d say is that the place is old and could definitely use some updates but given the price and location, we were very happy with our stay!

Short Kona Getaway

The condo is nicely situated, close to the pool and the ocean. It is well appointed if some what dated. Plenty of dishes, basic spices, and places to lounge both outside on the lanai and in the common areas

Very nice piece of paradise

This is a gem, nice secluded area but conveniently close to all the hot spots where you can dine, shop, and enjoy entertainment or you can just relax at the fully supplied spacious condo and enjoy the pool and ocean view. You only hear the ocean no traffic noise. It truly is paradise.

Very Comfortable

What a nice place to stay. Well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. A nice deck overlooking the ocean. It's a big condo with lots of room. Could not ask for better.

So Relaxing

Great location, Clean and tidy condo. Quiet complex with two pools, a huge covered gathering spot for BBQ's and get together's. Watched dolphins pass through every morning. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids (ages 7 and 10). We swam every day (sometimes a day) in the pools, barbecued during the sunset, chatted with other residents and loved the ocean sounds from our rooms. The lanai was spectacular and a fully stocked condo was perfect. So many great memories made on this trip. Thank you for the wonderful and affordable accommodations!

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It was even bigger/better in person than in the photos. The furniture/decor is a little dated but everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect. The property itself is fantastic- both pools are amazing. Every night at sunset there was someone playing conch shells which was quite magical. There is no direct beach access from the property, but we still liked the location due to its easy parking and quick ride to town. Would stay again!

Paradise

The apartment has a wonderful view on the ocean and it was highly above my expectations. Me, Marco, my son and my mother spent almost 2 weeks there and the whole apartment was comfortably equipped to have great time on holiday. I don't know if I'll be lucky enough to be back in Hawai'i in the future but, if I am, I'll come again to your wonderful place.

The best condo of the group!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were in Hawaii for a wedding and the bride and groom loved it so much that we used the pool area for their welcome party. The view of the sunset was perfect. The saltwater pool was better than most beaches. It was easy to get to many places from the condo and always had parking. The condo is a bit outdated but it was part of its charm and comfort. I would Highly recommend it to many.

Fun spot in Kona!

We loved being so close to the beach that we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves at night! It was a bummer that the salt water pool was being re-tiled during our stay but there were plenty of other things to do and it was actually fun to watch the progress from the balcony! The complex has a beautiful lobby and grounds. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your sweet condo! :)

Visiting from Kauai

Check in/out process really smooth and easy. Views from the property are awesome and the unit itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Property manager easy to get ahold of by phone for any questions we had. The location of the property was also great. God willing we'll be back next year!!! Mahalo nui Mike and Betsy... Aloha 🌺

Great location, great amenities

I Am very frustrated with this VRBO review website, I wrote a lpng and glowing 5-star review of this property and the site deleted it! Suffice to say we 4 adults had a great time,Owner was very helpful, nice gated parking, lovely ocean sunset views from the unit, and great accessories come with the unit (spices, beach items). Great pools, grills. Unit was dated but very clean, riomy, well appointed with AC and wash/dryer. Highly recommended, 5-star.

Great Sunsets

The condo is an older unit that needs some updates. The recliners offered nice seating though. There is quite a hike with luggage from the parking lot. The salt water pool is great and has a nice view of the sunset.
