Questa unità ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per sentirti come un vero grande letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Ha anche una cucina completamente attrezzata. con una vista dell'oceano pure. Casa De Emdeko offre ai proprietari e gli ospiti la miscela perfetta di atmosfera hawaiana con giardini tropicali e le canzoni dei tanti uccelli colorati che godono i giochi d'acqua nel giardino. Godetevi la nostra piscina giardino situato nel bel mezzo di un ambiente tropicale. Casa ha anche una delle poche piscine di fronte all'oceano dove si può nuotare e prendere il sole delle Hawaii caldo mentre si guarda le balene o delfini giocano, a seconda della stagione della vostra visita. Palme ondeggianti sulla nostra, prendisole privata di sabbia in riva al mare offre splendidi tramonti con uno speciale senso di serenità. I nostri cabana, i barbecue e i tavoli in lanai sono perfetti per organizzare cene con gli amici e fare nuove amicizie da tutto il mondo. Uno stallo di parcheggio per unità.

What a great place to stay! The views of the ocean were amazing and we watched the sun set every night. The location was very convenient, close to the town center but away from the congestion. I would highly recommend!

Overall we had a great stay at Casa De Emdeko. We knew going in that we were paying for the view. The house met our needs, but could use some maintenance/updating in general. Tvs were very old, duct tape over outlets, outdated decor and furniture, etc. Overall, aside from aesthetics, no major complaints. The grounds were very well kept with beautiful landscaping and the view from the lanai is 5 stars.

The view was great, furniture on the lanai was not comfortable. Two chairs were ok but for a unit that can sleep 6, not so good. The check in took 3 tries before they attached the instructions...after returning with groceries for a week the air conditioner has dumped water all over the kitchen. That took 2 hours for them to fix but no clean up so we used all the beach towels and then laundered them. Not something I wanted to do with groceries and after a long flight. Communication was a big issue with Knutson. Another night the air conditioner stopped working and after notifying Knutson at 7am finally after calling at noon received the info that is was a whole building issue...If you have any type of mobility issues these are not the condo's for you. The have an elevator but many stairs to reach the units. We've been in Kona numerous times and would not consider Casa de Emdeko again. We've talked to others that have stayed and the air conditioning is an issue over and over again. On a positive note the salt water pool was awesome...

While we are sorry that portions of your stay did not meet expectations, we do want to clarify the comments regarding communication, as they do not accurately reflect the level of responsiveness provided by our team. Our team responded promptly when issues were reported and worked diligently to assist throughout your stay. When the air-conditioning issue occurred, we immediately worked to get assistance to the property, including coordinating help late at night and well outside of normal business hours. Our after-hours team and vendors made every effort to address the situation as quickly as possible. The subsequent air-conditioning interruption was related to a building-wide issue affecting the complex and was unfortunately outside of our individual unit or management company’s control. We still communicated the information available to us and worked to assist as soon as we were made aware of the situation. We certainly understand how frustrating an air-conditioning problem can be during the summer in Kona, and we regret the inconvenience it caused. However, we take great pride in being highly responsive to our guests, including after hours, and feel it is important to clarify that significant efforts were made by our team throughout your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront views and Casa de Emdeko’s wonderful saltwater pool, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Great vacatio looking over the ocean

Easy checkin and great communication with property management. The lanai was extensive and overlooked the ocean. Location was great as it was straight access to the shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful View

We didn't use the pool because we were too busy doing other things, but we loved sitting on the lanai in the morning for breakfast and watching the sunset. You could even see fish swimming in the water from the Lanai.
