We strive to offer impeccable customer service before, during, and after your stay. We do see you contacted us for assistance with the linens. You respectfully asked that no one enter the home during your stay and it looks like our team was able to direct you to the extra sheets and blankets. Please know that we stock each home with a starter supply of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through the rest of their trip. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered that kept you from fully enjoying your stay and we shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that housekeeping has been addressed and they shared your feedback about the stove knobs with the homeowner. Our home is located in the desert, surrounded by large properties, some being ranches but we apologize for any issue you encountered with a neighbor's dog barking one evening and for any inconvenience regarding food delivery.
