Come experience luxury and comfort in the desert with this three-bedroom home in Moab boasting a private hot tub and mountain views. You'll also have free trailer parking and a garage to park your vehicle (with additional trailer/overflow parking), as well as easy access for guests with limited mobility.



This condo is located in the small, peaceful community of Rim View, which provides exceptional views of Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. You'll be eight miles south of downtown Moab, four miles from paddle-boarding and kayaking on Ken's Lake, and just minutes from countless trails for hiking, off-roading, and hiking!



Back at the condo, enjoy exceptional views from inside and out. The central AC will keep you cool, and the full kitchen and gas grill provide the means for delicious meal prep. To unwind, relax on the covered back patio or stay in and entertain yourself with the free WiFi or Netflix and HBO streaming.

I really liked the house - it was new and modern and located right outside of Moab (which if you've never been there like us, is crazy busy - so it was nice not being in the center of that mess). We did have some issues with the passkey to get into the door (its really long and we couldn't get it to work), but a quick call got us a physical key and all was good. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting! Would definitely stay here again if returning to Moab!

Loved the space and the house. Views were excellent and the back patio and hot tub were great! Directions need to be updated as GPS brings you to the lot prior to the houses. We came in at night making it very difficult to find. Luckily another review had details to follow and to turn by the Zoo sign directly across from the house. Rental is ran through Vacasa so there was not a real host to talk to or communicate with, making it harder to get a real response to questions. Overall though great place to stay and would rent again!

Wow - what a great place to stay in Moab! The house was beautiful inside and out. The view was breathtaking but the absolute best was star gazing while soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely return to this property, loved it!
