Hello Christopher , Thank you for your review. We like to apologize for the negatives you encountered during your stay. It was very unfortunate that there was noise during your stay. We make sure contractors only work a certain number of hours, so they do not bother our guest with the noise as much. As per the bug(s). Our condos are sprayed every month by a professional pest control company. As you mentioned our property is very well maintained. Our condos as well as our property are kept very clean.
