This condo was perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had somewhere to sleep and its spacious enough we all had our own space.I love that it has not only a deck off the living room but also off the master bedroom. The beach is just a short walk down the street and there is a Dollar General right down the street and a Walmart just over the Port Isabel bridge. We were also only an hour away from Brownsville so we drove down to Starbase to check that out. Very cool experience. All in all it was a great experience from booking to leaving.

Family beach vacation

Nice place to relax at the beach. Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and very close to wanna wanna beach bar which they have very good drinks and nice atmosphere.

Overall, we had a good stay at this VRBO. The location was excellent, the property description was accurate, and communication with the host was outstanding. She gathered all the necessary information well before our arrival, making the check-in process and trip planning smooth and stress-free.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.My suggestions are mostly related to comfort and appearance. Since the property is so close to the beach, adding some beach-themed décor and making a few cosmetic updates would really enhance the overall experience. A fresh coat of paint on the front door and improved curb appeal would make a great first impression and help the property better match the surrounding vacation rentals.The beds and couches were not very comfortable and could benefit from being updated. One concern was that the upstairs back door did not lock. Although it’s on the second floor, it was still unsettling for guests unfamiliar with the area, and we didn’t see any mention of a security bar or alternate way to secure it.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s excellent communication. With a few updates, this could be an even better beach getaway.

It was so fun!

Everything was great but since the island experienced a water leak and the water was shut off the washer was not functioning the way it should but the family really enjoyed the stay and we are definitely coming back! Thanks a bunch!

Loved it ❤️

The property was great. We loved our stay!! The beach is very close by. The only issue we had was the rug in the living room was very dirty. It looked clean (vacuumed) but it needs to be washed. FYI, they do not provide more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom or extra trash bags. Its a great place and will definitely rent from.them again!!

Beautiful 5 minute walk to the beach.

The beach is half a block away. The property comes with everything you could need. Peaceful and private. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

This was the perfect spot...great location...walking distance from the beach...kitchen is stocked with all necessities...loved the back patio The only problem I had was the cleanliness of it. There was a small Roach in the closet, it was dusty, & the bathrooms weren't cleaned well.

I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. I have a cleaning crew that usually does a great job; however, there are times when they have to subcontract out the job due to conflicts in their personal schedule. This may have been one of the days. I apologize. I let them know of your comments. As to the roach in the closet, my pest control company says "Don't call me if they're dead. That's good. That means I'm doing my job. Call me if they're alive, and I'll come take care of it."

I apologize for not having any soap. My cleaning people are supposed to leave a bar of soap in each bathroom. There is also supposed to be dishwashing liquid underneath the kitchen sink. However, I do not provide laundry soap.

Great family vacation

This rental is convenient, comfortable, and has all that you need for a couple days stay. The beach access was very close (4-5 mins walk). We had a great time and definitely will use it again.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and nice. More pots and pans than you could ever need. I would recommend bringing spices if you will use them and extra toilet paper, paper towels and possibly even trash bags if you stay more than 4 days. We had just enough for our stay. I can’t wait to come again.
