Questa grande casa Oceanside (10-12 posti letto comodamente) si trova alla fine nord della città di Fenwick Island al largo di James Street. Fenwick Island è conosciuta per le loro belle spiagge ampie e pulite che non sono mai sovraffollata. Questa grande casa (3500 sq. Ft plus) è l'ideale per le famiglie con sale giochi fornito di giochi e giocattoli, diverse aree soggiorno e ponti a prendere il sole del pomeriggio e il tramonto sulla baia. Great location for the beach.

This house is just a block from the beach. The beach was great and never crowded. The large wagon for taking stuff to the beach was greatly appreciated. The house with 5 bedrooms worked great for our family but it could use some updating overall.

Excellent getaway for our family

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Chrisy and her husband were excellent at answering our questions and dealing with our concerns in a very timely manner. 100 percent would stay here again and are already considering booking for next summer

Perfect location for Ocean's Calling

We stayed here to be out of the craziness of OC for the music festival. It was a perfect place to decompress in the evenings. Chrisy was super responsive and the house was great.

Great location, roomy, great for kids. Needs some decluttering, updated and larger beds, swing set not safe. Wagon for beach was great.

Great for a large family

Home was well appointed. Beds were comfy. Close access to the beach was a definite plus. It was also in a nice quiet area but close to O.C. MD and Rehoboth.

Fenwick Fest

This house was perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Great size, well kept, & has a nice cozy feel. I will recommend this property to others.

Tons of Space and Easy Access to the Beach

Overall we had a great stay. There was a lot of space for everyone to relax back at the house if needed. Easy access to the beach, it was only a block walk which was great since we have a 1 year old. Would highly recommend.

Great house!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tingle's Time Out. The house is comfortable and spacious - we were an extended family with 4 generations represented and all had plenty of room. Proximity to the beach and the use of the wagon to drag all our stuff up was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Escape from Life

Great location, great house! Although my friends and I ended up here trying to escape a hurricane in north Carolina, it exceeded all our expectations. The house was great and close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach. We live near DC and will definitely be trying to come back!

Perfect for Extended Families

This was our third year at the beach house. Being Oceanside and close to the beach is great. From the balcony we saw gorgeous sunsets over the bay. We hope to return in 2020.

Best week!

We are multiple family’s that come together for our beach vacation each year. We love FI and this house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and looked what we had excepted from pictures and written descriptions. The ease of walking to the beach and to anything downtown was perfect and just what we wanted in a house. We hope to vacation here next year as well.

Place is great

Everything about this property was as advertised and wonderful. The set up was perfect for our whole family of grandparents, mother with 5 yr old and couple with 5 and 1.5 yr old. There was a simple walk to the beach, a walking/biking street out the back door, a little playground in the backyard, fantastic tv service. The neighborhood had easily accessible playgrounds, water park, bars.restaurants...We look forward to staying there again..The host was very responsive!!!

Very Satisfying Return Vacation

It's so nice to want to return to a beach house rental. And we were very pleased with our second year here. This house is perfect for a 3 generation family like ours. Grammie had the master bedroom on the main floor and everyone else had the downstairs bedrooms. Although the house is on the main street, it's an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean with no lingering sand from the previous renters. We plan to return for our 3rd year in 2019!

Perfect for Small Children

We stayed with our daughter's family, including our 3 year old grandson. The house was absolutely perfect for him! In fact, he had more fun at the house than he did on any of the outings. Not only is there a yard with a swingset and a playroom full of toys, but there are toys on every level. So no matter where we were in the house, he was entertained. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs, so our stay was completely worry-free. It was the best home base for our trip and because it was so well-equipped, we didn't feel like we had to fill every minute of the day doing tourist stuff. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck and having fun together. Thank you, Chrisy!

Fantastic family vacation home

This was our family's first trip to Fenwick Island and couldn't be more thankful for coming across this property. The house is spacious, clean, and very accommodating for a large group. The location is great with restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive, and the beach is only a block away. The beach road is immediately behind the house and was great for walking, running, biking, or scooting. Only thing to take note is the number of parking spots available in the driveway. Max capacity to allow for cars to go in and out comfortably is 4, so something to keep in mind since the house is meant for a large party. Looking forward to staying at this house again! Ty for a wonderful stay.

Disaster adverted

I want to compliment the property owners for the swift action they took as well as gift they provided us when on the first day of the trip the washing machine was broken...with as little disruption as possible the machine was replaced. Since we didn't pack enough for the whole week - the timing was perfect.

The pictures does not do the house justice. This being my first time, I was a little nervous. Chrisy answered all of my questions, I must add her response time was very quick. The house was perfect, the host as perfect, I couldn’t have ask for anything more! Thank you, Chrisy!

Great location good floor plan not as clean as it should have been

The location of the house, very close walking distance to the beach and the space and layout of the house was good for us. However the house needs a really good deep cleaning. Under the beds, tv, couches etc was very dusty. The bathroom floors were sandy as if they were never cleaned. My reason for letting you know this I don't want you to think we left the house like this.

Great House For A Big Family Vacation!

This house was perfect for my family of 9. Lots of room to spread out, but the living room, dining room and kitchen were large enough when we all came together. This has to be the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a long time. I was concerned about being on the main street on Fenwick Island, but there is ample parking and there is a fence all round the property. We sat out on the deck and watched the sunset over the bay. There was a large wagon for us to carry our chairs, toys and umbrellas to the beach. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. My family is already talking about returning to this house again next year!

The house is not as well-kept as one would think by looking at the photo. Was disappointed that my guests and I had to spend our first two hours of vacation cleaning the house, which appeared not to have been cleaned at all after the previous guests departed. Additionally, we replaced a shower curtain in one of the 2nd floor bathrooms because it was moldy. Mold was evident around several of the air vents in the house as well. On the plus side, when the first floor of the home flooded due to excessive rains, the owner responded promptly.

Perfect- Location, Accommodations, Weather, Memories

We love this house. The fully stocked playroom is perfect for rainy day play and the proximity to the beach is just what we need with so many toddlers. Evenings were often concluded with a five mile bike ride through the side streets or a stroller parade under the moonlight. We have rented this home for the last two years because the floor plan allows for all three families to have their own bathrooms and the children can have the twin beds. It is furnished so tastefully and the extra sunrooms on the back allow for some quiet space away from the larger group playing board games or watching a sporting event. We appreciate the use of the large cart to transport our pile of beach chairs and canopies too. This year we did not grill but who can ask for anything better than a Weber grill! Our favorite playground and crabbing pier is just a few minutes away and in September the neighborhood was very quiet. The owners were quick to correct a garbage disposal issue and check-in and check-out were very easy.

We are the original owner of this home. Until last summer, this was our full time, year round home and we have consistently upgraded and maintained the home.
Mark is a native of Fenwick Island, Delaware and married Chrisy in 2007. Their two children loved growing up in Fenwick Island. The Tingle family still live and work locally in the area. Chrisy is a licensed realtor in Delaware.
