Coachella Weekend 2 special - $ 849 a notte!

Questo tre camere da letto, tre bagni di casa ha anche un den opzionale / 4a camera da letto dotata di due traverse divano full size. Camera 3 ha due serie di letti a castello per un totale di 4 posti letto. Situato sul campo da golf, questa casa offre viste spettacolari sulle montagne e sui corsi e dispone di una casita per gli ospiti con ingresso indipendente. In qualità di ospite avrete accesso alla piscina e all'accesso al tennis e si trovano a pochi passi dagli Empire Polo Fields.

Indian Palms è una destinazione turistica con un corso di campionato a 27 buche (tre corsi di nove buche). Dispone di un campo di guida a doppio fine e di una zona di pratica corta con due green putting. Ci sono cinque campi da tennis illuminati, un centro fitness (a pagamento) con lezioni giornaliere e una piscina olimpionica.

Holiday weekend family vaca success

We had a great time. Enough room for everyone. The little casita was terrific for our family. Bunkbeds were great too. Futons were a little hard to sleep on, but we managed with by putting blow up mattress on top. Great communication. Very responsive and helpful. House was super cute and kitchen was very functional. Had all we needed. Golf cart was super fun for our group too. Neighborhood is outdated-older pools, courts, clubhouse and golf was not "up to par". Huge community to get around, but we figured it out. It was perfect for our little family vacation. It accommodated us all and our handicapped grandbaby was able to easily get around. Look forward to our next vacation! Thank you

Amazing family get away

The property was perfect for our large family and it was centrally located to everything. The property owner was easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house was clean and well equipped with all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

What a great property !!! The house was perfect for 3 families. Marion was an excellent host with outstanding communication before and during our rental period. We will definitely rent this property again on our next trip to the Desert.

Would certainly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Indian Palms and would recommend it. It had plenty of room for our family of five. The country club was well-kept, had good amenities and was in a nice location to make some day trips. My favorite thing was that the house came with the extra things like soaps, detergents, toilet paper and pool towels so we didn't have to buy those. My husband enjoyed playing pickleball every morning. The resort courts (and main pool) were about a five-minute drive from the house, plus there was a group of about 50 people that played on another set of courts that were 15 minutes away. Our youngest loved when the family took the golf cart to one of the three community pools in the afternoon. Our tween's favorite was riding bicycle in the evening and our teenager really appreciated having the casita for her own space. Marion had excellent communication and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable.

Very nice!

Marion was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. The house was spacious and comfortable. we enjoyed use of the tennis and pickle ball courts, and swimming pool! The home was convenient to the Indian Wells tennis center where we watched her tennis. There were many basic supplies that we utilized at the home. We had a great time! Thank you!

Fun Golf Trip

Really enjoyed our trip to this property as it is in a great location to be able to get to anywhere you need to quickly. House was clean and check in was a breeze. Marion is quick to respond and gets you the information you need. Only complaint is that one of the rooms (Den) does not have a door and simply has curtains. Looking back at the pictures, I should have realized this before hand though. All in all, a very enjoyable place and would 100% stay here again.

Great area

Great location with multiple pools. Rental was clean and ready for us. Had issued with the tub not draining, called the owner and issue was taking care of same day. Great rate if you’re looking for easy, simple process.

Indio Stay

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights recently. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the complex is beautiful and easy to navigate. The owner was quick to respond to questions and went out of her way to provide us with everything we needed. We did have a couple of issues with cleanliness, as it appeared that previous guests left a bit of a mess that was overlooked in the cleaning process. In addition, the sliding door to the backyard was in desperate need of a cleaning and the blinds covering it in poor condition. When you’re paying an expensive cleaning fee (feel free to check the rate) , I believe you’re entitled to expect a certain level of cleanliness. I did let the owner know about my concerns and she responded promptly with attentiveness and professionalism. I’m confident that she’ll address the issues and her home will be perfect!

Spacious and clean

We had a great stay. Lots of space for our family of four plus grandmas my two year old loved the bunk bed. Pools were great and quite. We had it to our selves. Golf cart was a huge plus to get too and from pools. We would stay again.

Christmas Vacation 2020

The house and location were perfect for our blended family of 7. We took a few day trips to national parks, but our favorite activities were swimming, biking, and golfing right within Indian Palms Country Club.

AMAZING!!!

Amazing place to stay. I stayed here with some coworkers for a few nights. The owner was very responsive, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this bnb to anyone looking for a place to stay. The golf cart was amazing amazing feature to use to get to the pool. By far, my best bnb experience ever!!!

Family Getaway Gone RIGHT!

Wrapped up a much needed family trip away from crazy L.A. Here are my thoughts on our stay. 1. Communication with Marion was really amazing. Very prompt and courteous. Found the Instructions to use the home items such as The TV and how to use the various pools very helpful . AC was turned on for our arrival in 110 degree weather which was a really great touch. 2. Cleanliness was top notch. Even greeted with sanitizer to use which was a nice touch during this Covid time. You can tell the owners really care. 3. Supplies. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen stocked, sheets and blankets etc. 4. Layout was perfect. Very cozy coach and chairs and a nice size TV. Since it was over 120 degrees we definitely hit up the movies on Netflix. There are also other apps on ROKU to use. Kitchen island was awesome to use as well as the kitchen table. Bedrooms and bath- Master bed was super comfortable. My 9 year old wanted to sleep in the top bunk bed because she doesn’t get that at home. Bathroom and tub was perfect for relaxing and for kids. Exploring the Premises - Best part is having a golf cart to explore the different pools and the golf course. The closest pool is down the street a couple blocks and was generally not full. Even though it got busier on a Friday and weekend we found the main pool towards the front actually more accommodating. It’s larger so you can fit more people and to be honest, outside of a ladies water fitness class there was plenty of room for us to play and swim. Golf / Tennis/ gym- so the gym was closed for Covid but the Tennis and Pickle Ball courts were wide open . We took up golf lessons at the Lions Academy with a Master Professional ( the only one in Coachella Valley). The academy has several locations that include color based belt levels and I am looking to sign up my kid for the academy near L.A. the lesson we took was great. We even played a few holes before the heat got to us. Would go back for dinner at the clubhouse next time All in all I was very pleased with the the entire trip. 5 stars all around for sure.

Right on the 8th tee

We enjoyed our visit. This 4 bedroom place is comfy and inviting. It is stocked well with kitchen spices and soap for the washer and dryer. We had a problem with the pool keys..... they would not unlock the gate. Marion came over and checked. The HOA had changed all keys. We had a new key in just a few hours.....wonderful service! If you want a place for Coachella music or Stagecoach, this is the place with a great price. Walking distance.

Great stay

Spent Thanksgiving at this house in Indian Palms. It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Even had a golf cart for tooling around the grounds. Liked the casita also. Marion, our host, gave quick responses to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Exactly as advertised

We were very happy with our accommodations. House was very clean and had all the plates and utensils we needed for our meals. Back yard was always wet I think the sprinklers need to be reset. Great views and relaxing watching golfers during day. One of the cable boxes did not work so no ballgames first night but we figured it out. We would come back if available for our annual golf trip.

Awesome place.

The house was great. All expectation was met, all the rooms were fully furnish and was very comfortable. Owner was very nice and flexible. Will definitely recommend this rental property to everyone i know.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The house was nice and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We really enjoyed the pool and its surroundings. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

A gem in Indio

The property was clean, nicely decorated and love cater close to everything in Indio/Palm Desert. The country club staff were extremely polite and helpful and the owner checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. 5 star treatment !
