Westcott Bay Vista (precedentemente noto come Bellevue Farm Cottage) è una bella casa in stile Cape Cod costruito con grande dettaglio. Questa casa 2600+ piedi quadrati è situato in cima ad una dolce collina, offre una vista spettacolare di Westcott Bay da quasi tutte le camere. Questa esclusiva comunità di case in stile simile su ampie proprietà è a pochi chilometri a piedi da Roche Harbor Resort.

Godetevi l'impostazione dal soggiorno e sala da pranzo e la cucina di questa bella casa isola vista sull'oceano. Il soggiorno arredate in modo confortevole ha una bella pietra circondano woodburing camino e impianto stereo in casa. Il tavolo da pranzo offre posti a sedere per 8 con bar per la colazione posti a sedere per 4. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. C'è una biblioteca sala privata / intrattenimento che può essere chiusa con porte a scomparsa per la TV / DVD a guardare. Connessione internet wireless disponibile se proprio devi.

Quattro camere da letto sono situate al piano superiore. La master suite è arredata con un letto matrimoniale con waterviews e ha un bagno padronale adiacente con due lavabi e doccia. La junior suite è inoltre arredata con un letto queen size con vista sull'acqua e dispone di un bagno privato adiacente. La terza camera offre waterviews ed è arredata con un letto matrimoniale. La quarta camera da letto è arredata con 2 letti singoli e 2 materassi singoli nell'armadio (4 letti singoli in totale).

Barbecue esterno e godersi il vero orientamento sud-ovest massimizzando tutto il giorno la luce del sole. Perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding

Close to Roche Harbor Resort, the property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. It had great water views. Three full baths was a plus.We would definitely stay here again.

One of our best getaway houses!

Beautiful, comfortable home and great location for visiting Roche Harbor and San Juan Island. Lots of wonderful amenities. Very clean and well organized. Wish the hot tub was working while we were there, but other than that it was perfect for us. Highly recommend!!

Great house and location

Property itself was wonderful, but we felt that property manager could have/should have been more helpful with arrangements for boat mooring, trailer parking and late checkout. Basically, we were on our own with no advice or suggestions for any of those necessities on our first trip to the area.

Great House!

This house was perfect for our group! We were in town for a wedding at Roche Harbor Resort and it was only a 3 min drive from the house!! We used the community tennis court that is probably 50 yards from the house! And we met a really nice neighbor named Glenn and his dog Ginger! He gave us awesome recommendations for in town! Highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a nice quiet house with a BEAUTIFUL view!

Spring Break with Family

Beautiful home and setting. 1 1/2 mile walk to Roche Harbor. Community Tennis court and Basketball hoop close by. Some areas need a little extra cleaning…. Showers, shower curtain, sink drains, dishes… but overall clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Management Company very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again.

Great house near Roche Harbor

This is a great house…. Sort of reminds me of the Hampton. The view is fantastic and it’s peaceful and quiet. My only complaint would be that they need to have new linens and comforters and pillows. For this type of more upscale house my wife and I felt they should spend some money on that.. But other than that it’s wonderful.
