We loved our stay in Petoskey at this lovely bay view home. It was super well stocked with all the helpful items that make a vacation stay pleasant. There are lots of sitting areas, a beautiful front porch, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, and a spacious kitchen. Mike was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return!

This property was even better than expected. Newly remodeled spaces were amazing. The kitchen and family room spaces were great gathering spots with ample seating. We found wonderful amenities available for our use in the kitchen/laundry/bathrooms. We truly enjoyed the welcome gifts from our host.

This was a terrific place to stay in petoskey. One thing the description does not mention is that it is not long of a walk to the pier. There is also a lovely small park a very short walk away where we sat and watched the water. Great place, recommend.

This was our second time renting out this lovely home in petoskey. We love the location, close enough to walk to town , and one block from the water. The bike trail is literally down the street and the lighthouse pier is close by too! The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with a bbq grill outside. My absolute favorite thing is the amazing outdoor space!!!! You can watch the sunset from the balcony, eat dinner on the balcony, play cards (the place is stocked full of board games and cards!!) or enjoy a book on the PORCH SWING! Beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels. The house has it ALL!!!The host was very responsive and helpful when I had a question. Already planning our next stay

What an amazing vacation home! The location is perfect and the house was fully stocked with whatever we needed! The beds were comfortable and we loved the huge porch! Petoskey is a lovely little town, and we were so happy with our stay! We will definitely plan on returning to this beautiful home again!

Beautiful house with all the amenities including a wonderful wrap around porch with a swing. Our family, including our 2 month old grandson enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to park, marina, and downtown Petoskey shops and restaurants. Gorgeous water and sunset views. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely week in this charming cottage. Everything you need is provided - comfy beds, clean and so convenient to everything in town. We walked to dinner numerous times! Highly recommended.

Great stay!

A fabulous place to stay. Everything was as indicated in the listing. Our host communicated very well including a last minute issue with the Master Bedroom shower. We will definitely try and stay at this location again!!!!

Cousins trip

Headed up north with cousins for a cousins getaway - 6 of us total and this house was perfect for us! We had a family night in and cooked together and the space was large and open to so we could all be together. The view is amazing too! Super clean, spacious and great host!!

Wedding weekend stay

What a wonderful place and a beautiful view. Weather was perfect for a fall wedding. Very comfortable, felt like home. We even had chocolate, wine and some chips to welcome us in.

We loved this property!

There were six of us for a girls trip and we absolutely loved this property! This is a fully remodeled home that is spacious and extremely comfortable with very nice furnishings and amenities. A very roomy home. We would definitely stay here again, and I will recommend this property to family and friends.

Came in for a family weddiing

We loved the property! We came from Montana and Japan for a family wedding in Petosky. The property was super clean, centrally located and was very well represented in the pictures and listing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Exceptional option

The pictures posted on VRBO truly represented this home. The location is ideal with a close proximity to downtown, walking distance to the bay, beach, and walking paths. The home was beautifully decorated and we felt at home during our stay. Would 100% stay again.
