Una casa a due camere da letto artistica e confortevole più due cabine letto, siamo stati una delle protagoniste del recente tour di Parade of Homes. Siamo situati alla fine di una strada sterrata e immerso in cinque acri di surreale paesaggio di massi. Siamo ugualmente vicini all'ingresso del Parco e a Pappy & Harriet's. Fuori dal portico posteriore è di 200 acri di deserto simile a un parco da esplorare. Caricato con funzionalità e bei tocchi, e. . . l'esperienza della vasca idromassaggio più sublime nell'alto deserto!

Ci sono viste mozzafiato sul masso da ogni finestra. All'esterno, goditi il portico sul retro, il "belvedere" che si affaccia sulla città di Joshua Tree e sul parco nazionale, una vasca idromassaggio, una vasca da cowboy, una piattaforma per lo yoga, una vasca a ferro di cavallo, un'area barbecue (gas e carbone), ottima luoghi di ritrovo e più pile di massi che puoi esplorare in un fine settimana.

Appena fuori dal portico posteriore è oltre 250 acri di deserto incontaminato da esplorare. Nient'altro che massi, alberi di joshua, fauna selvatica. . . E silenzio!

Un suggestivo ponte pedonale ti porta in una nuova vasca idromassaggio per sei persone circondata da massi: il sogno di uno stargazer!

Amazing stay!

Wonderful place to stay close to the national park, though one could spend days just enjoying and exploring the property itself. The property around the house provides accessible hikes with breathtaking views and the property grounds and home are full of unique touches

The kitchen was nearly as well stocked as my own, which is unprecedented. The beds were comfortable. The house was roomy. The views and the grounds were spectacular. The host was accommodating and easy.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the sweet rock ranch. The house was exactly as described and John was a great host and provided a lot of helpful information. We would for sure recommend it and definitely go back!!

This place is truly fantastic - we stayed 4 nights but could have stayed so much longer! It was one of the best vrbos we have stayed in. The house itself isn’t luxurious, but it is very clean and perfect. Homey and lovely. The small cabins are very cute and rustic, just as advertised. We were with another family and together had 6 kids ages 8-17 with us - we hardly needed to leave the property as there were so many rocks to climb and places to explore. We would stay again.

We all loved our stay at Sweet Rock Ranch. Perfect relaxing getaway. Host paid amazing attention to details with everything labeled and great instructions for enjoying all aspects of the property. Great place to connect with nature and enjoy the beauty of Yucca Valley.

Stunning property and perfect vibey comfortable house for my group of friends. The star-gazing hot tub is next level amazing. Loved the swinging bed, boulders everywhere, and privacy with views.

Wonderful Retreat

Lovely property with a comfortable and friendly space. Worked qell fpr two small kids and adults who wanted to soak up the desert. Sunrise thrpugh the master window is great. Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing desert home

Sweet Rock Ranch is incredible! From the decor to the location to the amenities you could not ask for a better vacation home near Joshua Tree. We especially enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder while we drank our morning coffee on the porch. Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Ranch

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful desert ranch. The home was comfortable, well appointed and filled with thoughtful touches. The property is a private desert oasis. We really enjoyed the many birds and rabbits that visit the back porch.

This was a truly great rental start to finish. The property is amazing - desert right outside with loads of vistas and climbing opportunities. We had quail, coyotes, and desert cottontails right outside the house. The house itself was very comfortable, with a well stocked pantry, comfortable beds, an unusually sophisticated library (sorted by category), a tuned guitar (which my daughter who is learning loved), and a piping hot hot tub under the stars. Would absolutely recommend.

Everything one could want in the desert

One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in! The home and surrounding boulder wonderland literally had everything and anything our group ever looked for or desired and from start to finish all communication and movement was easy and pleasant. Will definitely be coming back

Great property! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip to Joshua Tree and stayed at Sweet Rock Ranch. We had a group of 8 of us and the property was great with accomodating a large group. It was very nice to just relax at the property when we weren't out hiking. John was proactive and available when needed with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The indoor space flowed well and felt so inviting. We loved the proximity to Joshua Tree, as well as having what felt like a “Mini”Joshua Tree National Park right off the deck of the home. The new outdoor bed was amazingly relaxing. Many thanks to John and Deva for a wonderful experience.

Gorgeous Property and Home

John & Deva’s home is beautiful, and the property itself is unbelievably gorgeous with all the large boulders, amenities, and wildlife. John and Deva were great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed, and made sure everything was going well for us. I would highly recommend staying here with them. I will for sure stay again if I am ever back in the area!

Beautiful Getaway

The property and location are fantastic! Lots of great outdoor areas to hang out- hot tub, fire pit, great back porch, yoga deck, etc. you can go for a hike right out the back door! Well stocked kitchen and super comfy house. Love all of the art work in and around the house. It’s very close to the park’s west entrance, grocery store, and JT. John and Deva were extremely helpful and responsive. I plan to stay there again soon.

Home nestled in nature

Wonderful home with boulder piles and Joshua Trees right up to the back door. The home was large and clean and neat and we liked that it had all the drawers and cabinets were well marked with their contents. Great and clear instructions for everything from the air conditioning to the hot tub. The owner was very responsive to questions and inquiries. Super cool place.

Awesome Family Time!

Memorable stay with our family! Great location and beautiful grounds! The house was very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill. We had no issues what so ever with check-in, it went very smoothly John is a great communicator, instructions were easy to follow. We were very happy with our stay, we felt as though we were secluded and in the wilderness surrounded by boulders and wildlife. The locations of hot tub & cowboy tub felt very intimate for a relaxing time. Our family enjoyed the house so much we will return next year. Thank you John for your recommendations and suggestions

As longtime desert enthusiasts, we have stayed at many rentals in the area and noted the many things that we appreciate in a good rental experience. After an extensive search, we found this uniquely wonderful property and spent two years customizing every detail in order to create what is now one of the best rental properties in the entire high desert.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house was recently remodeled comfortably rustic, with a nice representation of work from local artists. Loaded with amenities and guest features, including a fully equipped new kitchen, wi-fi, a desert library, vinyl collection & player, games & dvds - and the most sublime hot tub experience in the high desert!

Every window on the property has a view to other-worldly ancient rock formations.

There are both gas and charcoal BBQs, for your grilling preference.

The main house has central AC & heat, plus an evaporative (swamp) cooler. There are efficient air/heat units in both of the cabins.

The Lookout Lounge has a propane fire table and very cozy seating.
