Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautiful historic cottage for a few nights with family and it was amazing. The house is beautiful and met our needs perfectly. beds were super comfy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The porches were incredible and we enjoyed the beautiful yard. The mermaid cottage staff is just amazing. They checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They are hands down the best vacation rental company on Tybee. Highly recommend.

Very Attentive

It was an amazing stay with very attentive property management! You can pretty much walk to any place on Tybee and the beach was a short walk as well.

Great location and property

Our family had a great time at the Flip Flop House. The listing was just as described, photos were accurate and the location was perfect. We will definitely return one day.

Spring getaway

It was a perfect fit for our family. Wonderful location with great amenities. The support staff was very fast with their responses to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little cottage!

This is a nice little cottage with a lovely screened porch. Worked great for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids.

Love out time in Tybee

Great fun had by all. Cute place to stay-- I love preservation of older cottages! Communication from the hosts was top notch!

Loved the Flip Flop House

The cottage was charming and had so much character. Great location. Close enough to restaurants and bars in Tybee but far enough away where it was quiet and calm. We are already planning our next stay.

Visit to Tybee

What a great place! We met up with family to spend a couple of days in the Savannah and Tybee area. The house had plenty of space for all of us and plenty of furniture to all of us to relax. We can't wait to come back and spend more time in the area.

Tybee Time

We enjoyed Tybee Island because it wasn't so commercialized or busy. Our house rental was spacious and nicely decorated with the vintage style.

Cute cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family to enjoy. The location was excellent and two restaurants were within walking distance. Enjoyed playing corn hole in the spacious yard. Would definitely come back.

Family and island time. Much needed break from a very stressful life. Quiet, serene, relaxing hideaway that we could just find peace in.

Family woman's trip

We do a family women's trip every few years. We had 10 of us this year. The house had everything we could have needed. We loved the back screen porch for lounging around, and the outdoor shower! Also the walk to the beach and shops was not far.
