Uno dei migliori di Folly! Questo confortevole e pulito condominio ad 1 camera da letto ha pavimenti in legno, un accogliente piano aperto e una splendida vista sull'oceano! Lascia che il nuovo materasso Tempur-Pedic king size e il piumino ti aiutino a ringiovanire per il tuo prossimo giorno di vacanza. Little Peace of Heaven si trova al secondo piano di un complesso a tre piani sopraelevato che si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. Siediti sulla veranda e goditi il caldo sole mentre guardi i delfini giocare mentre sorseggi il tuo caffè mattutino. Hai anche pieno accesso a una lavatrice / asciugatrice condivisa anche durante le tue vacanze! Il cielo notturno è perfetto per osservare le stelle e ascoltare le onde dell'oceano che si infrangono sulla riva. Puoi lasciare l'auto parcheggiata nel tuo parcheggio privato per tutto il tempo in cui sei qui perché tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Gli amanti della spiaggia possono godersi l'oceano dalla vista dal balcone in comune o attraversando la passerella privata sopra le dune di sabbia e proprio sulla sabbia! The property was in terrible condition. The entire unit is in desperate need of painting especially the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom was a complete mess, the ceiling was coming down and the vanity was crumbling on the side. There was no luggage rack and the bedroom closet had no room for us to hang our clothes. There should also be a night stand on both sides of the bed. It was our first visit to Folly Beach and SC, we loved the area but the condition of the property caused us to leave.

Great location and beach view. We were nervous due to other reviews about the place being “dated”. We would call it beach comfy! We had everything we needed. The location is prime- amazing beach views and close to our favorite two places- Bert’s & Chico Feo. I can’t comment on the kitchen because we don’t cook on vacation. We watched sunrises and dolphins from our deck. When it got too hot outside we sat inside on the perfectly placed, very comfortable couches and enjoyed the view. So relaxing. We will be back!

Excellent getaway spot!!

Loved the location, the balcony is the absolute best. AC (esp the extra unit in the bedroom) was great and kept things super cool. Not the newest unit, so don’t expect lux. But we had the greatest time and the place was super cozy. Hit the spot getaway!

First time at Folly Beach

Loved the location so close to the water and to good restaurants in walking distance. Nice to park the car and not have to drive.The unit was clean and served our purpose. However, we are used to a different experience when spending this amount of money. The ice maker didn’t work and couldn’t get hot water out of the sink, to do dishes because there is no dishwasher. The unit is dated but that isn’t a big deal. Another surprise was pets. This unit didn’t allow pets but many of the other guests in the 12 units had pets. We are dog lovers but wanted to share. The beach is very nice and you cannot beat being able to walk a few minutes back to the condo!We loved Washout, Alfredo’s and Bert’s Market.

This condo is a GEM! The location could not be better looking out over the ocean and steps away from the beach as well as great food and shopping in Folly Beach. The condo was clean and the accommodations were comfortable. Thank yo!

The location of this unit is great, with wonderful beach views. This unit is run down (sad). In need of some tlc & a face lift. (Front curtain & some of the blinds don’t close, hole in screen, strange odor, etc).

First time at Folly

This property was at a good location for us to be able to walk to restaurants and the pier. Whenever we had issues (heat and refrigerator) the operations manager was quick to respond.

Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the wonderful beach condo. It was perfect fur the two of us. The views of the sunrise on the beach were amazing. We loved making it or base to explore Charleston and surrounding areas. I’d love to return!

4 nights at Folly

The place is nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a wonderful location right on the beach and in walking distance of town. Our main disappointment was the kitchen area. The stove is old, with loose electric eyes that take a long time to heat up, and there is no prep room. We had hoped to cook quite a bit but really weren't able to. Other than that it's a nice place.

Time for a remodel

This place, at a minimum needs some deep cleaning, spackle, interior doors that close without force!, and some paint. Or even better, a total gut and rebuild. Its like two connected Motel 6 rooms on the beach. The location and view are great, but not much else. Also, we received an email a few days before our stay that the pest control company would drop by on either Monday or Tuesday between 9am and 6pm to treat the rental. So you know, just 2 full days wondering if the pest guys would show during a meal, kids shower, or even just while you were sleeping in…ahhhh what a relaxing vacation!!!

View with taped together refrigerator

The refrigerator shelves are taped in the refrigerator and fell down when used. Ice maker didn’t work. Tell owner to spend some of the rental income for a new refrigerator Bed and view were great

AMAZING LOCATION!! You are steps from the beach and literally walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Folly Beach. Only reason why not a 5 Star rating - the unit itself needs work and updating. We are not picky and don’t need much as we don’t spend a lot of time it the unit. Simply need a bed(Which was comfortable), bathroom and place to hold our belongings. Loved the fact the unit was on the end so others didn’t have to walk past us to get to their unit or the stairs. Grounds were well kept and the place and surrounds area was very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely and Convenient!

This little condo was perfect for my family. Right on the beach with a SHORT walk that had a shower. Everyone in the plex was so nice and welcoming. Previous reviews mention it being older or worn down but we found it to be quaint, calm, and perfect. Well outfitted with everything we needed and the rental company was extremely helpful!

Great Location, property needs a little improvement

We had a great time. The location was great. We were basically on the beach. The condo interior could benefit from a little updating. First, the ice maker appears to have stopped working which wasn’t a big deal for us, just something we noticed. The counter tops, oven burners, and pots and pans were out of level to a degree that cooking was challenging. There were also parts missing from the vertical blinds in the living room area preventing them from being closed completely. Ultimately these were all pretty minor things and our stay went really well.
