We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent, even while they were managing hurricane recovery efforts, which we truly appreciated. The unit was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and the ocean views were absolutely beautiful. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again!

Beautiful condo and super clean. Check in was effortless and the property is so nice. The only thing I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is having to pay and additional fee for parking passes. Other facilities have included these in the price. Overall we loved it and will be back!

Our stay was excellent!! The condo was very clean and the views were beautiful. We had so many amenities that made our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this rental to everyone and will be back again for another stay.

The price for the condo was a bit high- there was mold on the wall of the master shower, the dryer wad working at half capacity. Kitchen was not stocked with basic items. The ice machine in the condo was not working, and paint was coming off of the cabinets in the kitchen. It appears this condo needs a bit of love and for the price, we could have gotten something that was a bit better taken care of.

Great place to stay

This stay will make it very hard for me to stay anywhere else. The living area was so nice and large and the bedrooms were very nice. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again.

This was a great location and unit to stay in. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Definitely planning a return trip.

I’ve stayed at this property several times, and it has always been a great experience. It’s a little pricey, but the facility is excellent, especially for families with kids. The pool options are fantastic, and the beach access is incredibly convenient.On this most recent stay, the particular unit we were in wasn’t quite up to the standard I’ve experienced before. We ended up re-cleaning the floors ourselves, and the bedroom I stayed in never seemed to cool down as well as it should have.Even with those issues, I’ll definitely be back. The overall property is still one of my favorite places to stay. I’ll just try to avoid that specific unit next time.

Large enough for the whole family

Our vacation included grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. The property was large enough and comfortable enough for everyone. Would definitely stay there again!

We were very disappointed in the condition of the unit. It was not clean. The floors were sticky. All kitchen, utensils, and pots were not clean. We even had to buy a pot to cook in one night because they didn’t have a big enough one. Within 48 hours of arriving, we had maintenance come out five times. We had a leaking toilet that they came out twice for. The AC unit had to be fixed, we had to have the dryer replaced, the dishwasher never cleaned. Well, we didn’t even report that, but I believe there’s something wrong with the dishwasher as well. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 30 years and this was the worst unit we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online were not accurate to what was in the condo. The condo looked just to be neglected. There were chips and paint missing and miss matched furniture, that type of thing. Prickett properties maintenance was decent on getting people out there in a timely manner. We believe that the unit just needs some TLC.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The only concerns I would share is that sometimes the wait at elevators was very long and the kitchen in our unit could use better cookware. The property is beautiful, and everyone was very friendly. Security did a good job, and the beach service was fantastic. Would definitely come again!

Wonderful Vacation!!

The property was exactly as described - The rooms were spacious & the beds were comfortable. The customer service at the condo was also wonderful - They we’re very helpful & friendly! All in all it was a wonderful vacation!

Loved it

Beautiful place to stay! We had a group of 8 adults and some kids. I love that every room has its own bathroom and an extra bathroom in the hallway. Check in was easy, condo was clean, view from the condo is stunning! We had a great week.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed in a corner unit. Beautiful views all around. Very spacious with wonderful large porch area. Unit was extremely spacious and very clean. Every bedroom has a bathroom and there is another half bath in hall which was nice for our large group. The amenities were great including the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect vacation!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much on this stay! The balcony was so spacious and the view was beautiful! The condo was very spacious. There was 12 of us and some of us had to share beds but we were all very comfortable as the condo is very spacious. Very clean! We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

Our favorite place!

We loved everything about our stay! We had so much space for our big family. The kitchen was so nice and open we stayed in many nights to cook. The balcony was so nice to see the sunset! The elevators were fine for us. The ice maker was a hit! Lol We had the best time and made so many great memories!

Better than expected!!

We had a family beach trip - there were 11 of us. The condo was much nicer, and bigger, than how it looked in the pics. We were very pleased with our room and the amenities that were provided. We hope to stay here again and I would recommend unit 1501 to anyone looking for a spacious room with an awesome view.

Very crowded, needed more chairs around the pool area, Condo spacious but had to call for housekeeping to come and mop floor when we arrived, floor was sticky and our bare feet were black with dirt Door code did not work when we arrived even though we had a text saying it was ready

Big spacious great view

The condo was great. It was not the cleanest condo I’ve seen. The building itself that’s a different story the elevators are the worst. But we had a great time either way

Much needed Weekend Getaway

Condo was excellent. Beautiful furnishings and plenty of room. Beautiful view from the balconies. Beaches clean and the water was clear. Kids loved the lazy river and slides. Had 1 issue with the a/c unit. Called and they Sent someone immediately. Already booked for next year.sent some
