L'eccitazione di Las Vegas è goduta al meglio con moderazione. Questa casa in stile ranch, a pianta aperta, con glorioso spazio esterno, è perfettamente posizionata (4 miglia per il rivestimento della zip al Fremont Street Experience e 8 miglia per le fontane di Bellagio) per trascorrere una fantastica serata fuori e giorni rilassanti nella vostra piscina privata. Ho ospitato Guesst per oltre 4 anni e lo adoro davvero. Vivo in fondo alla strada se hai bisogno di qualcosa. Altrimenti, ti lascio goderti tutto ciò che questa casa ha da offrire.

Really enjoyed the stay and the use of the Doug's property. The pool area is very private, the house is very clean and the primary bedroom & bath were very large. It was the perfect oasis in the desert for our extended weekend! Thanks for being the perfect hose Doug.

Doug’s place was perfect for my group. It had enough room for everyone and so many activities for us to do. It was also about 15 minutes away from the strip which was very convenient for us. Doug was helpful and responsive throughout the process. We would love to stay here again!

We had an outstanding stay in Vegas. The host has put alot of thought and understanding into his property. As travelers often do it seems we always unfortunately forget something at home. That was our case and thankfully he had it here so we didn't have to buy more. The house was spotless and very well maintained. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying in Vegas and I will use him again. Thank you for an awesome addition to our already wonderful trip

Family from different states came for my grandson’s wedding and this home was perfect for us. The home is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for us all. Doug was there to greet us and show us around and he made sure that we had everything that we needed. My grandkids really enjoyed the backyard.

We had an outstanding stay and truly appreciated the clear, responsive communication from our host. The location couldn’t have been better—about 30 minutes to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and just 20 minutes to Sphere at The Venetian Resort. The pool, spa, and outdoor space were absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more relaxing. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas!

We planned this as my 60th birthday with our best friends and it couldn't have been better. The house is very clean and relaxing in the pool was great. Plenty of shade when it gets hot in Vegas. You don't have to worry about bringing any kitchen stuff because it has everything. Towels galore and the shower pressure is awesome. The beds are very comfortable as well. My best friend said this was the best Vbro he has ever stayed at!!!!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Perfect location to be "in Las Vegas" while not being on the strip. So many great places to eat and a short inexpensive Lyft/Uber ride to town. Doug gave a personal welcome and made sure everything was all set for our stay. We had coffee every morning outside, swam in the pool after hiking and enjoyed the spa...not really a hot tub since the water temp wasn't too much warmer, but it all was perfect.

The property exactly as described and better. We couldn’t believe how comfortable the home and outdoor area felt. Everything we needed was provided to include LV suggested sites. The Host was always available and communicating was quick. I want to say a special thank you to our host for stepping up when we thought we left something special and sensitive to the heat outdoors while we were out site seeing. We will stay here again.

Doug is an excellent host! He responded quickly to any needs in our group of four. We had very few needs because this house came with all the essentials and then some! We sure loved the hot tub app because we could turn the hot tub on as we drove back from our exploring Vegas, and we knew it'd be ready for us!

Had a wonderful week at this lovely home. The host was very responsive and accomodated an early check-in for us. The home is spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything we might need. The back yard is huge and perfect for hanging out relaxing and playing games. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this place.

We traveled to Las Vegas for a family vacation, and this property was absolutely perfect for our group. We were traveling with a toddler, a child, and several adults, and the space was comfortable and spacious for everyone. Since my family loves to cook, the kitchen was especially well-equipped and made our stay even better. The location was ideal — about 15 minutes from the Strip and only 7 minutes from Fremont Street. Doug was an amazing host: incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I still live in this awesome neighborhood in the house next door.

I look forward to meeting my guests. I do my best to meet you at check in, say thank you person and give you a tour. I now have several return guests who find my hospitality, comforts and location unbeatable.

I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada. If you happen to be thinking about relocating, I'd be happy to help you find the perfect home in Las Vegas.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time.

If you are a golfer, the Las Vegas 'Muni' golf course is less than 1/2 mile away.
