NOTA BENE: NON Pubblica un'inserzione su Craigslist. CONTATTATECI DIRETTAMENTE.
Amerete questo luogo, due case in dall'angolo di 12th Street e Wesley Avenue! E 'solo un isolato dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare ea pochi passi dalla nuova Starbucks e le adorabili negozi Asbury. Questa casa BA stupefacente 4 BR, 2 è stato acquistato nel dicembre 2014 e completamente rinnovato nella primavera del 2015. Crediamo che vi piacerà, come i nostri ospiti ci hanno detto che fanno! Ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e mobili nuovi. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di dare la migliore vacanza mai! Si prega di controllare le nostre recensioni!

Lovely weekend getaway to this beautiful home in Ocean City. It was exactly as described and plenty of room for our family and dog. Location was fantastic to get to the boardwalk and beach. The house was wonderfully decorated and since it was still in March we got to use the beautiful fireplace. So cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home and really look forward to booking it again for beach getaway.

Very communicative and gracious host. The house was clean and well stocked. She probably stocks more for the guest than the average host in O.C. does. And having a couple of bikes and all the goodies for a fun few days in the sand were a really nice touch and will be much appreciated by the summer crowd!

Perfect location and stay in OC!

Home is fully equipment with everything you need to enjoy a stay in OC. Location is beyond perfect to access boardwalk, beach & downtown area. Home is extremely clean and comfortable. Our family had a blast. Owners were very friendly and pleasure to work with.

Sunblest was the best!

We had an amazing time at Sunblest! The home was beautiful and the hosts had everything you could want down to the smallest of details. It was our grandson's first overnight trip and was made all the more special with this incredible home <3

This property is truely a magnificent experience! It's beautifully decorated and clean, clean, clean! Every detail has been thought about for the best guest experience. Perfect spot - just behind the boardwalk!

We spent the weekend at this property in celebration of a family members 70th birthday & to enjoy the 1st night festivities. The property was clean, the owner provided everything we needed, and was quick to reach out when we initially booked & whenever questions came up. Our location was great too —just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk, Jillys Arcade for the kids, & a close walk to downtown. Would definitely rent this spot again!

Wonderful house in Ocean City

We stayed for a few days in the off season. It's actually pretty nice this time of year, as you get the beautiful ocean walks without the crowds. The house was very clean. Communication was so clear and easy. The location is convenient to the boardwalk. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Winter Getaway

As soon as we entered we were blown away by the cleanliness and warmth. Julie was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed warming up by the fire and watching movies as a family. The beds were super comfortable! The house included everything we needed and more for the perfect weekend getaway. We look forward to booking again.

An absolutely perfect get-away weekend! It all started as we communicated with Julie about our stay. She was an awesome hostess...great communication, very friendly, and truly happy to have us at her home. The weekend was made perfect by the beautiful, well-appointed home, excellent location, amenities provided, and the cleanliness of the property,. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful OCNJ Getaway

Julie’s home “Sunblest” is a wonderful place for a family to stay, especially for an off-season long weekend. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay from booking to check out. She was so flexible with check in and check out times. The house was clean and family friendly, and had everything you could need (including a pack n play for baby!) There are beach chairs, beach toys, large storage garage. Her home is even pet friendly! I would highly recommend

Great stay!

The host Julie was wonderful. The house was amazing, comfortable, clean and in a great area. 5 minutes walk to beach. Lots of toys- bikes, chairs, beach umbrella and more. All in great condition, not the usual torn up and old. Beautiful front porch with comfortable, newer furniture. The house is stocked- more than I've ever experienced. Thank you Julie for a great stay.

This house we call 'Sunblest' as we want you to leave feeling blessed and renewed after your stay with us!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

After we started renting our first home, we realized that we were sitting on one of the best locations in all of Ocean City! It was close to everything and yet a relaxed and beautiful part of town. When this house came up for sale, just doors up from our first house, we could see it was the perfect house for us to offer as a second rental. We loved the friendliness of the house layout and, of course, the location.... steps from all you want to do on your vacation!

This house is a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. We provide beach equipment, beach tags and 2 adult bikes. It's a fabulous house at an amazing location!
