We have stayed at this property 5 times out of the last 6 years as the location and layout of the home is perfect for our family vacation. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of separation between the docks. I’m sure we’ll be back again next year!

Beautiful home! The layout is perfect for families looking for a quiet stay with a great view. House is stocked with everything you will need and more. Dock is perfect for boating and swimming. Lots of wildlife to see. Foxes are everywhere! We came to spend time with family who live about 10 minutes by boat ride and it was the perfect location for all our kiddos.

The cabin was charming. On a hill overlooking the lake. The views are spectacular. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. Will be back!

Another wonderful stay!

We stayed at Maria's property way back in 2015 as well, and this past week's stay was every bit as wonderful as the first. Clean, maintained, great yard, deck, dock on a quiet part of the lake. Thank you for another great time for our family!

Thank you, Maria, for sharing your lovely home with us. Plenty of room for 5 adults, a teenager, and a young girl full of energy. The beds were SO comfortable, and the dock got lots of use from the swimmers and fishing folks. We never found a paddle for the second kayak, but the kids had fun sharing the other one. Even though there are houses on either side of the property, it was very quiet and serene, and we felt like we were alone in a very relaxed and comfy atmosphere that was just what we were hoping for. We loved meeting the neighborhood foxes, and the girls even took the time to paint blessing rocks, which they “hid” outside. The house had everything we needed, except for a few items that we couldn’t bring with us. The grocery store seemed like quite a drive, but even that was a fun adventure with deer, and beautiful views to keep the kids occupied. It rained off and on one of the five days we were at Maria’s, but her home is so artfully and thoughtfully decorated we spent time playing I Spy and several board games. We would love to come back in the fall and see the lovely colors of the trees, and enjoy the beautiful fireplace.

Nice, clean, enjoyable stay. Some difficulty getting key and checked in but very helpful neighbors. Limited host communication. Wonderful location on the water. A bit remote but that's what we wanted. Kayaks and dock very convenient. Plenty of space and good amenities.

This property is everything you could ever want for a family vacation. We’ve been coming to the lake for 55 years and have stayed in a lot of houses and condos and this one is by far the best we have stayed in.

Great Weekend!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It had a cabin feel with plenty of room for us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Spent most of our time on the dock or in the boat, The outdoor areas were very nice too. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to go to ozarks and would like to get away from the overcrowded areas!

Family vacation

The stay was great. Location was easy to get to. Beautiful shady deck to sit and relax. The dock is older and the ladder to get in and out of the lake is a teeny tiny boat ladder so beware. My kids and husband said it was tough to use so I didn’t try and didn’t get in the lake all week. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend.

Amazing location !

When you first walk out on the deck your troubles subside. What a view! I could literally have spent my entire time on the deck but there was boating to do! Beds were comfortable, The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only item I didn't think to bring was a lay back lounge chair. Had I remembered that, I probably would have slept outside. Will definately return!

Great spot on the lake

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The house is comfortable and in a remote location, which we loved. Our favorite spot was out back on the porch, deck and boat dock. You could always find us in one of these locations. We were hardly in the house. The lake was quite the week we were there and we enjoyed ourselves greatly.

Perfect lake getaway

Everything was perfect from booking to communication to staying to checking out. Having a dock right at the house was icing on the cake! If we come back to Lake of the Ozarks we will definitely be looking at booking this property again.

Relaxing, low key vacation

With Covid still rearing it’s ugly head back in February 2021, we decided to book a lakeside rental away from any main tourist locations. Maria’s property fit that description. The pictures do not do her home justice! We were pleasantly surprised by how much more beautiful it was than we were expecting. It is a gorgeous home. Her sister lives next door and checked to make sure we didn’t need anything and answered any questions we had. Maria was very responsive by text. We had 4 kids with us from 15-21. We had plenty of beds and space. We were able to take our dog with us. I would recommend Maria’s house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot!!

Perfect week

We loved staying at the Martin cabin. The cedar wood was simply amazing and smelled so good. It had everything we needed and on rainy days we really appreciated the covered dock slip for the boat! We will definitely return!

My father built our family cabin in 1952 of which we had such fond memories. I moved to Colorado Spring in 1982 knowing I would want to have my 2nd home at the LAKE. I was fortunate to have that opportunity to acquire this incredible home that was built by a friend. This is where my heart is!!! I so want to share this adventure.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This was one of the most premium settings - on a point with good depth water year round. It has enough restaurants within 10 min drive or by boat many many more. Not located at the condo, resort areas so there is less boat traffic, better fishing, and safer.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Since I am not with a management company I do have many special items included that normally are not. (Most spices, sugar, cooking oil, starter package of paper items) For additional cost Personal shopper is available upon request.
