Guarda barche di tutte le dimensioni che navigano mentre bevi il caffè del mattino sul tuo ampio balcone aperto. Gli avvistamenti di delfini sono comuni, quindi porta il tuo binocolo. Quindi una breve corsa in ascensore verso le splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca. Piscina riscaldata con numerose sdraio per prendere il sole. Bella area grill a carbone. Posto barca privato. Wonderful place!

This was a lovely unit with plenty of space for my husband and my 20 yr old son. We were right on the beach with a view of the waterway and could see boats travel up and down. The unit was decorated beautifully and had all the extras! Cheryl was so very helpful and answered the couple of questions I had right away! We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Everything about this condo is great! The view of the intracoastal waterway is gorgeous! We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely be back again! Condo has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! Owner is great to work with also!

Great place

Nice renovated place. Comfortable beds, very clean, feels like home. Super close to the beach, with an intercostal waterway balcony view with the sunrise. The complex itself is in the process of being renovated. Great communication and responsiveness with the owners. 10/10 recommend!

Spring Break

Great property and owner. Everything that was described was in the property. Kitchen was stacked with everything you could possibly use. Views were awesome, saw dolphins swimming in the intercostal while eating breakfast.

Lovely Vacation

Location was very nice. We loved that there was a pool and that it was right on the beach. It was close to groceries, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Glad the condo offers at least one parking spot. FYI - additional guests can only park across the street and down a block. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Communication and check in were very easy.

Holiday Villas III Best Unit on Property

We have stayed at this complex for many years, and this is without a doubt our favorite unit. It is very clean and updated with everything that you would need including an 80 inch TV for those days of rain. The owner is fantastic to work with and is willing to go above and beyond to make our stay great. One of the best experiences I have ever had using Vrbo or any other rental application.

Beautiful condo and great location

We had a great vacation!! Was very central location, beach and pool were great. Sadly was construction going on that we were warned about. It was much worse than we anticipated. However, if construction was over we would definitely stay again! Host was excellent and answered right away and was very helpful!!

Great Place

We had a great time staying at this condo. The property owner reached out ahead of time to let us know about possible construction noise. There was very little noise when they were working and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Cheryl was very easy to work with and is very responsive. The condo was very clean when we got there. It is in a great location for all of your shopping needs and restaurants are close by. The place was well stocked with things we needed. The pool was great and it was nice to have the beach so close. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay

This condo gives you the view of the waterway where our daughters spotted some dauphins. We enjoyed our morning coffee out here while we prepared our day for the pool and the beach. The pool is in the sun all day with many chairs available. The complex is right on the beach with access just steps from the pool. Literally just steps!!! Was easy to enjoy both the pool and beach all day before heading out to great eateries and shops that are all up and down this area. From Indian rocks to Treasure island it was an easy drive and access. We enjoyed the location, pool, and beach the most with this property.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, right on Guld Blvd, with plenty of restaurants within a short distance either way. There is a community swimming pool which is heated and the condo is on the beach - both were very nice. The place was fully furnished with everything you need within the unit and had two beach chairs which were in OK condition. Our only negative review would be that the listing indicates the unit sleeps six, however the 2nd bedroom beds are full-size, and very small for two adults per bed. We would look to rent this unit again but probably would only have four adults instead of six.

Great location a few issues

Location is great and owners are quick to respond. We had to check out early because of undisclosed construction noise. Cleanliness was poor and I sent pictures to the owners. The pull out couch had food, trash and stains on the mattress. The picture of the balcony on VRBO is not current. They do not show the A/C unit that is in the balcony and it is large and unsightly. We did get a portion of our money back for the cancellation due to the noise. One of the owners was not pleasant to speak with. VRBO was great in handling the situation for us and they have all the pictures of the cleanliness issues.

Good beach location, building needs updates

My friend and I spent 6 days in this unit on a beach trip to Florida. PROS: Location is great, steps away from the beach, unit is renovated CONS: Both bathrooms had plaster & grime in the bathtubs and toilet upon our arrival, I messaged host to notify her of this to ensure she knew it wasn't us but she didn't respond. Building is very outdated, only one elevator and was broken for half our trip, pool was extremely crowded (full of screaming kids the entire time so we didn't use it at all), and other people staying in the building seemed a bit rough (lots of smokers, marijuana smell on our balcony, etc.) If these things don't bother you then I would say it's a good bang for your buck!

Gulf side two bedroom two bath newly remodeled condo facing unobstructed Intercoastal view across Gulf Blvd. Watch boats of all sizes cruising by while drinking your morning coffee on your large open balcony. Dolphin sightings are common so bring your binoculars. Then a short elevator ride to the beautiful white sandy shores. Heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Nice charcoal grill area. Private boat dock. Assigned parking. Short drive to John's Pass, many restaurants and shopping. Thirty minute drive to Tampa Airport. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Come visit your home away from home.
