Casa di South Hill con portico anteriore e meno di un miglio a piedi dal centro. A pochi passi dalle scale di South Hill con vista panoramica indimenticabile di St. Croix River e storico Stillwater Lift Bridge. Il centro storico è a 0. 8 miglia, con negozi e ristoranti e bar di prima classe.

La nostra casa ha 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni ed è stata originariamente costruita nel 1890 e ristrutturata nel 2004. Aggiornamenti moderni con il carattere di una vecchia casa. È situato vicino all'autostrada 36 ed è facile da trovare.

Abbiamo un Golden Retriever che vive in casa mentre siamo lì e sarà nella proprietà in un edificio separato durante il soggiorno degli ospiti. Ti preghiamo di tenerlo presente per coloro che hanno allergie. Detto questo, accetteremo felicemente cani ben addestrati nella nostra casa, il cortile è recintato.

Summer Fun

Location, location, location as my mother would say!! This place is in a great neighborhood with a 3-4 minute drive to downtown Stillwater! The fenced in backyard was great for our littles (6 yr, 4 yr, and almost 2yr old). We had fun using the fire pit too.

Fantastic House - Excellent Stay!

Our group of 4 women enjoyed a wonderful stay. The walk to downtown Stillwater was pleasant and the house is comfortable, well-stocked, and felt like home. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Family Trip

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family. We had a wedding in the area and this was a perfect location for us. We were able to bring our dogs too. They loved the fenced in back yard. We also enjoyed the huge patio for visiting with family. The house was super clean and adorable. Perfect stay!

Nice Quiet Getaway!!

Nice older neighborhood where each home has its own charm and character. 6 blocks to downtown Stillwater which is a must see! The home is just the right size and very comfortable and a fenced in back yard for the pooch! We highly recommend!

Lovely home

This home is lovely. It was very nice for our sister get away. It was well equipped. The weather was nice so we spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio.

Great Place

Wonderful Property.... very cool house, private back area and close to downtown Stillwater. Mike and Heather were great to work with. The house is fully equipped with most everything you will need. Highly recommend this property and will come back!

Great place to bring the family together!

My family was flying into MN for Christmas from all over the country, and this house provided a great place for the six of us to come together for the holidays. Heather's home was incredibly clean and comfortable. Some highlights include a well stocked kitchen for cooking, the living room fireplace to stay warm in the winter, the fenced in back yard for our dogs, and the location! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Cute, clean and simple

Our son got married in Still Water and we didn’t want to stay in a hotel for 3 nights with ours dogs, this was a perfect place for us and the dogs!! Great fenced in yard for them too run around. And the house is so nice and quiet neighborhood, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a place in Stillwater 😊👍❤️

This was our 2nd stay at this great property. The owners are very helpful with any question you may have. The home is spotless and stocked with anything you would ever need. It's in a nice quiet location, yet located central to everything. The backyard is perfect for family to gather. We hope to come back again.

Absolutely wonderful

Had an absolute wonderful stay and everything I needed was provided. Extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. Very close to downtown Stillwater shopping and dining. Easy location to find. Quiet neighborhood and good parking. Can't wait to return, thank you for absolutely everything....your home is just what I needed for a peaceful, restful retreat at the end of a couple of very long days.

Girls weekend

The home was very clean and very nice. I agree with another review that one queen size bed was not enough...the double beds are very small for a comfortable night stay for all adults. Only thing we found we could have used in the kitchen was a mixer or blender. Very nice stay!

Sisters Weekend

Check in was very easy, we were allowed to check in early. House was clean, had all the appliances we needed and an abundance of dishware. The layout really worked for us, my 3 sisters and myself. It is close to downtown Stillwater, however, if your not one that can walk up and down hills easily, I would recommend driving. Loved our stay, would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Bungalow

Great place to meet up with extended family for a week-end get away. Stillwater is so charming, with access to world class bike trails from the marina, and fun shops. Heather and Mike were gracious and helpful to ensure we had everything we needed. Their home is quiet, comfortable - with a well appointed kitchen. One night we talked down the hill into town for dinner, and the next night we stayed in and cooked - so much more fun! We'd previously stayed in the "historic" hotels in Stillwater - for about the same price, this was a much better experience!!

Family Time

We stayed in Stillwater to visit our son and chose this home for family time. It was very comfortable, very clean and cozy. Heather was pleasant and easy to work with. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet, had good parking and quick access to Stillwater for shopping and eating out. The only suggestion I would make would be, please replace your double bed upstairs with a queen bed. This would make this home a 5 star location! Thank you Heather for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Thanksgiving GetAway

Our son flew into Minneapolis. Stillwater was an excellent location to explore and spend time together. The house was the perfect size, imnaculate and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with utensils, pans and dishes.Heather always responded quickly to any questions that I had. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend highly to others.

We've been married for 30 years and have 2 grown children. We came to the river for a boating trip with some friends over 30 years ago. We used to be lake boaters, but from that day forward we were all about the river and haven't looked back. We moved to Stillwater specifically for the boating, but have fallen in love with the town with its shopping, many restaurants and friendly people.

We live on our boat most of the summer and for that reason are able to make our home available most of the boating season.

We decided on this home after months of searching. As soon as we saw this house we knew it would be perfect for our family. The home was originally built in 1890, underwent a remodel in 2004 and we continue to make improvements. We love our home and hope you enjoy it too.

Our home is located close to downtown shopping and restaurants. It offers open views and is a great place to catch a baseball game from the front porch in the summer.
