La nostra casa è appena stato rinnovato di recente e completamente verso il basso ri-decorate. Nuova cucina, elettrodomestici nuovi, nuovi bagni (marmo e piastrelle), mobili nuovi, nuovo camino di pietra, grandi televisori a schermo piatto nella parte anteriore e posteriore camere viventi, nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice, nuovo calore a pavimento, moquette nuova. Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti di lusso, piumoni e lenzuola di lusso ...... E 'incredibile! La nostra casa si trova nel cuore della storica Crested Butte, a un isolato dalla fermata dell'autobus ea un isolato da Elk Avenue, e sul lato soleggiato e tranquillo della strada, offrendo un luogo perfetto per una o più famiglie in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. Con due zone soggiorno separato, la casa ha un sacco di spazio per tutti a diffondersi e sentirsi a casa. Ma nonostante tutto la stanza, ha ancora un'atmosfera accogliente.

In inverno è possibile rilassarsi davanti al camino o nella vasca idromassaggio di back-giardino privato. In primavera, estate e autunno è possibile salotto e cuocere al di fuori su uno dei due ponti soleggiati e private rivolte a sud posteriore (superiore e inferiore), o sulla veranda amichevole. Abbiamo scoperto che è una casa di vacanza ideale in ogni stagione.

Gli sciatori e gli escursionisti troveranno la sala di entrata / portaoggetti anteriore per essere un posto comodo per stivare tutta l'attrezzatura. Oltre a Internet ad alta velocità, c'è ovviamente una lavanderia completa.

Come già detto, la casa è solo un isolato da Elk Avenue (la strada principale di Crested Butte), quindi è solo una breve passeggiata per la maggior parte dei grandi ristoranti di Crested Butte - e vicino a tutti i negozi e solo un isolato al bus vecchio municipio ferma dove una navetta gratuita parte ogni 15 minuti per la rapida di 3 miglia viaggio fino alla zona sciistica sul monte Crested Butte.

Lovely home one block off Elk street with two indoor living areas and two outdoor living areas. Comfortably furnished. Small dining table. Efficient, well stocked kitchen.

This is a perfect house nestled right in the center of Crested Butte that can comfortably accommodate a larger group of people. There are so many indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize. Street parking was also not a problem. Overall a really fantastic place to stay!

We enjoyed how close the house was to town. We were disappointed with the lighting throughout the first floor which was very dim. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the dryer and the hot tub were broken and unusable. We contacted our host to inquire about some reimbursement, but did not receive a reply. Property was clean and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable.

Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review. It is always appreciated. As far as the lights were concerned, every light is on a dimmer switch which I suspect was turned on low. There is plenty of light on the first floor, you just had to turn it up! I wish that you had asked my property manager about this - it could have been sorted out for you in a minute! Every now and then machines break down and it was unfortunate that during your stay we were not able to provide a full spa experience with the hot tub. We gave you warning prior to your arrival and also left a note for you in the house apologizing. There was not much more we could have done. Just really unfortunate. A new hot tub will be delivered at the end of the month. The dryer broke during your stay and as you were only with us for three nights, we were unable to get a part in time for its repair and your use. New dryer arrives on Tuesday. I take exception to your comment about reaching out to me for compensation. You never did. I always treat our guests with kindness and respect so would certainly have considered this and would never have simply not responded. Thanks for coming to stay and I hope we can get you back another time in the future!

Great stay! Amazing location just one block off the Main Street. Easy and quick drive up to the ski mountain or take the shuttle. Spacious and clean home. We will be back!

The property was very comfortable. We had friends that weren’t so good with steps and that would be my only caution, not a complaint. Bring some inside shoes that do not have slick bottoms or go barefoot. The wood floors combined with this years dry dusty weather made the footing a bit tenuous.

Wonderful property in great location. Loved the backyard and the deck, tons of room for the family to spread out. Right in the mix in town, with awesome restaurants a short stroll away. We’d love to stay here again next year!

The property was spectacular. Great location, beautiful interior and surroundings.We celebrated our 30th anniversary in the Butte with friends.The house was perfect!

We are a family of five and we have lived in Crested Butte for the past 25 years! We love it here, no matter the season. Our two elder children have grown up here and now are launched in their own lives and we still have one in High School in Crested Butte. We are very active, enjoying every day in these beautiful mountains. We bought this house in 2015 and completely renovated it the winter of 2016. We are very house proud and we are committed to keeping the house up to date as well as clean and well decorated. We think it is stunning!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house is situated on one of the best streets in Crested Butte - on the South side of the street with a quiet and private garden. The houses on the North side of this street all back up to the alley behind Elk Avenue which is all restaurants and commercial buildings ..... what more can I say. There is off street parking at the back - a mature garden - a HUGE deck on the first and the second floors and a very private hot tub.
You can't do better than this house in Crested Butte!
