Benvenuti nella perfetta casa vacanza in famiglia! Questo elenco è situato nell'East Side di Santa Barbara, a pochi passi dalla bellissima East Beach, dallo zoo di Santa Barbara e da Milpas, la strada principale del lato est di Santa Barbara. Questa casa a due piani ha due camere da letto e un bagno con tutti i comfort forniti per i nostri ospiti. Tutte le camere sono completamente arredate. Una camera da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale in legno con comò in legno coordinato mentre l'altra ha due letti singoli, perfetti per una famiglia di quattro persone. Inoltre, queste nuovissime camere completamente arredate, dispongono di ampi armadi e nuovi pavimenti in legno. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo è stato progettato con pavimenti in piastrelle messicane Saltillo e soffitto a cattedrale. Contiene decorazioni nuovissime, semplici ma eleganti, adatte per un ambiente confortevole e accogliente. Nel cortile privato c'è un vecchio barbecue alla moda disponibile per il divertimento dei nostri ospiti. Inoltre, per i nostri ospiti è disponibile un garage per due auto e un ampio spazio di archiviazione su entrambi i piani. Questa casa ha una splendida vista sulle incantevoli montagne di Santa Barbara dai balconi anteriore e posteriore. Ci auguriamo che la nostra casa sia piacevole. Grazie!

Little casita

The best summer vacation in Santa Barbara, CA. The place was a lot better than I imagined specially with the garage because parking is hard anywhere in this town. I was able to be here for the 4th of July and Fiestas, which was an amazing location for both. My kids , mom and I were really comfortable in this place that it felt like home. The owners are wonderful people and I will definitely recommend this place. Close access to the freeway when driving and having to get around town.They have it set where there is everything you need and more like dishes, towels, and even folding chairs to sit outside. The place has a lot of light and that’s something I loved too.The two balconies and all the windows to let the sun in. Thank you again for letting us use you’re comfy little casita.

WHAT A LOVELY SUMMER IN SANTA BARBARA!!

OK... first off this home is lovely, high ceilings, spacious kitchen and 2 large bedrooms! then you get this lovely ocean breeze with windows and light from all sides. There is lovely little yard for the dogs.. what a great space. Secondly, I can not say enough about Coco and Chico, kind, welcoming, friendly they picked bananas from the trees in the yard and would leave them on our door step. They were always attentive and responsive but not "in your space". My son attended surf camp all summer just down the road, my husband and I rented bikes and road all over SB. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and east beach has see threw water and lovely restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, I would recommend this little home to any family traveling to SB.

Apartment near East Beach

The apartment was clean and spacious and less than a mile walk to beach. Also close to grocery stores and easy access to 101 and downtown area. Was very helpful to have the 2 car garage to pull into every time we arrived home and not have to worry about finding a parking space on the street. Owners were excellent about responding to any questions or requests we made.

Clean, private and well-located with great hosts

Chico and Coco provide a great, roomy and comfortable space that is in a great location. We stayed for a week with our family of 4 and a dog and it was perfect for our needs. You will need a car in this location and in recognition of that they provide dedicated access to the two-car garage which is wonderful. For us it was great, we had a 5m drive to our favorite beach (Butterfly Beach in Montecito) and a 10m drive in the other direction to the courthouse for Fiesta celebrations. You won't find a more reasonably priced, comfortable and well-located location in Santa Barbara! We'll be back for sure. Thanks Coco and Chico!

Well equipped HomeAway, quiet neighborhood and convenient location.

I was happy to stay here during a work trip. The home was well equipped with everything I needed. I truly felt like I was home. Chicco was very kind and available by text and phone whenever I had a question. Thank you for making your home available on HomeAway!

Well furnished and comfortable place in Santa Barbara

This was our home base for exploring Santa Barbara. The home was very comfortable and well located near the coast and 101. Having a large garage for the car and our bikes was especially nice. We would stay there again.

Well located, clean and easy access

We enjoyed our stay and found property reasonably suited for our needs and well worth the price. The walkability of the location is OK, but having a rental car was essential for our trip involving kids. The garage parking was a huge plus and made things very easy. An Uber/Lyft to downtown runs about $6-7. The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the living room was quite nice. Laundry onsite was very helpful. Having the owners next door was easy for key exchange. I've rated this four stars because the home could use a few extra things to make it a five. The kitchen supplies were missing critical things like a lid for the one pot (we improvised with a dog bowl we found), baking sheet, wine glasses and ample microwave safe dishes. The home could also use a streaming device to make up for the lack of options via basic cable. Finally, the grill out back is wood-fire / coal-fire, some wood was provided, but no coal--a gas grill would be much easier for renters. Finally (and this didn't impact the star count) we had two young children and I'd suggest bringing toys and distractions for them as there isn't anything at the house.

Beautiful home in Santa Barbara

The apartment is beautiful and very clean! The check-in and check-out processes were so easy. There were even bagels with cream cheese and a fruit bowl left for us in the fridge! We loved our stay in Santa Barbara and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for us.

We were very comfortable staying in Francisco and Coco's house. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to have the dog with us. The place is close to the beach and the two car garage really helped out. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Property & Owner

Communication with Francisco before and during the stay was great - we arrived very late on a Friday night which he was able to accommodate without issue. The space was exactly what we needed, very clean with a well stocked kitchen for everything we needed. Garage parking is an excellent feature to not have to worry about finding a street spot. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect for a family weekend in SB.

Stayed 3 nights with 3 people. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and drinks in the frig was a nice extra touch. Francisco the owner was extremely responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. Street parking was limited but not needed given the 2 car garage. Super convenient location near beaches and State Street. We would certainly consider staying here again. Also, priced at a very good value for the area.

Nice place! Close to beach, stores.

I spent Labor Day weekend 2015 at this place with a few friends. We were visiting from San Francisco and wanted to explore and enjoy Santa Barbara. We hit some traffic on the way there and arrived really late at night. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted to find a welcome basket of fruits on our arrival here. There were also clean sheets and towels for everyone, enough toilet paper and paper towels, and even new bars of soap! That was a big plus. The place was really close to the beach (East Beach) and stores too. We also liked the big dining table and the layout of the kitchen. The owners Francisco and Coco were really nice and reached out to make sure everything was okay. They even offered us free transportation to the house. At the end of our stay, we got our refundable deposit right away. Francisco personally came over and delivered the check to us before we left. Wow. Such trust and kindness. My friends and I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely look for this property if we're in the area again.
