2 Camere da letto, 1. 5 bagni, completamente aggiornato residenza si trova alla via 145, proprio di fronte al faro di Fenwick nel tranquillo North Ocean City. Le sette unità Marlight Townhouses si trovano a breve distanza a piedi da spiaggia, cinema, mini-golf, parchi, fermata dell'autobus, ristoranti da pizza a gourmet, bar, gelati, go-kart, popcorn, negozi, sport acquatici. Parcheggiare l'auto, perché non sarà necessario qui!

NOTA: Al momento della prenotazione, si aggiunge automaticamente un costo $ 85 dollari per la pulizia a costo finale. Questo può essere rimosso, se si sceglie di pulire l'unità da soli. Fateci sapere al momento della prenotazione. Purtroppo non possiamo fare nulla su tasse Maryland :-(

The property was so cute, cozy, and very clean! The host called a day before to let me know how to check in, which made checking in so easy! We are super thankful we stayed here and not closer to the other end of OCMD, with the flooding that happened this weekend. Great stay and would totally come back.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and the owners were very responsive. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/ utensils/ plates for all of your cooking needs. There was plenty of parking (two assigned spots as well as street parking) and it was in a quiet area of town without much traffic on the street. You could also see the Fenwick lighthouse, which was a short walk if you wanted to visit.

Perfect place!

We booked this condo for an off-season getaway and it was perfect! It was super clean and a great layout for our family. The owners were responsive and helpful, and very kind when we spoke on the phone. The location was great, too...walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Fenwick house. The location is fantastic. We rarely had to use the car. The house slept 4 comfortably.

Coffee shops nearby for an early cup. Nice little patio in the backyard to chill. Close enough to attend Oceans Calling Festival. We had a great time!

We had a great time staying at this property. It had the perfect set-up and amount of space. The condo was clean. The kitchen had just about everything you need to cook a variety of meals. We made homemade fajitas and chicken parm, and really only could have used a bigger knife for cutting meats—other than that, you didn’t have to bring anything with you—which was so convenient! The porch and living room area was great for a family of four adults. Having two bathrooms and laundry was fantastic. Communication with the owner was excellent—the best I’ve had through vrbo. We will very likely be back again and would highly recommend the property!

Overall positive experience

Ashlee and Matt went out of their way to try to fix problems in the house (both fire alarms, door lock, garbage disposal, light, window lock, all decided to fail when we came). Walking to the beach appeared to be not as straight-forward as we naively expected, but we ended up driving to a better location any way. Overall very positive experience, other than when dealing with the problems, but it was all managed.

Hi Andre and family, yes it was unfortunate that you seemed to have these random things happen when you arrive. 🙁We never have any problem so it was a surprise to us also. Luckily the garbage disposal only needed the reset button to be pushed, the lightbulb changed, and the batteries to the fire alarm replaced. Like you mentioned, not sure what happened to the front door lock as it was working for the family just there before you. Probably just the salt air… Glad that Matt was able to get there after work to replace it and fix it for you right away . Thank you for letting us know right away about these things so that we could address and make your stay enjoyable and they u were able enjoy our home as much as we do! Amazing!

The house is very lovely and wonderful. Our little family had such a great time. Quite area, you can relax outside. One of the best things is the outdoor shower, nothing is better than to come home from the sandy beach and wash the sand away. Ashlee was very helpful throughout the stay and there was no problems. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk.

Wonderful Townhouse!

We had a great time in this clean, comfortable, and well maintained townhouse conveniently located close to the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the rental had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and check in was a breeze.

Well-maintained beautiful property!!!

Owners were amazing!! They maintained contact during our entire visit to ensure we were satisfied with their rental. They even suggested a few family friendly places to go and see while we were there. Definitely going to make this trip again and will stay at this property!! I would recommend this rental to anyone wishing to stay in a quiet location not far from downtown Ocean City!!

Very nice family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was in a perfect location -- walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house was as pictured: neat, clean, nicely furnished. The owners were very responsive and available to answer any questions. (via text or email we got responses with in a few minutes!) We loved that they had a binder listing things to do and places to visit (restaurants, ice cream, etc.) especially since it was our first time to OC. We look forward to coming back next year.

Exceptional beach house experience!

This was our first visit to Ocean City/Fenwick Island with our 2 children. We couldn't have been more pleased with the Parker beach house. Ashlee was terrific to work with and she was very helpful in every step of the rental process. The house was nicely located near the beach and many attractions, yet out of the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. We will definitely consider staying here again if it is available when we return next year. We were glad we found such a terrific place to create family beach memories of our own away from home. Thanks again to Ashlee for making our stay possible.

Perfect sized condo for our little family!

We loved the location of this property! Not only was it close/walking distance to the beach but there were so many fun activities close by (go-carts, arcade, mini-golf, water park, etc.) for young kids. Being right next to tax free Delaware was also a plus. Ashlee and Matt were both great to work with and had very quick response times with any questions we had. We'll definitely consider renting again!!

We are born and bred Eastern Shorans (is that a word? if not, it is now)! We grew up in and still live about 45 minutes away in Laurel, DE with our two young sons. We spent and still spend as much of our free time as we can going to Ocean City and Fenwick Island. We love the Eastern Shore way of life, and everything it has to offer.

North Ocean City is quiet, clean and safe. We dreamed of owning here for a long time, and the dream finally came true in 2012. Our place is within walking distance to everything there is to enjoy in Ocean City and Fenwick Island, and has everything we wanted with plenty of room to relax. A nice big deck overlooking the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, 2 upstairs bedrooms, new floors and carpet throughout, new appliances in 2012, A/C, HDTV, brand new in 2015 sectional and kitchen table and chairs.

The location of our place really feels like you're staying on an island. With the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and quiet North Ocean City location, a stay here is definitely worth it.
