This VRBO was outstanding. It was exactly as advertised - super clean, has a well stocked kitchen, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, and is located in a very safe neighborhood. The hosts are friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we've stayed in the house. It is comfortable, clean, and meets our needs. The one issue this time was construction going on next door. It was loud, dusty, and the men were up on the scaffolding at 6:30-7:00 in the morning which impinged on privacy. The hosts are pet friendly and offer a garage. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for my granddaughters 2nd birthday. Normally we stay at a hotel, but with extra family along we chose this house, and what a great choice it was! The price was very reasonable for the 5 of us. The house was big enough that we didnt feel like we were in each others space. The house was clean and very well appointed with everything you would need, and more. Many little add-ons like a gift basket and coffee and sugar were not expected saving us the "must run to the store as soon as we get there" worry. While we didn't spend much time playing pool, or using the hot tub they were both there and looked to be well maintained. Everything was labeled to make finding the right switches for the lights easy to use as well as instructions for things like the hot tube or taking care of the trash and recycling. Everything was setup with ease of use in mind making the stay worry free. Communication with the host was great for those very few times we needed to talk with them. We had an excellent time and look forward to booking with them again on our next trip.

The home was just what we needed as we visited family and awaited the arrival of our new grandchild. Nice to rent a home that is as well-equipped as this one. The hot tub & pool table were enjoyed as well.

The home was beautifully decorated and was very well supplied with products and utensils. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The backyard and jacuzzi area was so calm and peaceful it was a pleasure to sit outside. TV was very easy to use and we enjoyed some baseball games. Beds very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to fellow travelers and will rent again next time we get to Las Vegas!

The place was nice and served our purposes. We just used it as a base for all the activities in the area. It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the dog in the neighbors back yard barked late into the night and when out enjoying the hot tub it barked a lot too.

We are so sorry you had to experience the annoyance of the neighbor's dog. It's something we wish we could control but unfortunately we cannot. Houses are close together and pet sounds do travel. Fully equipped kitchen, including complimentary snacks, wow! Very clean (no sign that it was a pet friendly property). Well apportioned throughout. Really loved the pool table. Thanks and we will be back!

Very clean and welcoming property, plenty room for people to spread out and do their own thing. Communication with owner was excellent, questions were answered in a timely manner. Will definitely stay there again next time in Vegas.

The hot tub was very clean and held its temperature well in cold weather. Everything was nicely labeled around the house so there was no guessing what switches went to what. The house was very nicely stocked with supplies, linens and appliances. We had a wonderful time and this house was the perfect hub to relax and refresh after long days of hiking.
