Beach House 707 è un incantevole due camere da letto, due e mezzo bagno di casa meravigliosamente arredate in spiaggia arredamento casuale. Pavimenti in legno e pannelli di creare tutta una accogliente Fishing Lodge-come l'atmosfera, ideale per fughe di mare!

La sala da pranzo offre posti a sedere per sei e la cucina è stato aggiornato con nuovi elettrodomestici. Vi è un covo separata con un letto estraibile per accogliere un ospite in più.

We loved our stay at Emily's House! We went for a last min family getaway to St Simon's Island, the location and condo were perfect. Right across the street from the beach and within walking to shopping and dining. we will definitely be back!

Pictures don’t do the location justice!

Would absolutely stay here again! The master bed was so comfy and the location to the beach is ideal. Just a path through the sand and you’re there! I love that there are only four units in this building so it’s really easy to go back and forth without the headache.

Beach trip

We have stayed here twice now. Great place and so close to beach and village. Have stayed in 4 different places on St Simons but this is our favorite. Hope to stay more often.

St. Simon’s Island Getaway

Very nice beach house with great view of the ocean on the second floor porch. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay in this area again.

Great place--will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and intend to visit again! The place itself was clean and exactly what we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and all the restaurants there and also a walk, just a little further, to the restaurants near the King and Prince resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The condo was in a great location and we could look out the balcony at the ocean. A short walk to the beach and a few blocks further to the shops and pier downtown. We cooked most of our meals at the home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

School is Out For Summer (Teacher Retreat)

We had a blast during our time staying here. Everything was as described and location to the beach was great! We walked to shopping and all of our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We loved Emily's Beach House! It's in a perfect location so we could walk into the village and also walk right to the beach. We loved the decor in the condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We loved sitting out on the porch listening to the waves in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely return for more visits.

Best Trip Ever!

We stayed at Emily’s Beach House for the Fourth of July, and have never had a better trip! The location was perfect, we brought our bikes, but also rented a golf cart to make getting around a little easier. The condo was clean and quiet, and we loved all the rustic hardwood and brick touches
