Stefanie and Bernie were excellent hosts, proactive in communicating with us and immediately helpful when needed. The space was clean and nicely furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for us, walkable distance to our daughter’s apartment. We enjoyed our stay!

Elevated Comfort

Wonderful property with wonderful hosts. All of our needs were met during our six day stay. Accomodations were clean and very comfortable. A gem to stay in while visiting the PNW.

Lovely one bedroom

The hosts have a lovely property. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is great. Little amenities like spa type bathrobes slippers and snacks were delightful. I would stay again in a heartbeat

This apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean, in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and coffee and had attentive hosts. We will definitely stay there again!

Great space and very acomodating hosts!

Stefanie and Bernie were super helpful in the process of booking the space and very prompt in communication. The unit was the perfect place for my daughter and me to spend the night on a quick mama/daughter Seattle getaway !

Visiting our kids in Seattle

My wife and I stayed nights to visit our son and his girlfriend, who live just around the corner. This basement apartment was a great home base for us. The apartment is small, but clean and comfortable and served our needs. Our communications with the hosts was seamless. Check in and check out was easy.

Very nice place. Communication was excellent. I was given lots of clear helpful instructions. Only hiccup was that something happened with vrbo telling the hosts I checked out at 4am somehow when I did not.

Personal stay close to family

Nice, new, clean and well designed. Lots of light from the windows, it is really a day-light basement. Easily handle three people with the couch to bed. Owners were there above you, but very quiet. Towels needed updating, but I'd probably bring my own next time. Gracious hosts! Good neighborhood. Overall pleasant experience.

Thanks for your feedback and your 5 star review! Glad you had a pleasant stay, too. We went and looked at the towels, and some of them look dingy. They are machine laundered and dried after every guest (in the apartment's washer dryer!) - we never want anyone to think they need to bring towels. We'll make sure to put it fresher towels, and to keep an eye out on it (and maybe use Oxyclean to brighten) after each guest. We're still new hosts, learning as we go.

Perfect for our needs

I was in town to close down the estate and home of my cousin. We had three adults who came and went. The location was close to our property in Magnolia. Laundry was a godsend, as no water at the estate house.Met the owners a couple of times, both friendly and curious about our needs. There was a fully functioning kitchen with provided snacks and coffee (with a french press). Many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within a few minutes' walk. Enterprise car rental a few short blocks away. Parking easy on the street. Overall, I'd do it again, and probably will!

We’ve never stayed in a persons home before, just a hotel or condo. We were a bit nervous but everything was great. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and appropriately sized. The only “problem” we had was the noise. When the family gets up and moving in the mornings, you can hear everything (even sneezing!). It wasn’t an issue for us though as we needed to get up and get moving anyway. They were very nice and very helpful! I’d stay here again. Parking was also tricky as it is street parking and quite crowded. Overall, it was a great first experience!

The apartment is really cozy, very clean and well situated. The host helps you immediately if you need anything and she is very friendly. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seattle. Thank you very much!

The owner’s go out of their way to make a stay at their VRBO , very pleasant. I have stayed at their VRBO at least 5 times. And I will be back.

Great Place to Stay!

Love this place. Was in town visiting friends and stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful place. Clean, modern and conveniently located. The property owners are very easy to work with too! Would stay here again.

Restful

This is my third time staying at this VRBO, I hope to stay again. The VROB is just like the pictures. It is very clean. Neighborhood -SAFE Owners- Nice, helpful, kind Grocery, Restaurants,Bakeries, Deli are walking distance. In other words good food is close.
