Great location in midcoast Maine for day, tripping to other towns like Boothbay, Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Rockport, and Wiscasset. Very quiet location with a grocery store nearby and great host communication.

A wonderful quiet place on beautiful Dutch Neck. Everything about was perfect for me. Quiet, super clean, comfortable, well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. A nice book selection and other thoughtful touches. One of my favorite moments was sitting outside at last light and watching an incredible aerial ballet of dragonflies all around me. Not a single mosquito touched me the entire evening nor was one even seen. This is a very cool place.

We had a wonderful time at the Coach House - Waldoboro is one of our favorite home bases from which to explore the mid-coast. The apartment was well appointed, and stayed relatively cool even without air conditioning during a stretch of fairly warm weather. Loved that the place was pet friendly - so our pup had a great time walking the trail to Peter’s Pond and playing frisbee in the yard. Highly recommend it and hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Coach House. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The property felt private, with many beautiful walking trails nearby and yet a short ride to the supermarket and route 1. The hosts were very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Coach House was neat, clean and well decorated. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It is pet friendly, with lots of space outside to exercise a large dog.The location is rural and quiet, yet within easy driving distance to local towns and activities. The host was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay at the Coach House.

Enjoyed a nice, quiet week at this cozy barn loft. Beautiful nature trails and tidal river nearby. Keith and Karen are great hosts, friendly and communicative. Clean and comfortable space offering quiet and access to great Midcoast locations.

We had a wonderful time at this location. A great jump off point to go to Damariscotta, Boothbay harbor, and surrounds. Great space, great location, and great hosts!

This rental was excellent! The area was excellent! The correspondence with one of the owners,Karen was awesome! She was so welcoming that she even allowed us and our dog to wander through their private property to reach the river. There was great hiking right out the back door. No complaints! We hope to stay again!

Perfect Vacation

A wonderfully private and peaceful location in the town of Waldoboro Maine. The Coach house is comfortable, clean and has an excellent kitchen. We will definitely be going back!

Great location not far from town

We had a great time at the coach house! It was plenty of space for my dogs to run around outside and it spacious inside for us and our 2 kids. The house is close enough to town but nice that it wasnt in town. We had a great stay!

This was a perfect place to stay to enjoy exploring mid-coast Maine! We took excursions to nearby beachs (Drift Inn Beach was wonderful and dog friendly), towns, abd lighthouses. And we loved coming back to the Coach House. It felt like a tree house. We heard owls at night, swam in Peter's Pond, and enjoyed long walks diwn the country road abd in the preserve. It was clean, comfortable, pretty, and our hosts were welcoming.

In the glorious woods

We loved our four nights in this cozy red cabin. Very quiet and surrounded by magnificent fall colors. We did do a lot of driving in the area, visiting the lovely towns, shoreline, and small beaches. The hosts were very welcoming, and the cabin was great for the two of us.
