Thank you for the 5 star review Dawn! We are so happy that you had such a great time at our beachfront property. During your next stay, please mention to our management staff if the internet is slow, so we can also address that issue right when it happens. We know the cell phone service can be tricky when you are staying right on the beach, this is why we provide a landline phone in every property. Also, this property is advertised a 3 bedroom unit in a "triplex", so as a suggestion, the next time you book with us, please let reservations know if you have any questions about a property. We have so many great properties to choose from including single family units that have more privacy. We look forward to having you come back soon! – Sincerely, The Beach Front Only Team

Hello Nathan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we're glad you enjoyed the condo itself and the location, we're truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you encountered during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and delay regarding the garage lift and parking instructions. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how inconvenient that must have been. We also appreciate you pointing out the cleanliness concerns; this absolutely does not meet our standards, and we’ve addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. As for the patio issue, we regret that the exterior cleaning above disrupted your time—this should have been handled with more care and coordination. Lastly, we’re sorry that your efforts to reach us went unanswered. That’s not acceptable, and we’re actively reviewing how we manage guest communications to ensure no one is left feeling unheard. We truly value your feedback, and while we can’t change your experience, we’d love the opportunity to make it right.

Darinka, Thank you for your visit, and feedback. We'd like to apologize for the two night power issue; clearly out of Beachfront Only's control, and we fielded a lot of after hours calls that evening. The smoke alarms have been addressed, and portable A/Cs are available upon arrival, pending availability. We also recommend calling our first responders line for any parties going at that time of night, as this violates guests rental agreements. We hope you will visit us again. Thank you

Angela, thank you for choosing Beachfront Only once again for your vacation rental needs. It is always a pleasure hosting you. Transparency is very important to us. We will let owners know about the paint and get that remedied right away. We provide a parking diagram on all of our listings. We do let potential guests know this space has garage with a lift for parking. Should you ever experience any issues - big or small, please do not hesitate to call our team as we are happy to assist. We look forward to seeing you again soon! ~ Diana
