Ben curato per la casa e la proprietà completamente arredati con facile accesso a servizi come negozi, ristoranti, trasporti ma in un ambiente tranquillo e alberato. Situato a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia e dieci minuti di traghetto per la penisola olimpica. Casa privata con 3 ponti, soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Spazio garage. C'è la connessione wifi, TV via cavo, lavastoviglie, grande cabina armadio off camera matrimoniale. Il noleggio è di 1000 piedi quadrati, l'intero piano superiore di una casa privata. Great place, location and accessibility options.

Was a fantastic time and great to have a nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the accomodations and the neighborh who lives below was fantastic and helpful. Well stocked kitchen cabinets with plenty of utinsels, pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses.

Excellent

The owner and resident below the unit were both exceptional. The home was clean, cozy, and had anything you could imagine needing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even despite getting sick on our trip. I highly recommend this location for your visit to the Seattle area.

Couldn’t recommend a stay more!

My dad and I had a fabulous stay at this property. Caralee was incredibly responsive, and sent us the property instructions very early on which gave us peace of mind before we arrived. The space itself is beautiful, has gorgeous furniture, and is quiet and very comfortable. The two decks are lovely and the property is very private. It was clean, had plenty of towels, and a great kitchen set up. It also has easy access to downtown Seattle with a nearby bus line, and is a straight shot south if you are driving. Thank you so much for such a great stay, it really made our trip to Seattle absolutely perfect!

There are two parking options, both on property. Check in was smooth and instructions were well defined. There is a tenant/property manager downstairs who is helpful but not intrusive. The home is lovely with lots of nice pieces of art to give it a homey feel. The bed was comfortable, bathroom nice and roomy, and a well stocked kitchen. Nothing lacking and although it is on a kind of busy street, the property is peaceful and well kept. Internet can be slow, but generally not bad. Many amenities close by, including several grocery stores. All in all a very nice 3 weeks

Lovely older home and very convenient to grocery stores and Edmonds.

Nice location. Beautiful private setting and yard. Just would have been better if it had AC or shades on top windows. It was very hot for part of our stay.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that this renter was in Seattle during an unprecedented heat wave. I did offer a room air conditioner and let her know that I plan to install AC in the near future.

Great place!

I stayed here for 3 weeks while apartment hunting in Seattle, great well-kept house with wooded backyard and garage parking. Only a ~15 minute drive to Seattle. Caralee (owner) was super responsive; I flew in during a snowstorm and she made sure the driveway was cleared in time for my arrival. Highly recommend.

Wonderful spot in Shoreline - Close to Richmond Beach and I-5. For us, close also to family in Shoreline. Clean, Well designed, very nice, Highly recommend.

A Quiet Restful Spot

We stayed at this lovely property for three weeks while work was being done to our home. The house is comfortable, surrounded by trees and a lush landscape. Our stay was in November, so a bit too cool to enjoy the decks. However if you're there between April-September there's a big deck through sliding glass doors from the dining room and another off the master bedroom. The bed in the master is quite comfortable (we used the other bedroom as a study). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. And there's parking in the garage, as well as a space outside. Grocery stores, laundry, etc. are close by and the house is a short drive to the beach. Aurora and I-5 are easy to access. A great VRBO and very friendly and helpful owner. Thanks!

Shoreline home

Getting a whole two bedroom house for the price of a one room apartment makes for a comfortable stay, adding a parking spot in the garage is just icing on the cake.

Excellent - You will not be disappointed!!!

This was the first time that we had stayed on someone's home during a vacation. We will do this from now own because of our wonderful experience. The home was immaculate, the person in charge was extremely helpful, suggesting places to go or eat, plus giving us tips on getting around in the city and the ferries. The home was also tastefully decorated, adding to the ambiance of the experience. I loved the art work and the books in the home library. Many of the books told of places to go or hike which was very helpful. We felt that the home was located in a very safe area and not too far away from any of the places we wanted to visit. The area was very quiet and the location made it seem like it was in a secluded area with the very tall trees at the back of the property. I felt right at home and would love to go back again.

Lovely spacious well equipped property in a good location

Everything was fantastic except the bed mattress! We rolled into the middle. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Update: There is a brand new mattress in that room. January, 2018 Thank you, I appreciate the nice review. I hadn't had prior feedback about the mattress but your point is well taken and I do plan to replace it.

Perfect house, convenient location

We're always looking for a vrbo that is convenient to visit our family and see the sights. This is that place. The crazy thing is the location, very quiet, peaceful and a short drive to the action. The house has plenty of room, clean comfortable and well appointed. If you are looking for ideas on activities, there are tons of guide books here!

Comfortable home in great location!

The owner provided us with more than enough personal storage space for our long term stay, Convenient to downtown Seattle and beautiful Edmonds waterfront and ferry. Shopping and restaurants are close by. We would absolutely stay here again.
