Hi Darcy! Thank you for staying with us at Aqua Waters, we appreciate your review and understand your dissatisfaction with the pool not being heated but the listing does not describe the pool as being heated. This pool is 12,000 square feet and not heated at any point during the year. We hope you enjoyed this beautiful property and will return to stay with us in the future!

Angela - Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience at our house and that you enjoyed the perfect location and spaciousness it offered. It's great to know that your family felt comfortable and had enough room to enjoy both together time and peaceful moments. We're glad that the different balconies and decks provided options for relaxation and that the bunkbed room was a hit with your kids, especially with the comfortable mattresses. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of lighting on the steps to the pool. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take this into consideration to improve safety and ensure that future guests have a pleasant stay. Thank you for choosing our property, and we can't wait to welcome you and your family back for another amazing stay! Thank you Laura for staying with us and for taking time to leave a review! We are sincerely sorry for the experience your family had at one of our vacation rental properties.. We do not take your comments lightly and are in the process of discussing them with management to ensure this doesn't happen again. 30A Escapes holds itself accountable to the highest of standards of ethics and it was unfortunate to learn about the circumstances of your rental experience. The security team for the Seacrest pool works very hard to ensure the safety of all guests during their stay and while we do not have all the details of what you experienced during your stay we apologize on their behalf but please know we have never heard of these kind of complaints before from this community pool. We dispatched our pest control team during your stay to spray the home and while multiple attempts were made to salvage your vacation, we understand that your expectations were not met. Again, we apologize and hope to welcome you back to 30A in the future.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We’re delighted to hear the home felt family‑friendly, that communication was smooth throughout your stay, and that the house itself made such a great impression. Creating a welcoming, well‑appointed space for guests is something we take great pride in, and it’s lovely to know it added to your experience. We would be honored to host your family again.

Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear the outdoor TV did not work during your stay. It is in the process of being repaired/replaced. We hope you will come back and stay with us again and are very happy to hear you had a great trip!

Mike, thank you for your feedback. Please know that we strive to ensure our properties are maintained and cleaned prior to guest arrival. We will address the cleaning with housekeeping and the broken light bulbs as this not something we want a guest to have to deal with on vacation. We will share your suggestion about a curtain or shade on the front door and have had the swing ropes tightened. Again, thank you for your feedback.
