Seawind 607 è gestito dal proprietario. Questo condominio dispone di un nuovo pavimento in piastrelle nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo e nuovo tappeto in tutte le camere da letto, così come un nuovo divano letto nel soggiorno. L'edificio ha accesso diretto al Golfo con una splendida vista di albe e tramonti dal balcone!
DESCRIZIONE DEL CONDO: Il soggiorno contiene un nuovo divano / letto matrimoniale, una comoda poltrona e una poltrona reclinabile. C'è una TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e accesso diretto al balcone dalla porta scorrevole in vetro. La vista dal soggiorno è magnifica! La sala da pranzo può ospitare 4 persone con ulteriori posti a sedere per altri due al bar per la colazione. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piatti, argento, bicchieri, pentole / padelle / ciotole per la vostra comodità di cottura. Piccoli elettrodomestici includono un tostapane, un frullatore, un crockpot, una caffettiera e un apriscatole. Grandi elettrodomestici includono gamma, frigorifero con ice maker, lavastoviglie e nuovo forno a microonde. Questi apparecchi sono in acciaio inossidabile. C'è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, stenditoio, ferro da stiro e aspirapolvere. La camera da letto principale contiene un letto king size, una cassettiera per riporre oggetti, una TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e due comodini. Avete accesso diretto al balcone attraverso porte scorrevoli in vetro dalla camera da letto principale. L'armadio principale è una grande cabina armadio. Il bagno principale ha una combinazione vasca / doccia e ripiani in granito. La camera degli ospiti contiene un letto queen size e comò con TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD. La camera a castello ha un letto a castello perfetto per i bambini e un comò alto. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione vasca / doccia.

L'edificio del condominio ha un attrezzato con una palestra, oltre a una piscina per bambini con zero entry e una piscina riscaldata regolarmente. Ci sono diverse griglie a carbone al piano terra che sei libero di usare (il carbone non è fornito).

This is a wonderful condo...very clean and neat with a wonderful view of the beach. Certainly enjoyed a morning cup of coffee listening to the waves and watching folks claim their spots for the day! Even caught some dolpins out in the water one morning!! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay!

The condo was very spacious! The balcony veiw was beautiful! We stayed during July 4 and had perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony. Beach access was very easy for my mother in law who has trouble getting around. It was a great place to stay!

Beautiful view

Great view, clean facility, and family friendly. Only downside at all was the slow elevator, but it’s the busiest time of the year so that’s expected! Also it’s only the 6th floor so you can take the stairs!

Beach Condo

Great location and condo. Right on the beach and next door to Seas and Suds restaurant. We really enjoyed our trip. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Located in a very convenient location. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and right on the beach. View of the beach from the balcony is unbeatable. Quiet at night so sleeping was not a problem. Would, definitely, stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Sharyl was very helpful when I needed an additional parking pass which was already in the condo when we arrived. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more for the week! I appreciate everything on the property being listed appropriately and was everything it was advertised. Thanks again for making our stay an excellent week!

Girls weekend getaway

My mom, my girls, and I had the best girls weekend getaway. The condo was nice and had the best view. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise. We hope to be back. :)

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was what we expected...cleanliness and comfortable beds. Six floors up was perfect...the elevators worked well, but it was good to walk the stairs too. Loved having Sea and Suds so close...hung out on the beach and had lunch there and back to the beach. Dolphins were a daily sight swimming by. We'll take advantage of this property again in the future.

Such a great vacation and we loved our condo!

The beach was beautiful and we had a great time! One of the complaints we have is the bunk beds are very uncomfortable and another is the elevators. They should look into getting more elevators for the condos. Other than that we had a great time and everyone enjoyed their vacation! ❤️

Worked great for my family of 7. Pros: Lots of room, beautiful beach front location with a great view from balcony, clean and comfortable, the pools were nice also. Only cons were - couch bed was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, you’re only provided with 1 trash bag, and 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom - so just be prepared to bring extra toiletries and trash bags if expecting to use more than that. No big deal. Oh, and if you need extra sleeping space, I would suggest an air mattress instead of the couch bed :) but overall lovely stay, would def recommend

Great condo, great location!

When booking this property, we saw a lot of comments about the elevators being a problem. This condo is perfect because the 6th floor is do-able by stairs, especially if you park on 3. During busy times, we did have a to wait a few times, but otherwise, it was fine. The location is perfect, walking distance from the Hangout and other places. The pool (which is not anything the condo owner could control) was filthy, but the beach was great. This condo is a great size, and the main two beds are comfortable. We are picky about cleanliness, and thought the cleaning company could have done a little better job, but for the most part, it's a very clean condo. The furniture is comfy, and the carpets are clean. The deck has ample seating, too. Great views. It was pretty quiet, too. We would consider staying again if we returned to the area! Thank you!

The property we stayed at could've used a little care.

The condo is located on the beach right next to sea and suds and not far from the Hangout. The condo itself could use a little work. Closet doors fell off the hinges when opened, there were no batteries in any remote and the televisions didn't work even after the I bought batteries. The televisions were box style and very small. The condo could use darker curtains, a new bath/shower combo and an updated televisions. The elevator took forever to get up and down. We took the stairs to the 6th floor when possible but it was impossible to climb with groceries. We waited 20 minutes more than a few times to ride in the elevator. The condo is in a great location, but needs some attention!

Owners are Dishonest & Unethical

Booked for our Thanksgiving trip. After arriving, realized beach was closed for restoration. No beach access. The restoration ran 24 hours per day, every day. Huge, noisy equipment with dredging barges illuminating the beach. Contacted owners - they say they emailed us notice of this AFTER booking, even though the listing had nothing other than beautiful pictures of the beach and bragging about the access. All other correspondence was through VRBO messaging and USPS (?!?!?). We suspect that either their screen shot of the email was either made up or went to junk. We tried to reason with the owners, but the only option they gave was for us to leave, refund the remaining days, minus all fees. Since everything was already booked up and our thanksgiving meals, etc. were prepaid - going home was not an option after driving all day with 2 young children. The owners are misleading and unethical. They knew the beach overhaul was happening (they claim it was delayed, but this is not true). They chose not to change the listing to show this. If they did share the information like they claim, they chose the most unreliable method (email), even though they required the contract signed and physically mailed back to them. We’ve stayed in Seawind multiple times before in other apartments. While the interior of this apartment was ok, the rest of the property is starting to get run down. The pool and hot tub are filthy and the other shared spaces are in disrepair.
