Thank you for staying with us and leaving this great review, and also for being our returning guest. Several fountains are being remodeled throughout Legacy Villas community. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. The guest entered "No" in the "Recommend to Others" category in error.

Cynthia, thank you for the review. We also appreciate your feedback about the stay. I apologize that we missed your code -that is very unlike us. Not having access to the resort pools next door is stated in our listing description prior to your booking. We do have over 11 pools available though. We appreciate your business and would be happy to host you again in the future.

Natalie, thank you for leaving a review! I wish we knew you had issues during your stay. We would have gladly sent our maintenance staff to resolve any issues. I apologize that it did not feel as updated as it could be. We have plans to update all our units but some of our owners aren't ready to make those changes yet after how tough the past two years have been on them. However, we do have plans to update them all and several have already been updated. If you stay with us again, please feel free to reach out and we will happily point you to one of our newly renovated units. Stay Safe!

Our housekeeping manager inspected the unit prior to check in and responded within a couple hours of the guest check in. There was no issues with the cleanliness of the shower. The guest brought a pet which might have contributed to the smell in the unit. The owner invested in painting the interior of the unit in the last couple of months and the bed has been replaced in the last year. Our company and the owner are committed to providing a quality vacation rental experience. Thanks, Joy

Angela, thanks so much for leaving us a review! It means so much to us to hear how you enjoyed your stay. I do apologize for the light. We manage over 60 properties in La Quinta and we certainly aren't perfect so I'm sure we did miss that. But I have passed this on to our team so we can get that fixed. Thanks for your grace there. You are a good guest and we hope to hots you again. Happy Holidays

Marie, I apologize that you were unhappy. I wish we knew what you were unhappy about because we would have loved to try and correct anything for you.

The gatekeepers do not work for us but we try our best in communicating with them. We reached out to them within one minute of you letting us know there was an issue. You were a great guest and we hope to host you again!
