SUGGERIMENTO: Bella villa piscina per max. 8 persone, 245 m² di spazio abitabile: 4 camere da letto, 2,5 bagni, ampio soggiorno, cucina ultra moderna, garage doppio. Nuovissimo solare & electro riscaldata incl. Cage, patio accogliente.

La nostra villa si trova in Florida Dream Woods di Palma Sola, Bradenton su un grande terreno con piante tropicali, palme e cespugli.

La cucina è dotata di tutti i tipi di elettrodomestici: frigorifero con congelatore giganti e automatico Eiswürfelbereiter- e dispenser, cucina elettrica con forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie,
Macchina da caffè, tostapane, stoviglie Moderno incl. Posate WMF pentole WMF europei, non lascia alcun desiderio insoddisfatto.

La piscina è protetta da una gabbia (baldacchino netto) contro il fogliame verde e insetti. È possibile utilizzare la piscina per. Come in inverno con solare o Inoltre temperare riscaldamento elettrico. La piscina è stata riempita con acqua dal acquedotto locale e dotata di un sistema di acqua salata. Questa pianta produce un cloro naturale, che è completamente inodore e molto delicato sulla pelle. Anche i bambini piccoli possono essere presenti nell'acqua facilmente.

Un computer portatile in camera è possibile rimanere in contatto con gli amici via Internet o ascoltare musica e TV. Anche tutti i principali canali televisivi tedeschi (ARD e ZDF), è possibile ricevere gratuitamente su Internet.

Truly a Florida Dream

What a wonderful time we had in the Florida Dream property! The owners, Moni and Albert, thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The new leather sofas are comfortable and the big screen TV was great. Kitchen has everything you need. We spent much time in the pool and the covered patio was perfect when you wanted to avoid the hot sun. We hope to return again in the future! Maryann and Lawrence Giurato

Florida dream

Very nicely equipped home. Comfortable , clean and spacious. It is located in a Quiet and convenient neighborhood. A great location for us, Shopping was so close we could walk . We enjoyed our 10 days here. Only 5 miles to Anna Maria islandt, we enjoy spending time at the public beach. It has a nice shady picnic area, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with evening entertainment. We found some nice golf courses in the area to enjoy as well. Thank you for offering your home to travelers to this wonderful area. We love coming here!

Bradenton Property ID – 752894 Overall Impression of Property The property is excellent, very central in location, clean, comfortable, complete with a full array of the basic necessities for an extended stay. Review: One major disappointment was the decision not to reimburse our contract amount for an initial guest that was to be part of our party, who had a medical emergency forcing his cancellation. His costs should have been refunded or at least a provision for arbitration made available. We should have been made aware that the swimming pool had serious mechanical problems for the past 3 months – it’s failure to operate, made it unusable for the last 3 days of our visit. A refund should be processed on a pro-rata basis. The supply of basic necessities should be included, - cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry supplies, initial tea – coffee and condiments should be included. The mattresses within the home are not “King Size” – as indicated, but that of “Queen and Double” size. Unless you are conversant in the German language, the use of the television must rely on the supply of your own laptop computer complete with a “Thunderbolt” connection. The present set up is not acceptable. The void of a supply of “HOT WATER” within the home is not acceptable. As the BarB-Q must be cleaned, prior to leaving – a adequate supply of cleaning accessories would make this task much easier and less costly to the renter. The cost of electricity should either be included or made clear in the original documentation that the renter is responsible for its usage commencing on the day of arrival.

Schönes Haus, tolle Area und AMI ist ein Traum

Früher waren wir immer direkt auf der Insel, doch die paar Minuten fahren wir jetzt lieber und wohnen so viel günstiger und viel ruhiger. Die Villa FloridaDream ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Organisation mit den Vermietern klappte 1A und die Hausbetreuer stehen nur dann auf der Matte, wenn man sie ruft. Wir werden das Haus garantiert wieder buchen, leider ist es für unseren Wunschtermin 2019 bereits belegt.

Nach Hause kommen ohne zu Hause zu sein.

Unser Feriendomizil in Florida entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Der Zutritt über den vorher übermittelten Code absolut professionell. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Haus. Sämtliche, das Leben leichter machende Geräte waren vorhanden. u.a. Kühlschrank, Eisschrank super. Betten hoch, toll. Beide gegenüberliegenden abgetrennten Bereiche wären für 2 befreundete Familien mit je 2 Kindern optimal zu nutzen. Der Pool, super. Jeden Morgen im Pool mit skrurl watching. Die Nähe zu Anne Mary Island , kurz AMI, top. Sogar ein Schnitzelhaus lädt ein. Bei Bedarf, shoppen bis die Karte glüht in Ellenton. Segway, parasayl, jetski alles in der Nähe. Sun down am schneeweissen Strand mit Hochzeitszeremonie im Hintergrund, besser geht nicht. Vielen Dank liebe gastgebende Familie für diese wunderschöne Woche in Ihrem Domozil.

unbeschreiblich toll. Die ANgaben waren hervorragend. Der Zustand einfach nur TOP. Wir würden zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Nicht weit von den Themenparks. Viele super Restaurants in der Nähe. Und auch zum shoppen super.

Erholsame Woche in Florida

Die Ferienvilla ist optimal eingerichtet. Alles war beim eintreffen vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Der Pool lädt den ganzen Tag zum schwimmen ein. Die Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung läßt keine Wünsche übrig. Bei Fragen und Problemen sind die Vermieter immer erreichbar und helfen gerne und schnell. Auch mit Kindern macht Urlaub in diesem Haus viel Spaß. Einzig die nicht vorhandene Beleuchtung beim abendlichen Grillen hat gestört und könnte verbessert werden. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und würden immer wiederkommen.

TOP Aufenthalt

Wir hatten 13 wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus. Es ist sauber und gepflegt! Alles ist wie beschrieben und der Pool am Haus ein Traum. Zur alleinigen Nutzung - durch den Zaun hat man wirklich einen tollen Privatpool;) Falls man Probleme hat, ist die deutschsprachige Betreuung auch schnell vor Ort, es ist aber alles sehr gut beschrieben. Es sind viele Strandutensilien vorhanden und auch die Ausstattung im Haus ist Super, vom Kinderhochstuhl bis zu einem Buggy...... Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten! LG Fam.Thalwitzer

Villa der Extraklasse

Tolle Villa in perfekter Lage! Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Strand, Ärtze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vergnügungsparks sind in kürze zu erreichen. In dieser Villa fehlt es an nichts, von Eiswürfeln bis zum Whirpool ist alles vorhanden. Die Villa ist in einen sehr gepflegten Zustand und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hilft bei allen Fragen => Top!! Unsere Bewertung sind volle 5 Sterne! 100%ige weiterempfehlung

Hochzeitsreise inkl. Dreamvilla

Liebe FloridaDream-Vermieter, Sie haben uns wirklich eine traumhafte Woche auf unserer Hochzeitsreise ermöglicht. Ihr Haus in Florida ist einfach nur atemberaubend schön. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Sie begrüßten uns mit Sekt, Rosen und Glückwünschen zur Hochzeit. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung ist gigantisch gut. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt. Fern von Hotelburgen und trotzdem gut gelegen für tolle Ausflüge und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Den Salzwasserpool haben wir auch sehr genossen. Das ist Luxus! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Schade, dass es wohl nicht schon nächstes Jahr sein kann. Viele Grüße aus dem Norden Deutschlands.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Bei 8 Personen bedarf es ein wenig Organisationstalent, um den morgendlichen Badbesuch zu managen, aber auch das ist machbar. Ein absolut gepflegtes Haus. Alles ist vorhanden (bis auf die Beleuchtung am Außengrill, was den abendlichen Grillabend zu einem Abenteuer werden läßt, weil man nicht sehen kann, ob die Steaks durch sind). Der Pool - kann man den nicht irgendwie nach Deutschland zappen?? Die Lage - kann man nicht meckern - alles in erreichbarer Nähe vorhanden. Sogar zum Supermarkt kann man mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Die Ausstattung - läßt kaum Wünsche offen Fazit: absolut zu empfehlen!

Super Urlaub in der Villa Florida Dream

Kompliment für die Villa Florida Dream. Wir waren dort zu viert für drei Wochen. Es war ein super Urlaub. Die Villa befand sich in einem super gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Carolin und Ric machen das alles wirklich super gut ( Hausverwalter ). Auch der Pool und die Aussenanlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch hervorragend, da nur 10 Autominuten zum schönen Strand auf Anna Maria Island. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Bank ein Ärztehaus und weiters. Die Villa Florida Dream werden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch wir werden bestimmt in den nächsten Jahren dort nochmal einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen. Traumurlaub Florida

War das ein toller Urlaub in Florida. Wir waren schon sehr gespannt auf dieses Haus, denn bisher waren wir immer in CC bzw. Fort Myers-Beach. Die Villa Floridadream wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen, die schon seit Jahren regelmäßig in diesem Haus urlauben. Und der Tip war "Goldrichtig". Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, enorm sauber, wenig Kitsch, dafür mehr Qualität (z.B. WMF-Besteck, oder tolle Weingläser, elegantes Geschirr ...) und Geschmack. Skeptisch waren wir bezüglich Salzwasser-Pool. Doch das war überhaupt der Hammer, man riecht und schmeckt nichts (ist ja auch kein Meerwasser) und man bekommt eine tolle Haut. Und im März benötigten wir die ersten Tage auch noch die Elektroheizung, damit wir die 28 Grad Pooltemperatur erreichten. Die Lage des Hauses passt perfekt. Geschäfte, Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung (zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrädern), eine Bank, eine Tagesklinik, alles in der Nähe. Und in 5 Minuten erreicht man Anna-Maria-Island mit paradiesischen Stränden, wie wir sie noch nie gesehen haben. Danke! Tanja aus Wien

In das Haus Florida Dream wollen wir wieder!!

Homepages sind ja immer so eine Sache: tolle Bilder und nette Präsentationen ... Aber bei der Villa FloridaDream wurden wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Da passt wirklich alles bis ins letzte Detail perfekt zusammen. Alleine schon zur Urlaubsvorbereitung bekamen wir viele Informationen rund um die Villa und die Region auf einer Extra-Website. Vor Ort fühlten wir uns auf Anhieb wohl. Viele Erklärungen und Tipps, dazu eine optimale Destination mit Anna-Maria-Island, Longboat Key und Bradenton/Sarasota. Die angepriesenen schneeweissen Sandstrände gab es wirklich in Hülle und Fülle. Und am Abend genossen wir es im Haus in vollen Zügen und regenerierten im herrlichen Swimmingpool. Ein besonderes Lob auch an Carolin & Ric, denn so sauber und gepflegt fanden wir noch kein Floridahaus vor.
