This was the third time renting via Vrbo, I had a great experience from start to finish.

The staff promptly helped us on every matter. Our house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the home was convenient, every thing I needed I could get around the house.

Short Trip but Great Stay

House was as described. We had an issue with TV remotes/batteries but the owner was quick to reach back out and help us. It was the perfect size for our family and loved having the pool in the back. The kids lived in it - hopefully the neighbors didn’t mind their yelling! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great location. Home had lots of great space with a lovely pool. Very responsive to requests made.

Loved the space and location of the home. Pool was clean and home overall pretty clean. We had a few issues at Checkin noticing the bbq was in very poor condition. Contacted property manager who arrived promptly the next day with a new bbq!! Definitely would recommend new pillows and mattresses in the kids bedroom. Overall was an enjoyable stay

Nice House close to Disney

This is a very nice house that is close to Disney and very good location for a family. It has nice benefits, but there are many things in the house that needs attention. There are no major issues, but just smaller things that need to be addressed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The few small issues we had, the property manager was very nice about resolving. I would suggest this place for any family, but would like to see a bit more tender love and care put into the house.

Pros and Cons

House was warmly and confortable the first night. Home was clean upon arrival. The pool was nice, but cold. Checkin was easy. My problem with it was that we saw a couple of cockroaches in the playroom, living room ceiling and in one of the bedroom the 2nd and 3rd night. There was a broom, but no dustpan. I had some teens that slept in the Mickeymouse room and they said the twin beds were not comfortable at all. Overall, I rate this house as a 3 star.

Nice location, needs a lot of repairs

The communication with the host, Kasia, was great. They answered any questions and provided information well in advance. The home is beautiful upon arrival and looks like the photos. Unfortunately the home is in need of many repairs and a thorough cleaning. The door alarm on the patio door to the pool area they tell you must remain intact and operational per Florida laws does not work and they didn't bother to fix it during our stay (clearly they don't really care if you deactivate it). The home is incredibly noisy and echoes, if you have young kids they will likely be woken up by any movement or talking by adults. The dishwasher was malfunctioning and had dirty/moldy dishes in it when we arrived. The washing machine's start button was pushed in and had exposed wiring to start it, they did fix the washer and sort of cleaned the dishwasher and claimed it was fixed (we didn't try it again). All of the cabinet hinges creak and squeak very loudly. The ice maker on the fridge is loud enough to hear outside. Be careful leaving as the sprinklers come on and run ALL-DAY, they spray at the entry walkway so you get wet coming and going when they are on, the sprinklers in the back sprays all over

It has its pros and cons

Overall for the price I would recommend it. The house and furnishings are just okay. Nothing was gross or unacceptable but it’s by no means lavish or plush in any way. There are some parts that are updated and newer. The shared bathroom is really nice, the refrigerator is a side by side and was immaculate, there is a really nice toaster and blender too. The pool water was clear and pool floor looked clean. The dining table and chairs on the lanai were nice and newer. The house is spacious. There is a door off the master bath that goes straight out to the pool and let me tell you it’s the best thing ever for running in to shower after swimming; Especially for kids! The pool is also very private which is a huge plus! Some of the cons: the pvc lounge chairs were faded, yucky and older we opted out of sitting on those. The master bath shower head was not great and had several rogue sprayers lol (I did mention this to the owner so maybe will get replaced?) The kids beds are not comfy at all. I had teens sleeping in those rooms and they were not thrilled. For little kids it’s probably ok but anyone over like age 8 is gonna realize they are very low quality twin beds. Pillows throughout are thin maybe bring your own if you can. The bedding throughout is cheap and thin, we used a lot of our own blankets. The master and queen beds were ok just know if you are used to memory foam or an expensive mattress these are just basic beds. Be prepared to bring ALL your paper, cleaning, sanitary and household items. They really supply you with cheap, bare minimum. You’ll need hand soap for the bathrooms, some sort of cleaner to wipe anything down and don’t forget trash bags!! We did find two brooms but no dustpan so that wasn’t helpful for anything. The house location is pretty good, the neighborhood is nothing special at all but doesn’t really matter. The game room was basic and our teens used it once. The futon is stained and would not be comfortable to sleep on if you are considering that. It’s also hot in there. The house does have towels and although we didn’t need it we saw some baby and toddler items in closets. Beware though they are just old umbrella strollers and an outdated high chair and such. I think as a family we rated it about a 7 overall. It’s definitely worth considering if you are trying to keep costs down. The ones we really wanted to rent that looked amazing were like 5k a week and this was like 2k so you get what you pay for I guess!

Perfect size/location

We booked this house as a family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) and were amazed at the space we all had. No one was on top of each other, we had room to relax and hang out, and everyone LOVED the pool!! We were able to make it to each of the Disney parks in 15-20 minutes. I even took a run through the neighborhood and was greeted with lots of smiles and waves from the neighbors. We would absolutely come back!! I do suggest bringing a few clorox wipes if you plan on cooking and containers for leftover food just to make it easier on yourself for storing food and cleaning up.

Very good for the price

This house was excellent for our Disney Trip, plenty of room for our family of 6. For the price it was a great value, the house is a little worn, a quibble here and there. Overall a good experience..

Casa antiga com equipamentos velhos

Muito caro pelo que entrega. Houve demora para liberar a senha na chegada, pois estava errada. Ficamos do lado de fora algum tempo. Fomos taxados arbitrariamente por não retirar o lixo e por deixar deixar a casa desarrumada, o que explica o motivo dos utensílios estarem sujos. É quem fica que limpa e limpa mal. Não há limpeza profissional. Enfim, Eletrodomésticos e itens velhos, videogame não funciona, sai pouca agua no chuveiro. Não gostamos!

I think most everything is great about the stay. The only thing is that 10am check out is a little early. I would think the normal would be 11am. Also there were baby items there that we weren’t aware of when booking the house. We almost didn’t pick this place because no advertisement of any baby items such as a sleep space (pack n play), high chair, and a few small strollers, and an infant car seat. There was a playroom listed in the description which we were looking forward to using it. Upon arriving we realized it was just an only garage turned play room. Which meant it was very hot and a little humid inside. So much so that the room was unusable. We found two pack n plays and a high chair in a bedroom closet only AFTER purchasing our own at a local store. The glass table and side table in the living room were not very child friendly at all. I was terrified one of my children would break it. Also no cleaning products to wipe it off so it had fingerprints and handprints on it when we checked out. The water pressure in the kitchen was almost non existent. The main bathroom had a bathtub mat in it which kind of grossed me out to be standing on that after others have. The place needed a little upkeep as there were some chips in the furniture, there were holes in the screens of the lanai which defeated the whole purpose. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware. The beds were kind of hard and squeaky which was a big change from sleeping at home in a softer bed. Overall, it was a decent stay. We were about to check in 2 hours early upon request, which was nice. Would maybe stay here again. Owner seemed nice and responsive.

This house is perfect to go to Disney. Clean with all you need. Pool is not deep. Managers are available and really nice.

Excellent location

This house is in the perfect location. About fifteen minutes from Disney parks and Sea World. SUPER quiet location! The private pool is amazing! Owners are super responsive! My kids loved this house! We were all sad to leave!

Laurel Oak property

We loved the convenience of the neighborhood. Easy access to many things like Walmart, universal, etc. and really nice for evening walks. Kids loved having a pool to come home to. House is a bit dated but functional. A few things here or there that could use repair but nothing that impacts usability. (Loose threshold, rusty patio table, etc). Overall that I expected for the price.

Great value.

This property is close to Disney yet in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful little park just a block away. Our family of six adults fit comfortably and there was room for more. The pool and outdoor furnishings were in great condition and beautiful, and the vrbo itself was clean and cheerful. We had a couple minor issues on arrival but the owner was super responsive and issues were quickly resolved. One note: beds and bedding are not super comfortable. Also, the game room is dim. It was fine for the kids but we adults struggled to see. Overall, for the price paid we thought overall the property was an excellent value and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Property

Excellent communication with host. Spacious property with excellent ambiance and cleanliness. comfortable beds for adults and young adults. Game Room, washer and dryer.. all equipped property. I you want.. Just buy some grocery and you are ready. Pool with heat upon request. 4 rooms nicely decorated. 2 guest Parking available. Lovely!! Will definitely book again..

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything and is equipped with everything you need!

We love staying in this house when we vacation in Florida! It's a quiet neighborhood, close to Disney as well as other parks and shopping. My family has no complaints about anything. My grandchildren love the pool! It feels like home at this house very comfortable and relaxing. We definitely would reccomend staying here!
