Great property with all the amenities in an ideal location for access to both the mountain and historic town of Telluride. Owners were terrific with communication and making sure we all had the best possible vacation. We hope to come again!

Host contacted maintenance about lightbulb needing replacement and it never was replaced. In the day when trying to relax it was too hot-perhaps fans would help. Beautifully renovated and lovely furnishings and art work

Great Stay!!

We had a nice stay! The condo is very cozy. Location is wonderful, across the street from Lift 7 and right on the Galloping Goose line.

Winter Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Great location to walk to the lift 7 in the AM and into town in the evening. Terri was very responsive on all inquires. Look forward to returning to Telluride again and staying here in the future.

wonderful stay

The condo is a 2 minute walk to the slopes (even in ski boots) which was so easy and fabulous! It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items and had two puzzles to work on while we were making dinner. The beds were comfy, and the condo had a cozy, lovely atmosphere. Thank you!

Great location and very comfortable space

We go to Telluride every summer but had never stayed in this unit. It was lovely. And the owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Plus, you can't beat the location. Would definitely recommend!

Annual Ski Trip

Our stay was wonderful! The home is located downtown Telluride and it’s just a short walk to a lift and the community hot tub. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen and the living room was spacious enough for five adults. The hosts were very responsive during check in and even checked back in during our stay.

Amazing & Cozy

Just the perfect two week stay in our favorite place. This condo was clean, quiet, and cozy. Great set up with the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen upstairs. We needed some assistance a few times during our stay and the owners went above and beyond to help and accommodate. Great location, just a short walk to town and right off the river trail. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

This was hands down the best vacation rental property I have ever stayed at. The location to lift seven and the town of Telluride is so convenient. Having the grocery store located behind the condo was also amazing. This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen for a rental. Our family will definitely rent this unit again!

Ski Trip w/Kids & their Friends

Really good location, short walk over to Lift 7 and off to skiing. Max we had to walk for anything was half mile. Market was literally in our backyard. Condo was comfy, for a good sized group, plenty of beds & space.

Excellent accommodations!

This condo is well located with about a 5 minute walk to lift 7 and a 15 minute walk (for those with limited mobility, it’s up hill at altitude — take the complimentary shuttle) to the restaurants and shops of Telluride. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen exceptionally well appointed with Viking appliances and all the dishes, utensils, slow cooker, etc. that could possibly be needed on vacation.

So i have to correct Scott as he might have been talking about the Gondola . Lift seven is two hundred paces from our condo and dead flat easy access . We are beautifully located adjacent from one of the main lifts in town . Thanks David and Terri

Convenient to the slopes and well stocked

Stayed at this property for our family ski vacation for the second year in a row. Location is great, just a short walk to the lift and slopes, grocery store around the corner and a few blocks walk to downtown restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out in the unit and it was very well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Great house and perfect location

We stayed 5 nights and the house was well appointed, perfect location and just the right size for out group of 5 adults. Steps from the ski lift and the grocery store. The house had all the necessities and was very comfortable. We would not change a thing.
