Questa unità superiore di un duplex sulla spiaggia di Oceanside è perfetta per una riunione di famiglia! Con quattro camere da letto e tre bagni, c'è molto spazio per distendersi! Una grande cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo e grande terrazza con vista sull'oceano. L'area comune sotto ha un pozzo del fuoco che è grande per quelle notti estive con la famiglia. A pochi passi dal molo di Oceanside e / o visitare l'Oceanside Harbour per i loro fantastici negozi, ristoranti Harbour Fish & Chips) ed escursioni in barca. L'unità inferiore è una casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con un ampio patio, che la rende una casa con 7 camere da letto se si affitta entrambe le unità.

This property was absolutely stunning! It was incredibly spacious, comfortably decorated and incredibly clean. The view was spectacular and had every amenity that we could ask for. Large garage for our vehicle and supplies. We hosted a family reunion and everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the view and the home. Fantastic back yard with great patio furniture and layout. One of the best parts was the top rate communication. Any question we had was answered via text within minutes. The property managers/owners definitely prided themselves on giving the best customer service possible and they exceeded all expectations. We loved our stay and this home will definitely be our first choice when we return!

Nice beach getaway

Property was beautiful very spacious and comfortable. The view was awesome. My only wish was that the beach accessible from the property. Rather than walking a half a mile away to get to the water. It would’ve been a five star if we had that.

Place was super beautiful and the access to house was easy. Best part was being right on the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Ocean View Paradise w/ onsite Parking

The inside was nicely decorated. The view especially nice as it was NOT on the boardwalk. No people or cars constantly blocking the view or the noise that comes with it. Great yard with plenty of seating, lounging and shade. If you are sleeping in a bedroom overlooking the street it can be noisy (people more so than cars). Ear plugs would be good. The master bedroom does not get dark due to the outdoor lights next door. Eye mask is good idea. One of the best stocked kitchens of any place I have ever stayed. Never went out to eat. Everything included. Had few minor issues (broken appliance and bathroom door handle came off) that were addressed promptly. Caution to those with large or lifted vehicles. The garage is tight.Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular View - Wonderful Stay

We had 6 family members stay over 2023 Christmas and really enjoyed the laid back family holiday. The views were amazing and the upstairs firepit was used several times in the evenings. The Property Manager was very helpful. We hope we have the opportunity to come back again.

Spacious Oceanfront House

We loved the layout. Great for a large group, huge dining table and amounts of kitchen counter space! Easy walk to the city center for daily exercise. So fabulous 3 of the bedrooms has a nook for kids to sleep. Pretty sunset views with dolphins in distance.

Fantastic Location and Communication

Overall great location. Lots of rain caused multiple leaks in the ceiling, windows and light fixtures. They didn’t send anyone out the first day so we had to use up all of the towels and do wash, but the next day they got it figured out and brought us more towels.

Unit had some minor maintenance issues, but nothing that effected our stay. Water dispenser on refrigerator was slow and the ice maker didn't work. However an ice making machine was provided. Management company responded quickly when notified. Due to the high tide we had no beach, but it was a short walk/drive to get to sand and surf. The beach was very nice and clean. The location was close to everything and parking was good. Only wish we had known to bring firewood for the firepit. We love Oceanside and Beachfront Only has always provided us with wonderful accommodations.

Great beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean, good location, perfect for a large family. Balcony was perfect for viewing dolphins and sea lions. There were steps down to the water through the large boulders but then there was smaller rocks probably for erosion control so no sand for the kids to play in. WE walked to the pier area and had a blast in the sand and water. The Tin Fish has excellent fish tacos and hamburgers. REally enjoyed this trip. The Beach Front Only experience was excellent.

The overall experience was not good.

The yard was not clean, there were very loud construction noises from next door and we didn’t receive any help or understanding when we were blocked in the garage by a car. Really wish the customer service was as good as the unit itself

Beachfront properties are deceptive

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine. Yard was dirt it wasn’t beachfront property. It was a view of the ocean. High hard waves that slapped ragged rocks. No beach area whatsoever. We worried the whole time that the younger ones would end up in the water because with how violent the waves were they would have been hurt or dead We had birds in the attic that we listened to 24/7. We calmed the 2nd day talked to a live person. But no one responded. Parking had 2 places for cars. We had to parallel park on the driveway. Pray we didn’t get towed. Also checking time is 400 pm. Not a minute earlier. Door lock didn’t work. Waited 45 minutes for someone to come out and he was nice but said it always has problems. (Y aren’t they fixing ). Checkout time is 1000 am so if u rent it plan on getting a full day less than what they say.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. Beautiful view but unfortunately no real beach access, even at low tide. There is a large, well stocked kitchen. We had called ahead asking if there was a crock pot and were told no, so we brought our own. There was a crock pot. Upon arrival on Thursday, I called with some issues-no screen on living room sliding door (many missing screens, but the living room was critical-we had to choose between the cool breeze with bugs or stuffy and warm without bugs);the master bedroom had no TV despite all photos showing one. Our three generation family group, in a 4 bedroom unit, expected and needs more than one TV. With my daily texts and phone calls, on the 6th day of our 8 day stay, an additional TV was finally provided. We never got a screen door for the living room slider. The carpeting in the living room was filthy, stained and loose, although the pictures show nice wood flooring. The air conditioning consists of small wall units on timers. It appears that a remodel is pending (permit posted on garage) and they have apparently decided to not repair/replace anything. I was told repeatedly when I called that someone would call me back but that never happened. Texting seems to be their preferred method of communication. This unit is run down and lacking maintenance.

Down sides for such a big house very small bathrooms,the master bedroom had a horrible smell of maybe "MOLD", stained dirty carpet, dishwasher was falling forward, patio furniture very weather and ripped. This property needs some TLC. Over all the family had a great time but the price is not worth the property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in a half dozen BO properties and this one was underwhelming. Old stained carpet not shown in listing, duct taped threshold, uncomfortable bed, understocked kitchen, dishwasher that falls forward when loaded, torn and damaged screen door, partially obstructed views, poorly labeled shared space. Choose a different property unless this one is significantly less and priced to reflect its condition. Set back on lot so north and south views are limited.
