The beach views from the house are amazing! The house was clean and decorated beautifully and has everything you need. We had plenty of space at the beach and never felt crowded. The host was amazing as well. Reached out about arrival, if we needed anything, and departure instructions. I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here. Had plans to go out to dinner a few times and ending up cooking and enjoying the pool deck the whole time.

Incredible Beach Front Home

One of the best oceanfront homes my family has ever rented. The beach was never crowded and the rental company was great. The free rounds of mini-golf included in the rental was a big hit with the family.

August 2018 Stay

Fantastic house! Our family of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) were VERY happy staying here. Comfortable and perfect beach access. We really appreciate Lee, with the maintenance team, going the extra mile to make our stay extra enjoyable. Definitely recommend this house!

70th Birthday Trip

This house was absolutely incredible and stunningly beautiful. The home is beach front, with the right size pool. The decor, modern finishes, room size and bathrooms were a dream. Views were unmatched and the location made commutes to coffee shops, restaurants, activities and beyond effortless. We are all in awe of the experience we had, and cannot wait to stay again.

October 2017 Stay

My new husband and I rented both 19 and 21 singleton for our families. Both homes are perfect! New, clean, spacious, lovely decor. Amenities provided were perfect. Vacation Homes of HH made the rental, check in and check out process smooth and hassle-free and we had a wonderful time!

June 2019 Stay

19 Singleton Place was the perfect family home for our family vacation! The home was very spacious, well appointed & comfortable. The views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the closeness of the beach access. The pool & deck area were a hit with the children! We would highly recommend this property. Thanks for helping us create some wonderful memories!

Great family stay

We were right on the beach. Could put up our beach tents and leave them, able to see the family on the beach from the house! Master closet areas could hold pack n plays for our 2 babies. Our 4 older granddaughters loved the bunk room. We had everything we needed for 9 adults and 6 kids.

Amazing vacation

The property and its location was absolutely perfect! The house exceeded our expectations - clean, beautifully designed and decorated, with stunning views! My wheelchair-bound sister was able to use the elevator and for the first time enjoy the whole vacation house and not just be stuck on the first floor (she called dibs on the room on the highest floor, naturally). I loved my morning runs on the beach that is right outside the house and goes for miles! Thank you for making our first trip to Hilton Head so enjoyable and for your hospitality!! We cannot wait to be back!

The house was beautiful and in top notch condition and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The space inside easily accommodated 15 of us. We were also not far from area grocery stores and activities like miniature golf and jet skiing. The deck pool was perfect for my niece’s 11 month old baby to play in. I highly recommend renting this wonderful beach house for your stay on Hilton Head Island.

Five-Star Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 5th house we’ve stayed at on this beach over the past 6 years and I can say by far this was the best so far! Great layout, updated, super clean, and nice amenities. The elevator was especially helpful to move luggage up and down, as well as for our guest with back issues. The beach being literally steps away was wonderful and the umbrella on the back deck provided lovely shade to sit under and enjoy the views. Would highly recommend this house as well as the rental agency. Hoping to return soon!

Singleton Beach is semi private, however, the dates that you stayed were some of the busiest of the season and this is when lots of families spend time together. August 2020 Stay

I rented this house for my Mother’s 85th birthday. Her birthday was in April but due to Covid we were uneasy about traveling. A friend suggested we rent a house because it wouldn’t have the foot traffic of a hotel. I looked at so many homes and finally decided on this one because it ‘appeared’ upscale, beautifully decorated and had beachfront access, a pool and elevator. I was not disappointed. It looks as elegant in person as in the photos. The beach is wide and not full of people and the pool is large enough to relax in after dinner. I would highly recommend this home. It also has a great location.

Fabulous Beachfont House!

We loved everything about 19 Singleton Beach Place! The ocean and marsh views are both spectacular! This was the perfect house for our family.! The decor was fresh, modern and very nicely done. We especially enjoyed the well appointed master suite. The layout of the house was great too. Our children and their families had the third floor for themselves which was ideal. The house was well equipped except for missing towel a few racks in two bathrooms. The only other suggestion is that the grill was rather small for a large home and not working very efficiently. The pool is also small, but was perfect for our grandchildren. We found Singleton Beach to be a wonderful area and a bit removed from the more heavily visited Forest Beach. We enjoyed our week here immensely! The Gordon’s Oak Ridge, TN

Our family has visited HHI many times with several stays at properties within this community and always had great experiences. We arrived to our check in with significant water in the garage and the wood stairs leading from main to second floor significantly warped. A few days went by before we discovered the pool system pump was the source of water. We were unable to use the pool for a portion of our stay while being repaired. The warped wood stairs were a hazard for tripping and bare feet. I had to request for the rental company to come out and cover the split wood with tape. Light bulbs out, shade did not work in the primary bedroom. It was a hassle during our vacation to address the issues.
