Una casa indipendente affascinante situata in uno dei quartieri più vivaci di Annapolis. Perfettamente situato in una tranquilla strada residenziale, a soli 0. 8 miglia dalla Accademia Navale degli Stati Uniti ea pochi passi dalla strada principale. La casa si trova a pochi passi da West Street ed è circondata da una varietà di negozi e ristoranti deliziosi.

La casa è completamente arredata con un portico anteriore, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, due camere da letto con biancheria e biancheria da letto inclusa (al primo piano 4 persone dormono comodamente), un bagno, ampia cucina con fornelli, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane, teiera e caffettiera. Un livello inferiore con un futon (Sleep 2 persone), un bagno, lavatrice, asciugatrice. La casa dispone di 3 smartTV con cavo, internet ad alta velocità / WiFi. AC centrale. Great cottage close to everything. Well appointed with special Annapolitan touches. Short walk to downtown or Navy Marine Corps stadium and great West St restaurants right out your back door. Off street parking was super convenient. Will definitely return.

This place was perfect in every way. Excellent location and easily walkable to downtown. The house was immaculate. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the front porch and backyard for relaxing. The host was immediately responsive to any query. Two parking spaces was a big plus. Will definitely return. Thank you.

This adorable house is a great location for exploring Annapolis! We easily walked everywhere, including the stadium for a football game and Downtown Annapolis/USNA. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. We live just an hour away and we would book another stay here anytime we are back in Annapolis. The house is clean and comfortable, and the patio and backyard are definite bonuses. Highly recommend!

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! Everything about this charming house is superb. Not only is it well appointed and comfortable but probably the cleanest arbnb I've stayed in. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown Annapolis. My friends and I would stay again for our next reunion!!

Wonderful stay

We had a great Easter weekend in Annapolis! Loved this little cottage, which was perfect for the four of us. Walking distance to the Harbor, the Naval Academy, restaurants, shops. We loved the screened in porch! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great Stay and Great Location!!!

As soon as we walked in, we fell in love with the coziness and welcoming feel of the cottage. Having parking available at the house was perfect & felt private. We were there to attend our daughter's ID Camp at the Naval Academy & this house was in perfect proximity of the academy. We drove & parked in the Noah Hillman Garage off of Main St. when we visited the academy. When we went out to dinner, we walked to Main St. as it is an easy walk to & from the house. With so many ppl out and about, you didn't feel the 15-20 min walk; it was refreshing after having a meal. The house was very well appointed! Everything you would need is provided. Big grocery store "Giant" was about 9 miles away though there could be one closer. We can't wait to go back to Annapolis! This cottage will be our go-to moving forward!

Best Stay Ever

Super cute, comfortable and one of the cleanest and well-maintained VRBOs we've ever stayed in. We had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday away from home with our grown up kids. The location couldn't be better - in a quaint and quiet little historic neighborhood within easy walking distance of the downtown and city dock areas. This is truly a VRBO gem!

Great for a family weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. This place was perfect. The larger bed was comfortable. It was enough space for 4 all 4 of us. So many places to go in walking distance. There was a little coffee which was perfect since we forgot to pick some up. This rental had everything we needed and it was easy to get to and the parking behind was easy enough to figure out. Thanks for so much!

A beautiful house in quant neighborhood in Annapolis!

When we turned onto the road the house was on, we were taken back by how quiet and secluded it was especially since it was a walk away from downtown. The house was beautiful and clean. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the action but not in the middle of it. The house was updated and had everything we needed for our extended stay.

A Wonderful Place!

My family enjoyed our 2 nights at this wonderful home while my son attended Naval Academy Summer Seminar. This cozy home is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our brief stay. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go within historic Annapolis. The plus for us was the close walking distance to the Naval Academy. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. The two parking spaces that come with the home in the back were a huge plus for us as well. The owner Maria was great and was easily accessible and great at communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in an ideal location

We enjoyed a great weekend in Annapolis visiting our Midshipman while staying at this ideally located home. The pictures were accurate to the actual home, which was very clean and well decorated with an appropriately nautical theme. The location is easy walking distance to all that Annapolis has to offer and the two parking spaces out back make bringing a car feasible and simple. I would highly recommend this home for a visit to Annapolis.

Close to everything

We stayed in the house for a week and felt comfortable there. It is a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. It’s with in walking distance to many restaurants and museums.

Convenient for a football weekend

We were so impressed with the ease of check in, the comfort of the home and the convenience for a football game. We enjoyed the walk to the stadium and did not need a car this weekend. very quiet, safe neighborhood. AC worked great!

Highly recommend this cute house!

Such a cute little house in a great location. Maria's house was clean and very well stocked - beyond what you expect with the basics, it was extremely thoughtful. Super location, we walked everywhere during our entire stay - and the 2 parking spots were a huge bonus so we could leave our cars and not worry about finding parking at all. The street itself was quiet and quaint. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the outdoor spaces, but they looked lovely as well. Highly recommend this property!

Great neighbor

We loved our stay. The house was perfect and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere. It was a lovely quiet street with parking in the back. So much fun. Already working on a return trip and will definitely stay there again.

When our son began studying at the U.S. Naval Academy in 2014 we were not only incredibly proud of him, but realized that we had found a treasure in Annapolis. We immediately fell in love with this charming town along the scenic Chesapeake Bay. After searching some time for the right vacation home, we knew right away we had found "the one". With it's unique craftsman style, a calming front porch, and it's lovely white kitchen drenched in sunlight, our home mirrors the nautical charm that makes Annapolis so inviting. We love our "home away from home" and hope you will, too!
