Questa casa �� gestita professionalmente da Oversee Rentals.

* Il WaterColor Beach Club sarà chiuso per lavori di ristrutturazione. Le date provvisorie si concluderanno tra agosto 2018 e inizio luglio 2019. *

Brownies in Camp District ha uno spazio generoso per 15 dentro e fuori. L'ingrediente speciale è la piscina privata con tavolo da caffè sotto il padiglione. Mescolare in una siesta pomeridiana su uno dei due letti volanti sulla veranda e chiamarlo una giornata perfetta!

L'interno al primo piano di questa vera casa costiera ha arredi artistici sia vintage che di alto livello. Sapientemente decorata in blu, verde e pop arancione, l'area di intrattenimento offre una visione televisiva confortevole. La cucina funzionante contiene un'isola che può ospitare cinque. Passato il tavolo da pranzo per otto è il re padrone inferiore che si apre su un portico posteriore.

Ritiratevi al piano di sopra per altre quattro stanze che si aprono tutte su portici schermati. C'è anche una tana che dorme una persona in più. I due re hanno bagni adiacenti. La camera a castello, la camera doppia e la tana condividono la vasca della hall.

Camp WaterColor District è situato in posizione centrale e uno dei preferiti di famiglie con bambini. Il tuo gruppo diventerà dolce su Brownies, caricato con portici, arredamento confortevole e colorato e una piscina privata con una funzione cascata!

Spring Break stay

The house was very nice with plenty of space. The pools and community were very well kept. The golf cart situation and ticketing was a bit out of control, but this property and area are great!

Watercolor Never Disappoints

The house was as we expected. Some of the appliances could use an upgrade as well as some of the kitchen utensils but other than that the stay was great. The "pool" is small but great for a quick cool off after a day at the beach. The house comes with 5 adult size bikes which is great and is very close to the water park and Publix. There is only parking for one vehicle so be aware.

Good house and location, aged appliances

Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the house. It took a few days for the pool to heat up, but once it did, it was fantastic. That layout of the home was fantastic. We loved the pool, outdoor tv/patio, and den/kitchen. The appliances are a little aged, but the layout of the home is awesome.

It was great

Great location, big house, with nice pool and outside fireplace. We had lots of fun. The floors were dirty when we arrive. Needed to be vacuumed again and mopped. So we told the management and they sent someone to clean them. Great after that.

Our Stay at Brownies

We enjoyed the house but was disappointed some. The stove, washer and dryer were ancient. Stove didn’t want to light a few times, very dangerous. The washing machine put black stuff on our clothes. Very loud, very old. The kitchen stuff, Pots, utensils , etc were also outdated. Handle falling off pan, dried food on cookie sheet , yuk… we paid a lot of money to deal with this.

We enjoyed the small pool and outdoor sitting space. The location will be even better when the construction of Camp Watercolor is finished. It is nicely situated between the beach area and publix area. Bikes provided were good quality. The house has shows a little wear and tear from frequent rentals. There were a few cleaning issues that need to be addressed including the blinds and fixtures as well a shower ceiling with substantial mold. Prior to arrival, I sent a couple of emails to the management company with no response. When we were actually there, they responded well to the text number that they gave us.

A sweet week at Brownies

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at Brownies September 2-9, 2017. We were very pleased with the rental . It was beautiful and the lay out was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. I had read online that the kitchen was not stocked well, so I brought some items. With 5 children we don't go out for a lot of meals . For instance There was no pitcher for tea. Oversee was excellent. The only problem we had was getting in the house initially. One phone call and problem solved! The amenities in watercolor were excellent . This house was close to a great playground and pool. (2 blocks) the parking in the back was tight but we had 2 large SUVs and we made it fine. The private pool is small but adequate. The landscaping is beautiful. Lots of flowers and a lime tree!

Another Great Year In Watercolor

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brownies had ample space for our two families with a combined 7 teenage/young adult children. Having the plunge pool and outdoor lounge area was a bonus. The bikes were in good condition which was a plus - we've found over the years that isn't always the case. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are dated and not up to the typical Watercolor decorating standards we've come to expect over the past 15 years of staying in rentals at the resort. The house seems well worn and in need of updating after years of rental use. In addition - all of the appliances were not in good working order - the dryer did not have heat for the majority of our stay, the dishwasher racks were unstable, the ice maker did not work properly and none of the appliance lights were working. Overall we had a great stay - but it's worth mentioning that it's time for some updates, especially when competing rentals are at a different standard.

30A Florida Fun

We visited with our 2 adult sons & 3 grandsons (ages 2, 4 & 4). We read negative comments but the house fit our needs (needed 3 king beds) at a good price. The house worked well! Pool is tiny but perfect for adults to enjoy while kids napped (had heavy rain 1 day & a call to mgmt co got pool guy out quickly so it wasn't green). 2 kid rooms-one double bunks, one 2 twins then a tiny room with 1 twin-listing didn't indicate a way to close it off but had pocket doors so perfect for the 2 yr old in crib rental! Hall bath upstairs had tub for bathing kids while 2 king rooms upstairs had en-suites with showers. Master downstairs had big tub + shower with double sinks. Starter essentials helpful. A/C worked great! People complained about condition of kitchen supplies. They felt "used" but we had no problem preparing breakfast every morning & dinner a couple of times. Our issues were our feet were black each night after walking on dirty wood floors. Dishwasher nice to have but if dishes aren't thoroughly rinsed, don't come out clean. Utility room nice (no issues with clothes coming out "dirty" as others said) but pocket door broken so loud to do laundry & watch tv. Kitchen table needed a deep cleaning. No working ice maker-had to use ice trays. No Roku in living room (in 2 bedrooms). Told were 3 parking spaces but no way to park more than 2 + golf cart. Street spots nearest house always taken. Still had a great time but would be nice to have these issues addressed.

September 2021 Stay

This property needs significant cleaning and maintenance. The pool deck and parts of the exterior are covered in mildew, the exterior doors need painting, there are several rotted out holes in outside wood trim, the pool deck was covered in pine needles upon our arrival, the back screen door sticks and does not fully close, we found over a dozen dead palmetto bugs inside and out, there were several long hairs on the master bath floor, the living room sectional was so dirty we had to cover it with bed sheets and blankets to give us enough comfort to sit on it, all upholstry furniture is stained and filthy, and overall the home furniture was not comfortable, especially the outside porches. We just expected more for the location and price. This property really should not be rented until it and much of the upholstered furnishings are thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

Fun for everyone

This property was great for two families. We had kids ranging in age from 3-11 and within walking distance you’ll find a park, basketball court and a huge pool with slides and a lazy river. The property also has a small pool that was great for the kids. We are already planning our next trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brownies is in a prime prime location in Watercolor with easy access to camp watercolor, groceries and a quick drive to the beach. The house had a few very minor issues and wasn't as updated as others may be but it offered all necessary items and staff were very responsive to provide needed items. We had a great time!

Recent stay

Overall we had a good experience. Especially enjoyed the outside pool area, with fireplace. Items that need attention/ two of the upstairs bathroom sinks were clogged. In the bunk bed room, ottoman had a broken leg. All kitchen appliances( except microwave) and washer/dryer were very dated and top rack of dishwasher was unstable.
