Great stay with my boys (hubby, pre-teen, toddler and pup). House just as described, has everything you need for a perfect vacation, including pool and spa. I do wish the spa was a tad bit hotter, (specially when paying for the extra cost for heating) but that may just be personal preference. Just seemed to be cooler than most spas but that could have also been because it’s built into the pool. That said, we would stay here again and hope to. The property management company was great to respond when I had questions while on property and the owners made the booking process easy. 5 stars.

Our stay

The house was nice and clean and it was located in a nice neighborhood. Our only complaints are that the master bed is was to tall. Its over 3 ft tall. It also has a hump in the middle. The master bathroom shower is to slippery. And the owner said the pool temp was 84 but it still seemed cold. We were wired out some by the 3 cameras on the property. Over all we had a nice time.

Wonderful home for universal/disney vacation!

Home was well equipped clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with tennis courts and plenty of sidewalks and small walking trail, perfect for walking our dog. Great location with plenty of restaurants and Walmart/publix close. Pool was clean and warm and hot tub worked…great to come back to after a long day at an amusement park! We had a great relaxing and fun vacation!

Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Only problem,was when we arrived the unit had been cleaned. The original cleaners didn't show,so they had to get someone else to clean. But that was not the fault of the owners.

I would definitely stay again! The property manager was great!

The stay was great! The kurig machine wasn’t working and we had a new one delivered within a few hours. There was an issue with the AC one morning and someone was out to fix it in a couple hours. I will definitely look to rent again next year!

Very nice

This house was very nice, great, quiet neighborhood, great communication with owner. There is a park just around the corner to walk your dog everyday. Kitchen well stocked.

Perfect all around!

Every part of this rental was very smooth. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was close to everything we needed. This was our annual visit to HHN at Universal. We were exhausted after 2 days in the park so we camped out at the house on our last full day. We enjoyed the pool/spa and all the room this house provided. Our small pets enjoyed it too! I would definitely hope to return here on another visit!

Disappointing & not very disabled friendly

Not very clean, pool floor crumbling, games room tables broken. Multiple CCTV cameras we were not told about & no signs! 2 steps to get into the house which makes it difficult for a wheelchair user & the master bedroom shower has a big step which is also very difficult plus the rest of the rooms impossible being shower over bath. Barbeque severely corroded. Dishwasher did not work properly. Overall it is a great location & it is not all bad but the villa needs a lot of TLC

Great property and location. I personally have stayed at Indian creek properties for 15 plus years. The only downfall was the BBQ….. cheap and 2 burners didn’t work. Other than that great time

Exactly what we needed

We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 GSD girls, and it was perfect. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything that would be needed was provided. We enjoyed the space and the pool & hot tub. The pool lights were really cool! Our babies felt comfortable/safe in their travel kennels when we were away, and behind the house offers a really nice grassy area to walk them. I wish the game room were air conditioned. It would have been fun to shoot some pool (the pool/ hot tub make up for it though). Check in was painless. The location could not have been better. A lot of people must complain about the owners request to throw the bed linens/towels in the wash & take the trash out, etc, before you leave, but we didn’t mind at all. It’s no problem. Thank you so much for allowing us and our girls to enjoy Orlando! I would highly recommend.

Nice place but really needs air conditioning added to the game room, felt like a sauna at times. Toys located throughout the home could use a dusting. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The location and community are great. The house was clean and had everything you would need. The pool was awesome. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

This vacation villa is a great size for a family to enjoy as home away from home. Better than in a stuffy hotel. Roomy and spacious, clean and updated. Private heated pool, Jacuzzi , game room, wifi, phone, and fully furnished for a great feel of home away from home.

private, homey, spacious, comfortable, enjoyable, yet close to all attractions and Disney sites and water parks. Near Rt. 192, main rd. and so much more around, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, golfing, flea markets, old town, and so much more. Margaritaville Resort and water park just 5 minutes from our property
with Sunset Walk ( including free entertainment, restaurants, shops and movie theatre
