Il nostro bellissimo rifugio di montagna è una casa privata con 4 camere da letto situata nella famosa zona di West Vail. Di recente abbiamo completato un'importante ristrutturazione nella nostra casa per includere la cucina e gli elettrodomestici aggiornati, la zona giorno aperta e il nuovo camino in pietra, il bagno padronale nuovo di zecca (tra cui doccia a pioggia, doccia a vapore), nuovissimo bagno completo e nuova camera da letto a castello per bambini integrata. Anche tutti gli arredi e l'illuminazione sono stati aggiornati. All'esterno, abbiamo aggiunto in una nuova area di intrattenimento all'aperto in pietra per 10 posti a sedere, un firepit con sedie a sdraio e una nuovissima vasca idromassaggio situata su un nuovo ponte e il paesaggio professionale.

Situata su un ¼ di acro e incastonata tra splendidi pini, questa casa ha tutte le comodità di una grande casa privata, spaziosa, ma si trova a pochi passi (40 iarde) dal servizio di autobus gratuito Town of Vail che ti porterà nel cuore di Lionshead in 6 minuti o Vail Village in 12 minuti per sciare, fare shopping e mangiare. Nessuna macchina necessaria!

Questa casa si trova in una posizione ambita: a 40 metri dalla città libera di Vail che ti porta a Vail Village per sci, shopping, ristoranti, bar e teatro, o, in estate, vai in bicicletta in città lungo la panoramica pista ciclabile di Gore Creek (circa 10-15 minuti in bicicletta). Il parco e il parco giochi di Donovan si trovano a meno di 5 minuti a piedi lungo la strada.

Goditi la vasca idromassaggio privata o semplicemente rilassati davanti al nuovissimo camino a gas dopo un'intensa giornata sugli sci. Questa casa è perfetta per riunioni di famiglia o amici che si riuniscono e può ospitare fino a 10 persone. Quattro (4) camere da letto, tre (3) bagni completi. Garage doppio COLLEGATO, strada privata riscaldata, con parcheggio disponibile per un massimo di 3 auto (2 auto in garage x 1 auto in uscita) - nessun trasporto bagagli nella NEVE !!

La nostra casa ha un'atmosfera calda e rustica con soffitti e travi in legno rifiniti, camino in pietra e nuovissimi splendidi pavimenti in legno. Ci sono due spazi abitativi separati entrambi con TV a schermo piatto: uno per gli adulti e uno per i bambini! Il soggiorno principale ha splendidi soffitti a volta in legno con un camino a gas in pietra lastricata. Goditi un bicchiere di vino davanti al camino o esci per goderti il tuo vino sul grande ponte anteriore.

La cucina completamente attrezzata ha nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito con un sacco di spazio sul bancone e forniture / spezie per tutte le esigenze di cottura e una selezione completa di pentole, piatti e piccoli elettrodomestici. Abbiamo tutto il necessario per una piccola cena o una grande festa. La nostra sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 10 e il bar può ospitare altri 8 ospiti.

Altri servizi includono un nuovo frigorifero per il vino, una nuovissima vasca idromassaggio privata all'aperto, un nuovissimo firepit per smores e area salotto all'aperto, doccia a vapore e pioggia nel bagno principale, barbecue a gas, 3 TV a schermo piatto, 2 lettori DVD, internet ad alta velocità ( WIFI), impianto stereo Sonos, libri, giochi da tavolo e nuovissima lavatrice / asciugatrice, slitte e racchette da neve per gli ospiti.

Abbiamo anche articoli per bambini piccoli come Pak n Play, seggiolone ecc.

Siamo in grado di fornire raccomandazioni per: servizio di generi alimentari, servizio di massaggi, servizio di maggiordomo di sci, armadietti per sci, cantante acustico dal vivo e catering.

We had such an amazing time here while in town for a wedding! We brought our young kids and their grandparents and everyone was so happy and comfortable. The kids LOVED all of the games, toys, etc and the hottub was a bonus! This house is equipped with everything you can think of that you might need. The hosts made sure to leave any baby equipment we might want. The location is perfect to go on walks by the creek (we went in the fall and it was beautiful fall colors). 10/10!!

Mountain Retreat

Great location… close to park, biking, river, town of Vail, bus, services, everything! The home was fully stocked, had many beds, beautiful new bathrooms, full kitchen, games, Netflix, etc. The owners were both responsive when items needed attention.

Perfect Mountain Stay

We had a great week in the mountains. The house was perfect for 2 families and we were able to sleep 9 people very comfortably. We took full advantage of the hot tub, shuffleboard and full slate of games offered at the house. Location to Vail/Lionshead/Cascade village was ideal and either a short drive to each or a quick shuttle ride. We loved the house and can't wait to come back to the mountains.

The Sinclair family home is soo beautiful and fully stocked with anything and everything you need. They worked with us to get into the home as early as possible and even send some local spots to enjoy over our stay. The bus stop was so close and convenient too.Truly it was even better in person than from the pictures. This trip and stay was a dream come true for me

Amazing house and location!

Hollie was a fantastic host. The house was exactly as described. Tons of room for a group of friends visiting Vail for a ski weekend. The house is 40 yards away from the bus stop that comes appx. every 30 mins (at least during the winter) to shuttle to lionshead and vail village base. You can tell the house is well maintained and the owners put alot of work into keeping it that way. Kitchen is huge and great for cooking for a large party of family or friends. We had a private chef come one night and he was able to whip up a great meal here. Overall would say this house is nothing short of perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! We booked the home for our family and friends to stay for our daughter's wedding in Vail. The home was exactly as described, very well-maintained and had everything we could possibly need--and then some. We had 12 people so we also booked the apartment on the lower level...it's not mentioned in the post, but I was so happy when I found out they had the extra space so we didn't have to rent two places for our group. The lower level is not connected through the house so you have to go outside and up the stairs...not a big deal, but just something to note. Great communication with the owners throughout the entire booking process. We reached out to the owners when we first arrived because we had a question and they called within 5 minutes. They were so friendly and helpful. The location of the home is perfect. Close to everything including the bus route which was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and steam shower however there was so much snow we didn't get to use the patio/fire pit. Everything in the home worked perfectly and we didn't have a single problem during our stay. My daughter got ready for the wedding there and we have wonderful pictures in the master suite with the large window and snow in the background. It was perfect in every way!

We arrived at the property and as we began unpacking, we immediately noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in a first-floor closet. After further inspection of the home, we found additional droppings in the dining area, along with a bait box that had clearly been chewed on by mice. Although the owner denied prior knowledge of a mouse problem, the presence of the bait box strongly suggested otherwise. We were traveling with children, including a 23-month-old child, and were extremely concerned about the health and safety risks posed by a serious mouse infestation. We all are well aware that rodents can transmit diseases such as salmonella, hantavirus, and lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) through their feces, urine, and saliva.If you should decide to rent this property I would confirm with the owner that the infestation has been properly dealt with. This means cleaned and sanitized and that the mice have been eliminated.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and follow-up communications, the guests chose not to remain at our property. As part of our commitment to maintaining a high-quality home, we have preventative pest control measures in place and utilize a professional pest management service on a regular basis. Following this report, the property was inspected again by a licensed pest control company and no evidence of pests were found. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to do everything possible to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards and continuing to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests.

We met long time friends with our families and it was amazing. The house was so well equipped and kitchen is built for foodies.

We are the Sinclair family and we live in Denver, CO. We have been coming to the mountains every weekend to ski and we finally decided to just buy our own place! So, in December 2015 we purchased this home. We are an active family and our two young boys are training to be ski racers. We love the Summers in Vail as well, lots of biking, hiking, the scenery is amazing, not to mention all the festivals, art shows and markets.

We recently purchased our home in December 2015. We have always wanted a place that is close to Vail, Lionshead (and even Beaver Creek), had all the conveniences of the free bus (yes - it's literally 40 yards walk), yet was a home large enough that we could invite our friends and family so we could have our kids play together, create memories and have fun! This house is the perfect location for us. It's convenient to the free bus, has lots of backyard space for the kids to explore and we can even ride our bikes to Vail in the Summer (in 15 minutes) along the beautiful Gore Creek bike path. We are also close to Gore Creek and Donovan park for the kids to play and enjoy themselves.

Close to all activities - Winter and Summer! We have an attached apartment for those extra large family retreats and gatherings - ask about those rates! On the free bus - 4 free buses every hour! Ride your bikes to Vail in 15 minutes in the Summer!
