We loved sitting on the patio and around the fire pit. Too bad the weather didnt cooperate. We had everything we needed. The house was comfy and quiet. Close enough to town but away from the traffic. Loved it.

Great pace for friends adventure!

Great place and location. We snowboarded a day and it wasn’t far at all from purgatory. Would highly recommend this place!

Great house and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and location! Ten minutes from downtown Durango yet away from it all. The configuration of the rooms were perfect. We had 3 adult couples- each had a room with a king bed and full bathroom. Our party also had 2 toddlers who had their own room (bunk beds) and their own bathroom. The house was very, very clean and had everything we needed- as advertised. The location of the house was amazing- trees surrounded the house and it was super quiet. We knew it would be great as three deer were laying by the house when we pulled up- awesome. I did reach out to property management once for an issue and they immediately responded. A few smalls issues with the house (the hot water system seemed to have some air in it), but we would definitely stay here again- one of the best rental homes we have stayed at. Thank you!!!

Beds were comfy...bathrooms clean, spacious, beautiful. Property was nice and secluded...quiet. kitchen had everything we needed to cook and BBQ on the grill. Plenty of parking. Hot tub was awesome...although I recommend getting a cover hangar so the cover doesnt just get put onto the ground. Lots of wildlife seen every day.

Family sized Durango in the pines

We had a great time staying at this property. Plenty of room for families and a great location.It is located in a quite forested neighborhood just a short drive to downtown Durango. We will definitely return for another stay if we come back to this area.

Wonderful home on a great property. Attentive hosts! Beautiful views with deer every day. Appreciated the king beds in each room with a bathroom . Just a few minor tweaks would make it even better. The stacked wood pile was very nice for the fireplace (would be helpful to have some tools though - poker/ tongs). Enjoyed the hot tub as well, but did not notice any new lighting. It is very dark heading out at night.

Perfect for our family vacation

We loved staying here. We loved each room having its own bathroom. The kids loved the arcade game. The ping pong was a hit as well. We loved seeing the deer visiting the property. The closeness to town was also nice. Loved that there was lots of outdoor seating around the fire table and other areas of seating outside as well.

Great family getaway

There were 9 of us, and it was plenty big. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more storage containers for leftovers. Its be nice to have more board games for different ages. But overall it’s a very nice property and a quick drive to downtown Durango.
