Il percorso tortuoso per la spiaggia è proprio accanto al "Tide Pool". Letteralmente a 3 minuti a piedi. Questa è la casa che ci fa dire "WOW!"




Questa è la spiaggia per eccellenza per allontanarsi con letti king size e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto, letti a castello accanto al piano superiore camera matrimoniale, vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale, lo stato degli apparecchi d'arte, granito in tutto, cucina su misura, sala giochi e Nuova Qualunque cosa!




Sia che siate in salotto, al tavolo da pranzo o sul ponte, non vi mancherà una balena migrazione, o l'onda perfetta cavalcato da un oceano è in mostra per voi!




Come si entra, il piano terra è leggero e aperto con una parete di finestre che si affacciano sull'oceano. Lasciate che i tramonti venire da te!




L'entry level ha una cucina state-of-the art, grande sala da pranzo e salotti con 2 camere da letto, 3 bagni e enorme avvolgere intorno alla piattaforma con vasca idromassaggio.




Il soggiorno ha Ponente scorrevole in vetro che ami il mare questa è la casa per voi. Perfetto Vista!




La cucina ha un grande avvolgente posti a sedere per i gruppi che amano uscire e recuperare il ritardo con l'altro!




Il piano superiore ha la camera matrimoniale e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio, balcone e divano letto comodo.




Tutto è nuovo!




Andate in garage (staccato dalla casa) ed entrare nella sala giochi! Bigliardo, Ping Pong, Air Hockey e biliardino! GODERE!

Celebrated a milestone birthday with 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house was perfectly situated for beach access, walks, and enjoying the sunset. Game room was huge bonus for evening activities. Everybody, especially the dog, enjoyed watching the local deer herd walking through.

Stunning unobstructed beach views from the deck, wonderful host, great place! We really enjoyed the hot tub and grill. Excellent service from our host, who speedily brought over a nice new Samsung 65” tv when the old one needed replacing, and left us a yummy fresh baked sourdough loaf as a gift.

The house was very clean. The concern I have was the pictures do not match the state of the home. The home in person looks very different. Also having only two towels per person for a family of four is not enough to work with. We have stayed at other homes in the area so we understand that you have to bring your food and other items but towels and bedding so be in the plenty plus laundry detergent to clean the dirty laundry. Overall the home was okay at best to stay at because for other reasons.

The house photos were taken recently. It was recently painted, Has a bigger TV than photos, has a new couch in living room. Perplexed by the comment. We had an awesome stay at the Tide Pool. The house itself was really nice—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in right away. It’s also pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The views were great and made for a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the game room—it’s seriously impressive and kept everyone entertained. Overall, this place checks all the boxes and then some. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This house is located right on the ocean path down to the water, short easy walk to the water down the dirt path. The house is amazing, with amazing views of the ocean, easy to check in and a large bonus game room.

The location is amazing, great deck overlooking the ocean. Just down the path gets you to a rocky beach, and on lower tide you can take a short walk over to the main part of Dillon beach.Really appreciated the very comfy king beds, game room in the garage, roomy house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is spacious, view is stunning, 3 king beds-nice, but the house is not well maintained for the price I paid, all the "way too fancy" shower devises are confusing and many parts broken along w/ the jet tub w/ broken jets, freezer handle fall offregularly. Frig water filter had expired as well. Never again.

Good morning! We say in the ad that the upstairs bathroom is just a huge, wonderful soaking tub and that we do not offer the jets in that tub and to enjoy the jetted hot tub outside. Not hidden. If you would have called us we we could have fixed the freezer handle and the water filter easily. Our handyman lives in Dillon Beach. 2 minute fix, plus we could have showed you how to use the shower. Although if you never touch a knob it still functions as a normal shower. The showers does work fine, but yes, there are a lot of knobs. This is the 5 -Star review from our guests that parted just before your stay, "We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home was comfortable, well‐maintained, and a great place to relax.
