Goditi i tramonti mozzafiato sulla spiaggia sabbiosa di 600 piedi della East Grand Traverse Bay con un ambiente boschivo naturale. Completamente rinnovato, il nostro condominio con 1 camera da letto sulle rive è spazioso e moderno. Grande terrazza con barbecue a infrarossi, tiki bar per godersi il panorama. Due TV a schermo piatto (cavo incluso) in camera da letto e aree familiari. Bagno completo con zona trucco. Cucina con forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e piano cottura. Lavatrice e asciugatrice integrate. Affacciato sulla baia di Grand Traverse in uno scenario di imponenti pini, un ruscello che scorre e una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa. Il nostro condominio al piano terra si trova sulla East Grand Traverse Bay all'incrocio tra US31 e M72. Nei fine settimana in estate c'è musica dal vivo e buca per il fuoco con smores per una grande famiglia o un'esperienza romantica.

Sono disponibili soggiorni brevi, settimanali e mensili. Horse Shows on the Bay è a meno di 5 minuti da questa posizione. Elk Rapids è a soli 10 minuti a nord di qui. Traverse City si trova a 7 miglia di distanza.

Great location, very short walk to the beach, a few minutes drive to TC and Mission Point peninsula.

Walked in to a condo that wasn’t ready (after the check in time) contacted host. No response. Cleaner came and made the beds but left things hanging that were drying. Tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Didn't even bother contacting bc after the first time with no response. Paid way too much to not have communication, a sorry or even a response or a condo that wasn’t ready.

Wonderful Escape

We stayed for a birthday getaway weekend and everything was wonderful! Nice bay view from the deck (perfect place to relax with a cocktail or enjoy a meal) and a short walk to the waters edge. Comfortable bed, clean unit with great amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Condo and location

We spent 23 days here and had a wonderful time. Great sunsets and trail walking around Boardman Lake plus supper dinners at the Boathouse and Apache Trout Grill. Will coms back in the fall for color.

Loved staying here!

This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!

So there were a bunch of issues, some minor, some the management company did address while we were on site.1) Cleanliness at check in - Place was clean, but it was obvious that the condo has had a busy summer. The couch cushions had some wear/dirt on them, no hand soap was refilled in the dispensers by housekeeping, and the first morning I made coffee, the previous grounds/filter had been there from the previous renter. After that, though housekeeping was helpful as needed.2) The property manager was made aware of this issue, but this property was originally listed as having a pool. The agreement changed between Grand Traverse Resort and Spa (onsite pool owner) and the TrueNorth Property management (condo owner), and we were not technically supposed to have access to the onsite pool. TrueNorth told us we could buy day pass for the main Grand Traverse Pool, but that was not true either. That day pass could only be purchased for adults, not our kids. True North did give us a refund for our troubles and since has updated the amenities on the listing. 3) Walking distance to the beach was great, and the location relative to TC, Torch Lake, the golf courses, was nice.4) I know a man's name was listed as the host on the listing, but this condo is operated by a management company, not a host.

Perfect get away

This condo was perfect for a long weekend with the ladies at the lake. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has lots of extras! Beautiful view of the woods and lake, a quick walk across the bridge and you are lakefront in a comfy lounger. Close to Traverse City for food and fun, but there are several places close by that had good food. We look forward to returning to this condo on our next trip north.

Weekend Stay

Stylish unit in a quiet community. We enjoyed walks on the beach and dining on the terrace. Only a small glitch that lights didn't work in kitchen but it didn't effect our stay. Really appreciated the recent renovations.

Location of condo was good, but condo needed to be painted. The height of bed and toilet were unacceptable, and sofa was very worn. The interior doors did not shut well either. Would not recommend condo.

Excellent location for a vacation

The place is a part of the Great Bear resort which is literally a 2min stroll to the sea shore. The place also had boat and kayak rentals which made the vacation more fun. The place was well maintained and the host was quick to respond to all our questions. I would go back for a second time for sure!!

All good!

Overall the place was good. Just a note that the bed sits almost on the floor and not good for the more aged folks to get up and out of it. Also, the management locks the thermostat so you are not able to adjust it yourself...not a good thing.

The exterior of this property had not been cared for. The pavement was filthy, the lounge chairs old, filthy and falling apart, the pool closed and the fire pit not open. The place felt like it hadn't been cared for properly in 20 years. The exterior of the building was covered in dirt and cobwebs. The inside of our unit needed cared for as well - broken doorknobs, wallpaper with water marks and buckling from wall, etc. Glad it was just my husband and I so kids were not disappointed. Glad we only had to sleep here. Would not come back. It's a shame because we used to stay in these condos years ago when our kids were little and they were awesome. Just entire Grand Traverse Resort property has not been cared for.
