Goditi tramonti mozzafiato sulla spiaggia di sabbia di 600 metri di East Grand Traverse Bay con l'ambiente boschivo naturale. Questo splendido studio condominio a The Shores è stato recentemente rinnovato e aggiornato in tutto, a marzo 2016. Super comode con lenzuola ad alto contenuto di fili e un'atmosfera da ritiro: è il nido perfetto e il trampolino di lancio per il tuo divertimento e le avventure Up North. Splendido ponte di cedro per godersi la vista sull'acqua. TV a schermo piatto (cavo incluso) e Wi-Fi. Bagno completo con area vanity. Cucina con forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, grill panini, frullatore, caffettiera e bollitore elettrico. Affacciato su Grand Traverse Bay in un ambiente di pini torreggianti, un ruscello che scorre e una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa. Il nostro condominio al piano terra si trova sulla East Grand Traverse Bay all'incrocio tra US31 e M72. Nei fine settimana in estate c'è musica dal vivo e buca per il fuoco con smores per una grande famiglia o un'esperienza romantica.

Sono disponibili soggiorni brevi, settimanali e mensili. Horse Shows on the Bay è a meno di 5 minuti da questa posizione. Elk Rapids è a soli 10 minuti a nord di qui. Traverse City si trova a 7 miglia di distanza.

Non si può battere questa posizione per un facile accesso a tutte le attività divertenti che questa grande area ha da offrire. I stayed there for a couple nights with my wife. It was a short getaway and a celebration for our anniversary. The host was really nice and they left us a bottle of Rose in the room. Thank you!The space was okay for the price, clean, and the location was convenient, 10-15 mins away from downtown Traverse city. Having access to the traverse bay beach from the condo was actually nice.

Wonderful stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every moment of it. The kitchen is small, but very functional overall. The accommodations were clean and you can't beat the location right on the water.

The condo was smaller and that’s ok. It lacked in the details department. The pillows are old the bedding is old. The decorating could use some help. The beach area isn’t anything to get excited about. The water looked dirty. I didn’t go in. If you’re going to base your decision on having a beach I’d go elsewhere. The communication was great! The AC was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. It just lacked details. It needs a make over. Especially new pillows and bedding.

Weekend stay - Decent place, not that clean, poor service

Disappointed in the cleanliness and Christian the property manager never responded or answered questions. Even after check out I still never heard from him. Just noticed a week later my deposit was not refunded. Reached out again and still nothing. Do not recommmend!

Not Ready For Guests

The unit was not thoroughly clean. There was visible dust on the furniture, crumbs on the couch, cobwebs and dead bugs over the front entry. The counters, sinks, linens, and toilet all appeared clean but the visible dirt made us question everything. The management company promptly found another unit for us to use during our stay.

Very nice studio condo perfect size for a couple. Some nice updates, and location is great with beach right outside the deck.

Ideally Located

The location was the perfect spot to call home as we ventured out on daily trips to Sutton's Bay, Charlevoix, Petoskey and the UP. But we didn't have to travel more than a few steps to the beach each evening to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on Grand Traverse Bay.

By far the worse rental experience

Took vacation day to arrive early. Paid for early check in (2pm)Arrived at dirty condo. Called property manager. He said cleaning crew is on the way. 4 o’clock no one arrived. No call or anything. Note: Had pregnant wife and two kids just sitting in car for hours just waiting. Ended up checking in at 6 pm. Missed even dinner. Next day apartment upstairs had our clothes ruined due to ash and cigarette burns which were drying on the patio. Oh… and property manager offered me “Partial cleaning fee removed” due to all the check in issue. Just unbelievably by far the worst experience

Relaxing stay in great location away from hustle and bustle of Traverse City. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beach and surroundings were beautiful. Will stay again!

Lovely stay

Stayed here from June 19-23 2020. Property was smaller than expected, but had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Owner very responsive to all inquiries in an incredibly timely fashion. We left the property clean, but have yet to receive our deposit back. (4 days later). Not a bad drive to TC, and beach was nice. Pool and beach club closed (no fault to property owner- Pandemic and all). I imagine that if all activities were going on it would have been a much livelier atmosphere. There’s a fire pit on the beach, as well.

Great location! Owner very attentive to any problems.

The Lake, beach, and pool access right across the footbridge was great! This unit has a private little patio out the sliding doors, unlike many of the other units that share a patio with your neighbor. Unfortunately, we found the AC was not working correctly. However, the owner went above and beyond our expectations. He was easy to contact and he even brought over a fan to help make us more comfortable. The very next day he had someone out and the AC was repaired. We we very happy with his timely response to our problem with the unit. Only two things that could make our stay better: The refrigerator is super tiny and had a non functional / frozen solid ice maker. Also, there is no way to dry wet beach towels and swim suits. Would be nice if there was a coin operated dryer in the complex we could use. Other than that the place is great and the owner is fantastic.

Condo was exactly as depicted. Perfect getaway for two!

Check in went smoothly, had slight issue with the door code which the condo manager fixed immediately over the phone. Had a great trip.
